Ai and the Crimson Bow

One of my character's decided he wants the Crimson Bow, as he's an archer. He claims that he wants his previous incarnation to be Ai, wich would give him some insight where to find the weapon. That's fine by me, except there's very little information about both (exalted and artifact). I could make everything up, sure, but I wonder if they were ever mentioned before. Any idea where and if I can find anything about it? Second or First edition, any will do.


PS: Of course, I know the Oadenol's Codex artifact description, so don't bother mentioning that.

Other than his name translates into "Love" in japanese, I can't recall hearing any mention of him outside the discription of that bow.
