Riley grew up with his mother, Suzanne, on the bad side of town. His mother wasn't a very successful woman and had Riley at the age of sixteen. His mother fell in and out of relationships quickly but she was no rag doll; she was independent and had a fierce attitude. Riley practically grew up with no father and he was fine with that except he was left home alone a lot as a kid because his mother had many jobs so she could support herself and her only child.
