Dragon if female and can shapeshift into a humanoid form then there is a chance Shalia will attempt to seduce her (chance becomes 100% if dragon's humanoid form is in a maid outfit). Normal dragons that can't take a humanoid form are just too big for her.

Got bored so I made a random character on d&d beyond that I currently have no campaign where the character is planned to be used and likely will never get used so here is a pointless encounter between Shalia and her.
Shalia having just arrived into the town decides to make a stop at a random tavern, once inside she is surprised when she notices how empty the tavern with only one other person inside. The other person appears to be female halfling with brown hair and a sword attached to her back that appears to be even longer then she is. Curious on why the tavern is so empty Shalia decides to approach the halfling who she quickly discovers has multiple mugs of alcohol in front of her and many of the mugs appear to have been used recently. In a kind tone Shalia says "Hmm excuse me miss, but could you please tell me why this place is so empty?" The halfling puts down the mug that was in her hand and then looks over towards Shalia. "The tavern's closed little missy, the place has a bit of a ghost issue and they hired me Xoras Elderberry greatest ghost slayer to ever live to handle it. You better get your delicate little butt out of here before all the ghosts show up." Xoras turns away from the tiefling and picks up her mug to resume drinking from it. Shalia just stares at the crazy drunk halfling for a moment. "You plan to stab ghosts with a sword?" The halfling again places down her mug, but this time she gets up off her seat and draws her blade. "No first I plan to this..." Xoras cuts her hand with her blade causing her blood to fall on the blade. "And then I plan to stab the ghosts with a sword". Shalia begins to walk walk away from the crazy halfling that just cut herself and exits the tavern as Xoras' blade begins to glow from her crimson rite. "One little cut and the delicate little mages think you're crazy and run away. Come on out you pathetic ghosts and meet your end".
