Cloud: The ability allows The Revenant to turn into a cloud of gas. The clouds biology is variable, being able to become any form of gas using chemicals. Ability is stopped by contact with steel, keeping him in the current form until he is no longer in contact.
Supernatural Accuracy-Taken from Deadeye: With this ability, The Revenant is able to hit any objects he shoots or throws at. Ability is stopped in the presence of any light.
Necromancy-Taken from Necromancer: This ability allows The Revenant to manipulate weak spirits (So he cant do anything to Christine) and allows him to raise dead body’s from the earth. Ability is counteracted with fire.

However, behind this charming visage lies a powerful ambition, a sense of purpose, and a cold, calculating demeanor that is always seeking to keep several steps ahead of those who have the gall to stand in his way. Lance is a tall, well-built man with long brown hair that reaches past his shoulders and a goatee. He is a fair-skinned individual with sharp green eyes, and most frequently dresses formally, with polished black shoes, and a gray suit and pants, with a red undershirt and black tie. He does not have a particular villain costume, as he prefers to fly under the radar, and would prefer no one knew he was a villain.
Backstory: Lawrence Balkyrie was born in Queens, New York City, and had the misfortune of being born without a quirk. At first, it didn't seem like any sort of problem, as he often stayed out of the way and out of trouble. However, as one kid began to pick on him, often using his own quirk to threaten him, it opened his eyes to just how easy a target he was, and how easily he was taken advantage of. And so, he began to take martial arts classes to better defend himself. However, when he began getting in trouble for getting into fights, and he found that those with quirks were getting off lighter because, as his principle told him "They have more promise for the future", he became furious. This revealed another ugly truth about the society he himself was a part of. Those born with no quirk were more often than not seen as less valuable than those who were born lucky enough to have one. This gnawed at him, and a deep, resentful bitterness fueled him to prove them wrong.
After graduating high school, he joined the U.S. Military, and was surprisingly good at it, as his combat prowess was honed further, and his intellect helped him put together elaborate strategies. After his service, he began his college studies on Computer Science and Technology, Business and Enterprise, Psychology, and Political Science, earning him two doctorates. By the time he graduated, he had transformed. Gone was the timid and meek little boy with no quirk and an open mind. Now he was a mastermind who used everything at his disposal to continue climbing the ladder of society, even if it meant bending or breaking the rules every now and then. He now sits very close to the top, the CEO of a multi-national, milti-million-dollar tech company and frequently called the Modern Day Da Vinci. But he won't stop until he's at the very top of the food chain.
Extra: I decided to make Lance essentially a darker, more vengeful reflection of Takumi, a sort of way of showing what he might have become and could very well still become if he isn't careful. The idea that Technology could be used as an equalizer in a society where 80% or more of the world's population have superpowers, a means for the minority born without them to catch up, isn't really tackled in the show to my knowledge. Most of the tech we see in the manga and series is used to amplify a quirk user's abilities or compliment them. So, for Takumi and Lance, I figured I'd make them quirkless, and then go down separate paths from that same start, and react differently to how they are perceived.

