His power would be terrifying if his mana was infinite, but it's not. Creating the potential and ability to have a baby isn't all that hard for him, but quickening a pregnancy so much would require a large amount of power to pull off. Especially if he wanted to ensure the proper development of the baby, which he would.

I hope you guys understand, I seem to have hurt my hand and a muscle in my arm, using spray paint decorating a new cane, yesterday which makes it painful and hard to use my right hand, which makes it really hard to type so I will probably not post much or at least it will take a long time for me to.
