April 17, 2015

Thane woke to the sun that shown through the curtains of his modern apartment near downtown London. He dragged his half naked body out of bed and washed his face. He felt the stubble on his face as looked into the mirror of his bathroom and decided shaving could wait one more day. He threw on his black suit and tucked some knives into their hidden spots. He grabbed a bagel and an umbrella as he headed out the door, remembering that it was supposed to rain later that day. His commute to the office involved taking the tube and then walking three blocks. He walked into the office and received a note from the front secretary that King wanted to see him.

Thane took the elevator to the top floor and opened the door to King's office. The light was blocked by shut blinds on the windows. King sat behind his heavy, hand carved wooden desk, with a fresh cup of black coffee on the desk in front of King.

"Come in, come in," said King almost fatherly "sorry to have to do this so early but we need to talk business." Thane understood and silently sat down in the chair opposite to King.

It was imperative that he get to the office earlier today, he planned to take inventory of his weapons and equipment before checking in with the boss. The last thing he wanted was to be unprepared for a job, it had happened to him once when he was young, and it would never happen again. Going into a fire fight with only a knife, a garrote, and the objects around him wasn't exactly the type of fight he wanted to get into again, so he made sure to take inventory each time he returned from a job and before he took a job.

He yawned slightly. If there was something Thomas hated, it was insomnia. He had been prescribed five different type of sleeping pills, yet none of them helped. It was a shame really, he hadn't gotten a real full night's sleep in over ten years now, and here he was walking down the dreary London sidewalks, umbrella overhead, with a cup of the blackest coffee he could get in hand. Not to mention the damn coffee was burnt, and it smelled like a Formula One car's gas tank.

He really needed to find a different place to get coffee.

Eddy was always early. Always. With all the things people could do better than him, he liked being known for something. So he was early. He was early to all his appointments, would-be dates, and just about everything he could think of.

So here he was, in London, England, in the Accurus Inc. office. Early.

He leaned against the wall silently, resting the majority of his weight on his flesh leg. The young man glanced up as another assassin passed by, heading into the King's office casually. Eddy hadn't felt comfortable just entering, so he had been waiting for someone else to come along. This guy looked a little older than himself, and almost seemed familiar. Eddy knew he had seen this person before; he knew he had. His assumptions on the guy being important had been justified when he simply entered the King's office without hesitation.

Seriously, this was killing him. He knew he should know this guy!

Eddy followed the stranger-who-wasn't-really-a-stranger-cause-he-looked-super-familiar-and-seemed-super-important into the room, a little slowly and awkwardly, no thanks to his bum leg.

((Idk if this is accurate or good but I'll change it if I have to (' :) )))

Sophia Wallace looked up at the building of Accurus Inc. with a takeaway cup of coffee in her hand. She had hoped that she wasn't late, but she doubt that she was the first. She sighed then entered the building.

Just another normal day right?

She said 'hi' to the employees there, some she know and some she didn't. She entered the elevator and pressed the button that her office was on. Once the elevator door opened she exited and head to her office. She continue walking till she saw a door with her name on it and opened the door the closed it after she was inside.

She placed the cup of coffee on her table then log on her computer and check for her next job, hopefully it was an easy one.

(Sorry I hardy have internet at the moment)

"I have a mission for you" King said leaning back into his and taking another sip of coffee. "CIA wants a man named Nemya Yurungo a known bomb maker for an African based Muslim extremist groups eliminated. The primary goal is to kill the target, but if possible find out a list of clients he has been working for"

"Seems simple enough" replied Thane as he rose from his chair. He straightened his suit and started to open the door.

"Oh that Ms. Wallace that works here, she needs more field experience and we are low on field workers as it seems so if it isn't too much trouble take her with on this mission" King finished his cup of coffee and gave Thane a small wave of the hand, saying their talk was done.

Thane took the elevator down one story and went into his private office. He opened the blinders on his windows just a little to let in some light and sat down at his desk. His secretary had already put the file on Yurungo on his desk and he started to look through it. "Give a Miss Sophia Wallace the message to meet me in my office" said Thane into his desk comm.

King sat looking over finical numbers till a phone call came. He listened for a few minutes,"Richard I understand I will put some of my best men on it" and hung up the phone. He pressed the button on his desk to connect him to his private secretary. "Call Wilkes into my office and tell him I have a special assignment that is his top priority"

Sophia was going through her old work when the secretary came into her office. She looked up and smiled, "What can I do for you?" The secretary gave her a note and she carefully read it. She sighed, knowing that there was no other choice, then stood up. She tidy up her office a little before she leave, just in case she doesn't have time to do it later. She walked out of her office and into an elevator, pressing the button and waited for the elevator door to open again. Once it opened she walked out then head to Thane;s office.

