Yup. 5 from my Attributes, +3 from the armor, and +4 more from the Charm. I break people.
 
You can bet your sweet ass we are. With my armor and the Abyssal version of Increasing Strength Exercise, I can get a 12 Strength.
That's pretty damn impressive. Still, don't forget the Melee damage enhancers. They're certainly nothing to scoff at either.

Since you were going to allow a necrotic version of the Solar Cannon, can I get a Soulsteel version of the Third Arm Glaive instead of taking a Grand Grymscythe?
 
I see that the Glaive would give you a lot less damage capability, but it will boost your Parry DV quite a bit.

As you said, since I would allow a Abyssal version of the Solar Cannon, I'll let you get a Soulsteel version of this.
 
Hope I'm not throwing anyone off by doing this, but I'm likely going to change course to a Day Caste. I've been a bit scatter-brained trying to pull things together since Abyssals are one of the splats I'm least familiar with.

Still intending to go with a sword and a few spells, just looking at leaning more into the Night/Day caste Abilities than the Zenith/Midnight ones.

I'm not against changing caste depending on the abilities. I picked dusk cause of archery and martial arts. And it seemed sheriff and lawbringery.
 
Hmm, the concept I was working on was Day, but the character could fit a very atypical Midnight. Ugh, but 2e doesn't allow any flexibility in Caste abilities. Annoying!
