Race- both appear to be human


Powers- Jeff has the power of projection, or the ability to project a clone image of himself, or anyone he's spent a certain amount of time with.

-Kate can make things made out of light(tangible objects such as weapons, and shields... Not very much barriers and such)

Bio- Jeff and Kate are twins who...obviously grew up together with their parents, who were element manipulators. They grew up like many siblings, rivalries, squabbles, loving fights, all that stuff. When their powers came in, mom and dad thought the twins needed more discipline when it comes to using them, so they sent them to Jade Rose.

Personalities-

Jeff

Jeff (or Jeffrey) is the more laid back of the duo, the more analytical, and precise of the two, he doesn't really express himself much, and is the less social, though Kate can coux him to socialize, and let loose a little bit. But himself he prefers to be seen and not heard in a crowd, unless its an emergency. He's a person who's absolute trust is difficult to attain, and is very caring about the people he does trust. Can be a little bit brooding at times.

Kate

Kate ( or Katlin) is by far the more outspoken of the duo. She's almost always vocal, trying to make new friends, going to events, volunteering for things, ect. She is normally very optimistic, but does have her insecurities on certain issues. She isn't very patient, and can sometimes be rather obnoxious, but she's overall a cheery girl, who although can be a bit headstrong, wants to have a good time.