|| Quirk - Phantom of the Relentless ||
- Upon the quirk users death, they return to the world of the living as a spirit. They cannot interact with the living in a meaningful way, nor can the living physically touch them either - but they can affect the world around them. They can touch any inanimate object at will, with the only exception being anything that can be held or otherwise carried. Anything the living holds the user cannot touch, and anything the user holds the living can neither touch nor see. Anything they drop will become visible again within less than a second. The user cannot pass through buildings like other ghosts.- Their original bodies death is permanent, and cannot be reversed. However, the newly formed spirit can still 'die' to mortal hands. How long these deaths last vary depending on the cause of death, though it ranges from as briefly as a few minutes to over several months later. In addition, they will not regain life where they died, rather their spirit will be reformed where their original body rests - though anything they possessed when they died will remain where they fell. They can only die to traditional firearms or the ranged quirks of other people.
- Their quirks strength fluctuates with the day and night cycle, with their overall strength and agility being heightened at night - while in the day the user falls into a perpetual slumber until night rises once more. Spaces where sunlight cannot reach are the only places where the user can avoid perpetual slumber, though their powers strength still depends on the time of day it is. As a phantom, they can also possess certain objects and vehicles, with their control over whatever the user possesses becoming more or less precise with the time of day it is.
- Although most of the living are unable to see or otherwise sense their presence, there are only three exceptions. First, those with a sixth sense or enhanced eight-sight can vaguely tell where the user is, though they'll only appear as a vague semi-transparent figure. Seconds, those who have a quirk that can see or hear spirits can pinpoint exactly where the user is, though despite this the user will appear basic in their looks and sound muffled or distant. Lastly, those who have been personally affected by the users misdeeds will gain sight of the user, with every last detail and syllable able to be fully interpreted - though this method of being seen ranges from a few seconds to entire lifetimes based on the deeds severity.
Personality: She initially comes across as cold and heartless, but her unorthodox method of reaching out to people is the sole cause of that misunderstanding. In actuality, she's rather spirited and has an abundance of kindness to shower her friends with. She's known among her few friends to never get caught unprepared, using her vivid imagination to concoct various scenarios that could realistically happen. Some call her wise for her age, though simply experiencing the feeling of death repeatedly and living through it is enough motivation to warrant avoiding death.
Description: She has an unusual taste in clothing to say the least. Not that the style was unusual where she lived before her death, but that her new form inherited her preferred clothing and amped up the intimidation it gave off to 11. Those that bear witness to her presence can literally see an aura of flame coming off of her clothing, but whether or not that's her spirited nature no one knows. Regardless, her entire attire screams Wild West and those that can see her tend to keep their distance. Due to her quirk, she tends to use a set of twin MK 23 suppressed pistols alongside an AK-9 Assault Rifle, which she uses exclusively to disarm villains or ensure they're unable to escape. Partially hidden beneath her shawl is the strap to a duffle bag she keeps around her shoulder everywhere she goes, filled to the brim with ammunition alongside smoke bombs, flashbangs, tear gas, and various other tools she uses to gain access to otherwise inaccessible rooms - or drawing attention away from wherever she needs no witnesses.
Backstory: Christine was born as a US citizen in Texas, raised by both of her parents. They were not very well off from what little she can remember from back then, but they got by with what little they could afford. As she grew older her parents started turning to crime to make ends meet, as their expenses kept piling up and bills were falling farther behind. Her grandparents and various other relatives came by more and more frequently to watch over her while her parents worked, chipping in to help raise her while also relieving some of the financial stress on their shoulders. The rest of her memories are a blur, though she primarily remembers her parents being arrested. As for her - though she can't recall how she died, the wounds on her body suggest that it was a very painful and horrific death.

Hobbies: One can often find her making quick work of dummies in various shooting ranges, though she does have a taste in art she'll practice on during the day. She can also be found anywhere that sells guns, inspecting the various weapons and admiring their beauty. Or she'll be asleep in whatever vehicle she currently has possessed, seeing as money is pointless when almost no one can see or hear you.
Favorite Dish: A porterhouse simmered in oil mixed with a bit of garlic and various seasonings, coated in a thin layer of barbeque to boot. Alongside this comes a large scoop of mashed potatoes and gravy put onto a smaller plate, with a single buttered biscuit and a small glass of Black Cherry Merlot.
Favorite Snack: She has a constant craving for breaded cheese sticks, though crackers also satisfy this craving.
Favorite Dessert: Once a year, she'll throw together an extravagant Yule Log cake fully decorated with extreme detail, which is made of a chocolate cake with the frosting being salted caramel with some mint cookies crumbled and mixed into it very well. The outer layer is made of chocolate fudge slowly poured onto the cake, before being sculpted into tree bark and covered in a thin layer of powdered sugar to look like snow. It is her absolute favorite dessert, as nothing tops the excited looks and praises she receives from her friends.

During this time, Thomas started his sword training and wanted someone his own age to practice with. Mikael agreed to learn and practice along with him until one fateful day… Mikael woke up, feeling like he had not slept a wink. He went to open the windows blinds, and the sun scorched his body, making him yelp in pain, retreating from the window to curl up in a corner. After he started feeling better, he went to the bathroom. Normally he would see himself in the mirror, but today… nothing! He was standing right in front of it, and he couldn't see his reflection. After screaming and crying to his parents, he was told by a quirk doctor that he'd gained a vampirism quirk. Mikael was excited but also terrified. During the sword practice with Thomas, he was lagging behind. His skills weren't as sharp as Thomas at that point, so when his sword got knocked out of his hand, his eyes turned red, fangs grew in his mouth, and he tackled Thomas with extreme speed and strength. Thomas managed to kick Mikael off with sheer adrenaline and ran to his mom, who then contained Mikael in a prison of light. Thomas hid behind his mom while looking at Mikael, his lips quivering and tears streaming down his face. Since then, Mikael has followed the path of villainy and chose to make Thomas regret leaving him behind.

