Fandom A World Reborn (Genshin AU) -- OOC

Quite the introduction to Margaux. I think after this I'll slow down a little so everyone who hasn't went yet gets their chance.
 
If Kyoya and Lyuda ever manage to get along,maybe they'll be able to pull off a cool combo with Lyuda's Stake Driver sometime,considering how it was designed to accept Electro energy.
 
PanPanMondAay PanPanMondAay Here are two ideas I thought of for the opening plotline. We don't have to follow either one to a tee or even do either of these. Since this is the part where everyone is just meeting up, I'm cool with almost anything that seems like it could plausibly occur (maybe with some strokes of luck). While thinking of these, I made the assumption that Sigil and Chu Hua would get acquainted in Mondstadt City and take the commission together, but again I'm open to them crossing paths in some other way.

1: The commission issued by the Adventurer's Guild is an investigation primarily based in Liyue. It could be also an investigation across Teyvat, with few adventurers near/in Liyue willing to participate for whatever reason - for example, the reason could be that most adventurers find the payment amount low or the mission too risky or "out of the way". The commission would involve scouting and investigating the properties of "Stormeye" (the Eye of the Storm enemy in game) sightings. Since this is an AU, properties like appearance, attacks, or even the types of elements could be changed. They would probably set off a day or a few days after accepting the commission, so that the Guild could arrange for them travel to Liyue on an Anemo Slime Balloon. (I think this would best work as a short time skip from when the commission is accepted to shortly before they set off.) The investigation would take place in the Liyue "wilds" (basically anywhere outside of Liyue Harbor) so there would be lots of potential places to go.

2: The pair is instead tasked with escorting a shipment of Dandelion Wine from the Dawn Winery to... some group in Liyue Harbor (idk). It would probably make the most sense for it to be some impromptu arrangement, where this particular shipment has been intercepted or lost several times before, so the people at the Winery would desperate to get it sent. It could be connected to the first scenario, so that upon discovering that Sigil and acquaintances are planning to go to Liyue, they offer them this to take this deal instead of the commission (or maybe they are crazy enough to take both?), and in return they would be offered some of the revenue made from the sale. Still, it might be too unrealistic for the Winery to trust some random adventurers, and I imagine the Guild might not be too happy with the Winery trying to interrupt their investigation... then again, the Guild's influence is weaker due to the genocide of the Seven, so maybe the Winery just isn't scared of the consequences? I feel like this might be too much of a contrived coincidence, so let me know what you think. If we go through with this one, I think it would make the most sense for them to still have that Anemo Slime Balloon, with all the barrels of wine strapped to it. And they then make it to Liyue safely without any troubles at all :) /s

I feel like number One would fit more with my character.
 
Guys I sorta need help coming up with A lore for Sumera
I know the history of it but everything else is a little different and I don't want it to be the same as anyone else's.
 
I offer a historical detail:

It may be possible that like Natlan,the landmass of Sumeru might originally have been inhabited by multiple smaller kingdoms led by warlords,and one of them gradually became dominant and began to purge the mundane and supernatural lore of the kingdoms it conquered.

But at the height of its power,something (perhaps the Archon or another god) overturned that empire.

Realizing the consequences of erasing knowledge,the inhabitants of the current Sumeru became devoted to preserving it instead.

god, imagine being a 15 year old girl, running through the rain, taking shelter in a cave, and then you accidentally awaken a long dormant god with amnesia. What kind of lottery did Xiangling win
 
Xiangling won the universe's favor by the sheer power of cooking and, you know what, if I was a dormant god, I would wake up for some good food too
