"What!?" He yelped, stopping the bike. Courtney nearly flipped off the bike, still holding the phone to his ear. She gave him a irritated and confused look.

“I-i- Well, we can't just suddenly change plans! Uh... I-i'll try hiding her!"


Jasmine started pacing around the kitchen, even moire alarmed.

"Is...everything ok Casey?" Courtney asked gently, getting a bit concerned. "I'm fine" He answered, obviously not fine. "You go ahead and do that" He told April. "Are you hiding something from me too?" Courtney asked. "Nope! It's nothing!" He said.

“Okay! Uh.. I'll get right to it!"


April hung up the phone, shoving it in her pocket. She walked over to Jasmine and grabbed her by the shoulders, steering her around the apartment. “Uuuhhh... Maybe the dryer?"


Jasmine raised an eyebrow, her expression practically telling her ‘Seriously?'


“Yeah.. That's a no." April kept steering her around, looking frantically for a hiding spot. “A closet! You can hide in the closet!"


Jasmine sighed, walking into the small enclosed space. “Better than a dryer... Still cramped, but. Oh well."


April shut the door, and locked it. She then walked over to the window, pulling up a chair and sat down, tapping her foot nervously. What she forgot was to put the dishes away, so there was evidence of two people that were at the table.

When Casey and Courtney arrived at April's apartment, Courtney knocked on her door. "Apriiilll!" She called. Casey seemed a little nervous

April immediately walked over and opened the door, inviting them in. “Hey guys! I just made breakfast! I, uh, um, need to make some more, uh, toast though! I was pretty hungry hungry hungry!"


Jasmine shifted uncomfortably in the closet, listening to the muffled voices outside.

Courtney giggled. "I know the feeling" She said, walking over to her couch. "So what shall we do today?" She asked. Casey looked at April. "Um, actually" He looks back at Courtney. "I need to talk to April real quick so, be right back!" He said, grabbing Aprils arm and takes her to the hall. "Hmm? Whats up with them?" She questioned. "It's probably something unimportant..." She laid down, staring at the ceiling.

April cautiously looked around as Casey pulled her away. “She's in hiding right now," She whispered.


Jasmine continued to stand there uncomfortably. Then she came to sudden horrible realization.


She felt a sneeze was coming up.

"What are we gonna do? She's gonna find out about her!" Casey whispered. "Courtney is really good and finding things....sadly...." He said. "hmm maybe we should send her out to get something, and sneak Jasmine out after she leaves..." Casey thinks aloud.


Courtney continued laying there.

“That sounds like a plan.." April nodded.


Jasmine tried holding it. She really did. But, she couldn't hold it in for any longer. She sneezed.

Courtney froze. "What was that?" She whispered. She stood up, trying to comprehend where the sound came from. She looked around for any possible places and stopped at the closet. She walks over to it and reaches for the handle.


Casey nods. "Lets do this"

Jasmine closes her eyes shut, freezing at the oncoming footsteps.


April arrives just in time and her blue eyes widened. “Courtney!" She gently leads Courtney away from the closet. “Courtney, Courtney, Courtney! Uh, um..." April looks over at Casey for help.

Courtney was slightly startled. "Yes?" She asked. "We need you to get something for us, snacks, mostly chips and dip, we're gonna be watching movies" He said quickly, smiling. Courtney grinned. "Alright! it's been a while since I've seen any movies." She said. Casey handed her a some cash and Courtney walked out. As soon as the door closed, Casey sighed with relief.

Jasmine knocked from inside the closet door. “Can I get out now? It's pretty damn cramped in her."


April sighed in relief, and unlocked the closet, watching Jasmine walk out stretching her wings.

"Sup Jasmine" Casey said nervously. "Uh, sorry about my friend and everything..." He chuckled nervously.

Jasmine shook her head. “It's alright," She simply said, waving her hand. “So, uh. How am I gonna get outta here?"

Casey shrugged. "The fire escape?" He suggested.

“Maybe, it depends how busy it is right now," Jasmine said, and scurried over to the window, scanning the streets.

Casey looked out as well. "Is that too busy?" He asked you.

Jasmine shook her head. “No, but I'm going to need at least some cover." She headed up the stairs, entering April's room and walking over to yet another window.

Casey followed you. "Alright, dont get caught ok?" He said like a worried mother.

“Yeah yeah," Jasmine said, and lightly punched his arm. “I'll see you guys at the lair maybe."


Jasmine looked left and right, then shot up into the air at full speed. She flew up high so that she only looked like a small speck in the sky. There, Jasmine flew off into the direction where the lair was.

Casey watched her fly off.


Courtney knocked on the door.

April opened the door for Courtney, waiting for Casey to come back with the news.


Jasmine arrived at the manhole, going through the procedure of taking away the lid, jumping in and closing it. She decided to just fly over the sewage water, not wanting to step in- uh, stuff. Jasmine eventually arrived back at the lair, casually walking into the main room and flopping down on the couch, her wings folded tight against her back.

Courtney walked in, carrying bags of snacks. Casey came down stairs. "You got any change?" He asked. "I actually didn't pay for them, somebody gave them to me" She giggled. She sets the bags down and gives him his money back. "Who gave it to you?" He asked. "It was some old lady, she told me to take them because she realized she didn't need them. That store is like Walmart" Courtney said. "But we still got free snacks!" She said. Casey grinned. "Sweet" He said. He gave April a thumbs up and Courtney took the things out the bags.