Quirk: Beast Shift - Beast Shift allows the user to shift their arms and legs to increase their strength and agility. The drawback of this quirk is that if the user uses it for more than 30 minutes, they’ll experience muscle strain. Nothing to serious, but will be extremely painful if not untransformed. If it exceeds the 30 minute mark and detransforms, the quirk will need a 5-10 cooldown time until the user can use it at full capacity

While Rody does not hate heroes, he does not consider them in high regards as there are not many heroes in the Shanty Town of Otheon as hero agencies cannot gain a great deal of profit from working in the slums. With the lack of heroes, the increase of crime and his past, Rody has developed a "life is unfair" point of view where he expects that people will treat others unfairly and resort to foul play to get what they want.

As thanks, one day his father Eddie gave him a puzzle box to solve, although he had to help him a bit to do so. Upon opening the box, Rody was surprised to see that inside it contained his father's locket necklace. Eddie explains that it is a thank you gift for always taking care of his siblings.
A few years later, for some incomprehensible reason, Eddie decided to abandon his three children to join Humarise, a sect that considers Quirks a disease and was involved in several incidents. Because of this, the Soul children were banished from school, and their neighbors and acquaintances began to badmouth them, preventing their kids from playing with them. One day, they returned home to find their house heavily vandalized, with the walls painted with insults and their windows smashed in. Because of the stigma, Rody couldn't even get an honest job to support himself and his siblings.
With no choice, the Souls abandoned their home and went to live in a dilapidated caravan located in the shantytown of Otheon. This situation caused Rody to generate enormous resentment towards his father, to the point of breaking the necklace he gave him. He promised his sobbing siblings that he would always be there for them no matter what.
The new life in the slums began very difficult for Rody. He frequently got into trouble and suffered beatings from the most disagreeable residents of that area of the city, on some occasions to protect Roro and Lala. Since Otheon's heroes don't get much profit from working in that impoverished town, Rody gained a low opinion of them, considering them only interested in helping others only for the sake of fame and money.
In order to earn some money to support his two siblings, Rody had to give up his dreams of being a pilot, and do some shenanigans and petty criminal jobs, frequently visiting Stanleyk's Bar to ask for these odd jobs. Years of a life of crime made Rody develop great parkour skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the cities.
Also, at some point, Rody manifested his Quirk, Soul, taking the form of a small pink bird which he gave the name Pino. Rody feels a bit embarrassed by his Quirk, as Pino reflects his true feelings and intentions, making it very difficult for him to lie and deceive others. However, his bird companion has also proven to be very useful from time to time, both with "working" and helping him take care of his siblings and play with them.

Personality: Isamu is a rather blunt individual, driven and at times single minded to his goals as his competitive spirit strives him to be the best hero he can be. Isamu feels this burning desire to become a pro and make great fame in order to pay back his community and sister who were always there for him at his lowest points. He can be quite the active if stubborn individual who tends to get in his own way, but he does have a genuine passion for being a hero and a good heart.

Isamu lived a troubled life, as his parents lost their lives during a rogue villain attack forcing his older sister Nozomi to drop out of school and effectively put her heroic aspirations aside to care for him. Her mysterious career being their main source of income as their community was often overlooked by the greater world which inspired Isamu to change that.
Isamu desired to be a hero, to become that individual who could provide for less well off communities that were overlooked and ease the burden of his sister who sacrificed everything for his sake. Wanting to prove he can pay her back and provide not just for them but their whole community while making his own mark in the ever diverse and popular world of heroes. Quirk: Earthquake (An Emitter Quirk that allows Nozomi to manipulate the Earth itself, bending rocks, debris and the ground itself to her will while also generating this seismic shockwave of sorts she can use to tear apart the environment. Whether ripping out chucks of large rock to toss at enemies, manipulating the ground one walks on, firing shockwaves or even using rocks to levitate herself locations she became quite skilled and quite diverse in her skillset. The drawback here is overuse of her Quirk causes a mental toll, giving herself nasty headaches if she pushes herself too far and if she goes even further than that can knock her out of action.)
Personality: Nozomi to most including her brother is a kind-hearted young woman who is never afraid to stand up for what she believes is right but more often is a comforting and supportive presence. Having to have matured quickly due to the added responsibility of being the caretaker for her brother when her parents passed tragically. Being the kind of ideal sibling who wishes the best for those close to her while never sacrificing being fun as she constantly fights against the allegation she is boring, sometimes goaded to doing something dumb just to prove a point.
Even as a villain, she is the picture definition of a reluctant one. Taking no internal joy in what she does, but convinced it is what she had to do to provide for her family as she needed a steady income and fast. Therefor, she made the tough decision to turn to a life of crime. Developing the alter ego Shatterpoint and restricting herself to mainly shockwaves to get quick cash which helped raise the quality of life for her family even as it ate away at her in the core.