Knock. Knock.

She knocked the door twice and waited. Sophia looked around, she don't come up here as much, well, she hardly get out of her office. She should be nervous for getting call in, but she wasn't. She was confident that whatever Thane is telling her to do, she'll be able to do it. She thought back of the time when she last went on the field. It was a good experience, but the job was messy due to the complications that they had, but it was good nonetheless. She shook her head and focus on what's in front of her, and wait for Thane to tell her to go in.

Thomas decided to toss out the burnt coffee on his way into the building, right after he shook out the wet umbrella that had been protecting his neatly pressed suit from the London rain. He folded up the umbrella, and headed up to his own quarters, where he kept all of his field equipment. He chose to climb the stairs instead of riding the elevator up, a few flights wouldn't kill him, plus with how steep those stairs were, it was quite the work out, and he wouldn't want to miss an opportunity to get a little bit of exercise in the morning.

Upon making it to his office he had seen a few of his coworkers walking about, the few field agents he saw on his way made him wonder about what King was planning on having him do next, he returned from his last job the week prior, his target was a man named Fred Wilson, a schmuck known for his gambling addiction, and tendency to not pay the people who lent him money back. Poor Freddie didn't even make it to the casino before Thomas had so easily picked him off from afar. Perhaps King had something a little more difficult for him this week, he could only hope.

As soon as he entered his quarters the phone rang, it was King's personal assistant asking him to report to King's office. And to think he would have to wait to talk to King... Thomas turned back around to report to King's office as asked, eager to hear about his next assignment. Perhaps this time his assignment would be a little more challenging.

Thomas headed back down a few flights of stairs, and to his bosses office, stopping at the door to knock before entering.

@Shimakage Thunder ) who would both serve as bodyguards along the trip. Ms. Kang was supposed to be waiting by the front door with King's suit case.

Thane was looking through the file about his assignment that was in a manila envelope on his desk. He took his suit coat off and hung it on post. His room was much more modern styled then King's and morning light shown through the floor to ceiling wall window. Thane got up from his desk and opened the door to his office signaling for Sophia to come in. He went back to his desk and sat down without a word. "We are leaving for South Africa soon to assassinate a bomb maker, you'll be working under me so pack what you need and get ready" He ran his hand through his hair and leaned back in his chair. "Any questions?"

Anywhere else in the world, an old, well maintained Rolls Royce idling on the curb with a man in a sharp black suit standing next to it would draw a lot of attention. Luckily for the man in the suit, it didn't. Everyone who worked in the building knew who's car it was and not to lay a finger on it if they planned to keep said finger. The locals all assumed it was a very wealthily CEO's car, thanks to some well placed rumors, and left the car be. Alexander 'Zee' White was perfectly fine with that, since it made his job easier, though it would be even easier if the King was actually there. No one was running about in a panic though, so it was probably just someone holding him up.

Shifting from one foot to the other, Zee stuck his hands in the suit pockets and mentally went over his weapons on hand. In his right pocket he had a small case that looked like it was for cigarettes, and while there were a few in there it also held all the chemical compounds he would need to make simple poisons or acids. A set of throwing knives where hidden in different parts of the suit, and he wore the revolver in a holster over his shoulder. Hopefully he wouldn't need it, but a gun was a lot more intimidating to people than a little vial of powder.

It started as a normal day, just like any other. Tasha just took a nice, long shower upon awakening. Thanks to what she does for a living, she was able to live in the wealthier part of London and drive her Dream Car, a Nissan Skyline GT-R R34. After showering, she slipped on her work outfit, which is usually a suit, which consists of Slacks, Dress Shoes, a White Button-Up Shirt, a Blazer, Black Gloves and a Red Necktie. The only things that were usually out of the Ordinary were her Feather Earrings and her three handguns, all of which were easily hidden by her Blazer. After finishing up her hair, she placed her Rifle, which was inside a case, into the trunk of her Nissan before inconspicuously leaving her apartment's parking garage. Because of her taste in Cars, many of her neighbors suspected her of being a Street Racer. Upon her arrival to work, she just walked in casually and had little to say to those that she had encountered.

When her Day got started, she didn't expect to be on Bodyguard Duty. But with her Marksmanship abilities, she wasn't concerned with protecting her subject. Tasha was indeed the scrapper type of girl, so she is never afraid to throw down and get dirty if it meant completing her mission. As she made it to her Destination, she waited patiently by the Suitcase.
