I didn't exactly see the crime happening. But, I did hear and see some unusual things. I'm quite the jogger, so I jog everywhere. I always happen to hear or see things that, in reality, I don't want to see or even hear.

At the time, I was purposefully wearing headphones blasting with music, so I CAN mind my own business, but I heard something louder than my music. It was a scream. I was the first person, maybe the only person, who called 911. My call was made around 7:58 pm, to be exact. I heard a lot of "Don-don't... don-don't this!" I believe it was the victim pleading to be spared, "I-I'm SORRY! STOP!!"

I was scared to bits. My legs were shaking. I couldn't move. The police were on the phone telling me to get to safety, but I stood staring as I witness a woman being murdered. Finally, I heard a loud thump. The screaming stopped. The neighborhood was silent again, but the silence was just as deafening. Alas, I heard another noise. It was sometime before I heard it. I finally stepped back in fear, but I tripped over the curb of the street and fell. That's when I saw someone. I sighed in relief. I thought the victim escaped. The person running out of the house did not look inconspicuous. She wore converse, slim jeans, and a dark blue shirt. I told the police this and they seemed even more alarmed. After asking me which direction she fled to, they told me to go home. I was a bit confused by their response, but my nervousness calmed. I went home without hesitation.

Worked at the place

I got back home from a party at around 7:45 PM, and I was pretty exhausted. I went upstairs to my room and lied down on my bed, wanting to get some rest. I live in the house right next to Mary's, so I was able to see someone entering her house at around the same time, but that was the last thing I remember seeing before I feel asleep. It wasn't long though, until something woke me up. I heard a scream—Mary's screaming from next door.

Of course, I was startled. My phone was out of batteries from earlier today, so I couldn't call the police right away. Instead, I made sure to plug it in and charge it, and I ran out of my house, wanting to find out what just happened. I remember seeing the time on the clock as I left my house—it was 8:00 PM. When I got out, I rushed over to Mary's house, being as quiet as I could possibly be. I tried to find a way inside, but the front door was locked and I couldn't find another way inside.

After that, I gave up trying to get into the house and tried to call the police instead. I went back to my room and found that my phone had a little bit of power now, so I started dialing 911. However, only a few seconds after, the police came over anyways, so I figured someone else called them.

@JustWhipIt Also the person making the case made a slight change. He says that the location will be a house. You can be the brother and/or father if you like ;) ;)

@SachiGrl

Okay, just make sure you have the contradiction one ready~

@drummerboi Yes. Just too add more realism, my friend that made the case didnt tell me the 'true ending' so in some trials, the defendant can be guilty. But prosecution still has a chance of winning if their not guilty.
