there is something inherently creepy about abandoned buildings. maybe it's the silence, or how quickly nature takes back what is hers. of course, it could be the association with ghosts and paranormal beings as well.
whatever scares you about them, it wasn't enough to snuff out your desire for fortune and fame.
welcome to abandoned. dead. forgotten. it's a reality show created by two brothers, one of whom is a former urbex legend. he has explored some of the creepiest places known to have existed, and found things one simply cannot explain.
now it's your turn.
plot;
this rp has a creepy theme, but it's not actually horror and will be more focused on the drama of the character's situation and how they react and interact.
for whatever reason, you've decided to sign up for the reality show, abandoned. dead. forgotten.
spanning three weeks, it will take place in the infamous abandoned city and is to be filmed exclusively with remote cameras, meaning you and the other contestants will be the only ones there. still, it's a tv show... so there's no real danger, right?
what you and the others don't know is that it isn't a real, licensed film studio and it's not for mainstream tv. instead, the people producing it are doing so illegally and on a major budget.
so not only are you without electricity, running water and phone services, there's also no way of contacting help from the distant and undeniablely creepy location...
in other words, you're on your own until they come back.
rules;
•this is not first come, first serve, but a nicely filled out cs will definitely help you get the spot you want
•please no psychopath/sociopath/'crazy'/murderer characters. they're boring, overused and ruin the fun for everyone else. mean characters are totally fine, but not evil ones
•no godmodding, player vs player combat or killing someone else's character without asking
•if you wanna leave or need to take a break, let me know! i won't be mad, but thankful and we can work something out. if you ghost, your character will become a ghost ^^
•no drama in the ooc, save it for the rp. if you have an issue, let me know
•romance is allowed, but not as a main focus, please
