welll i kinda missed the whole day and then i had to rush in and get my stuff they only gave my the key and room number

did you- the woods that essentially surround the school and town here on just about all sides but y'know, the roads? those woods. the Serafina woods.

well they look like normal trees to me but yes i did see them on my way to the school and like what are they cursed or something ?

exactly~ and we have evidence too! also, what place did you grow up in where it's normal for trees to have purple leaves? oh, wait- you prbs thought they were flowers, huh? anyways- yeah, they're cursed. and it's not like, one story from hundreds of years ago that make people think this either, there's practically a new incident every year- sometimes more. kids go missing, only for their eyes or bones etc. to return 3 or something days later, pets but also sometimes small children, coming back live but zombie like, sometimes with mushrooms or crystals growing on them, only to die a few days later. and these stories are true- always on the news. the most recent is a toddler named clara- went missing and five days later her bones were found right near where she went missing- clean and white as bleach. anyways, what I'm saying is everyone, everyone, stays out of Serafina woods, everyone gets a bad feeling from them. so uh- yeah.

*I add an "obviously meant to be spooky but doing it to be kinda funny" accent in some parts, and over all I seem concerningly nonchalant and chill on these cursed woods, as if I don't fear them at all.*

yeah where i grew up it normal to see trees with pink, blue, purple, red, leaves

you- you realize literally no one goes there right? literally everyone who's been all like "hah- what a joke- I'm gonna go to Serafine woods to prove I'm cool or tough or whatever" has ended- and I mean all of them ended up appearing a day later, horribly mutilated and still alive, horrible pain. only live long enough to see the sun one last time. *I give you a challenging look, waiting for a response*

*I look at you, waiting to see if you'll say more, then I take another sip of my chocolate milk, and speak again* if you have powers, it does. always does. only ever really the powers though, so if you're expecting to find the reasons and mysteries of life there, why yo have some sort of curse or something, who your parents were or whatever the heck, *I roll my eyes* you won't find it there. *I take one last sip of my chocolate milk before putting it back on the counter* anyways, your room is the one you put your stuff in- or the only one with a bed that's unoccupied. here- *I guide you around the kitchen counter-like a u turn, and continue on- there's a hallway that way that leads to three rooms- bathroom and two bedrooms. one of the bedrooms is missing the bed, so you take the one that has a bed, obviously* there ya go my dude, anything else you need?
