(uh- kinda, it's like it takes slower for me to turn back fully- and the only way you can really tell most of the time- especially if the form I chose was a fox- is by the eyes. also, I may or may not also sometimes cough up blood because of over-usage, and, some forms, if like, super powerful, or something, can cause me to have overuse symptoms really quick- anyways- you mean telekinesis?)
