Welcome to Argatha.

Android 16's eyes opened as his booting sequence came to its completion. This place he was in was not Dr. Gero's lab, nor any laboratory at all. Android 16 was sitting with his back against an oak tree, one that hadn't been here for too long judging from its rather small size. Android 16 had found himself in the middle of a vacant park in the not so early morning. Quiet enveloped the area save for the occasional hooting of a far off owl. Crosschecking the data Dr. Gero had implanted in his data banks, Android 16 could not identify where he was which perplexed him somewhat.

Welcome to Argatha, outsider.

Looking left to right, 16's initial impression was that someone had approached him. Standing up, the android activated the power radar embedded within his eyes and began to survey the area for the speaker. However, the radar had only picked up on the power levels of some sleeping animals and birds. There wasn't a soul to be found in this park aside from himself, not that he had one of course.

Welcome to Argatha, outsider.

There it was again, that voice welcoming him to someplace called Argatha. Android 16 would have assumed that was the name of the park, if it weren't for the gate in the distance with 'Memorial Park' written out of iron. Another crosscheck began searching for all locations with the words 'Memorial' and 'Park' resulting in many parks of the same or of a similar name, but none of them had the same layout as this one. 16's second assumption was that this city's name was Argatha, which would've once more gone against what his analysis was telling him. "Just where am I?"

He may not have known where he was, but that didn't necessarily seem like a bad thing. Taking in his surroundings once more, the brooding machine began to notice the beauty of the park's nature. The tree's were healthy and the grass seemed a nice shade of color despite the current lack of sunlight. A small smile formed from his synthetic lips as an appreciation for nature began to take shape within him. Android 16 decided to go for a quick stroll through the park in hopes of finding out better where he was and to see the rest of what the park had to offer. It took some time before 16 stumbled upon an empty amphitheater. A combination of grass, trees and stone was what made the venue and it seemed to appeal to the android enough to make him stop and stare.

I'm sure you'll love it here.

This moment of tranquility was interrupted by a reading coming from his power radar. Two exceptionally high power levels were approaching from the southwest, although not specifically to his location. "Goku.." Android 16 had been built for the sole purpose of eliminating Son Goku, and the two power levels that he had picked up were close to what Goku's power level was expected to be. "Are they Goku's allies, or is one of those power levels his?" With this question in mind, 16 began to ascend from the ground and into the air, floating high above the trees and the buildings that surrounded the outskirts of the park. Android 16 soared through the air, making a beeline towards Alex Mercer and Raiden, mistaking their power levels for Goku's or one of his comrade's.

Welcome to Agartha, outsider.

Utsuho awoke to a glimpse of blue light. The light itself originated from a cave wall decorated with glowing crystals. The air was cool and humid, and the hell raven's black wings lightly twitched in response to that feeling of coolness.

Utusho stood up from her spot on the rough, uneven ground. After having just woken up, her eyes were teary, and so she wiped them each with the back of her left hand.

Welcome to Agartha, outsider. I'm sure you'll love it here.

"Outsider?" Utsuho muttered.

"That's not right...where am I now, anyway?" she thought as she walked towards the edge of the cliff she had apparently been resting on. Down below her seemed to be a bottomless pit full of various jutting rocks.

"Somewhere underground," she observed, even if that fact was obvious.

Given the fact that this place was cool and damp, Utsuho deduced that she had to be somewhere high in the underground. Her home was much further below, and so she reasoned to travel there. If she couldn't find her way back and had actually gotten hopelessly lost during her sleep-flying (at least, that's what she thought had happened), then she'd have to blast a hole to the surface to compensate—something she wasn't eager to do. If she made a hole in the wrong place, then she'd expect to be punished by the people on the surface for the damage she'd have caused.

"Miss Satori might be worried if I don't return soon!" Utsuho considered.

With the thought of worrying her family on her mind, she spread her wings out, flapped twice, and shot off the cliff and further down below.

"Crime might be a bit easier than you think. However, that depends on how the law enforcement works here. Taking I probably not saw law enforcement and not been stopped. I do not think they either care about sniper rifles and other weapons or they are not restricted by law. However, if we take this way. We may need different weapons as well. As far as I have seen, there aren't really people using blasters. We may have to obtain weapons from this planet which we most likely never worked with before or heard of." Jezika said. "However, taking a job might take a lot longer, more than we have. Until we earn money, we have nothing to buy food, water or shelter. That brings me to one other thing, we have nowhere to get shelter. I doubt we can just sleep on the street. At least that was not possible on Dromund Kaas, unless you were a slave. Even then, it rained a lot on Dromund Kaas."

As Raiden fell into a rhythm of building-hopping, he began to pick up speed and gradually close the distance between him and his target.

What he hadn't expected, though, was someone else getting in the way. As he continued sprinting and mainly keeping out of the way of upcoming walls, gaps, and pipelines, Raiden witnessed an airborne silhouette approaching from the distance.

ALEX MERCER
Downtown Residential District
Interaction: Raiden Count Gensokyo Count Gensokyo
As Alex continued to hop across the many buildings, he was vaguely reminded of the time he spent in Manhattan, evading chasing Blackwatch troops and Redlight hunters. He continued running off the sides of darkened windows, sparing a look behind. He silently cursed when he saw the guy following closely behind. Undeterred, he quickly rounded a corner and dashed out of sight, sliding down the side of the office and touching down on the ground in a dark back alley without a sound.

Once he was sure he was hidden, he changed. Biomass shifted and coiled around his body and he became a red and black blob vaguely in the shape of a human, before the biomass receded. Instead of the eternally-creepy and moody Alex Mercer, standing there was the young mugger he had assimilated earlier, though with an unfitting scowl on his face. Looking around, he straightened up and strode out of the alley, a dumb smile on his face.

For he wasn't Alex Mercer anymore. His name was Redd Coates, and he was a member of the Highrise Syndicate. A group of muggers, thieves, and killers.

And he was hungry.
