Posting WIPs is perfectly alright!
My only comments so far- which might partially be my fault because when I wrote the lore I stayed up til like 6am by accident and was very tired and might not have explained my thoughts properly, and also maybe it would've been explained in the future history section- is that hunters are their own rank separate from first/second/third and wouldn't be chosen from regular experiment subjects/people not related to that part of the govt in some way, as they are essentially the fail-safe for their super-powered unhappy little army.
Also some clarification for powers- a rough real-word example for exactly how thick a substance the light could pierce would be good for reference/consistency, like skin or a cookie sheet. Also, can people or projectiles exit from the telekinetic force, I'm assuming it's in a dome? How close is immediate vicinity?
