So the Tavern Lissa is in rn is around the mid level. One of the posher ones. It's opposite a large street that heads up to the next level - the shopping district.
I imagine Alcamoth has several markets

Oki doki, looks down and twirls feet on ground pretending wasn't already making his CS, it may take a while as I am currently in my occupation but I should have it out relatively soon.Could work with that!
