Also, Katt/Hel/whatever, how should I proceed?
1)If I make my character from a work of fiction/game/whatever how would he get there? Would he be among the summoned by Loki, yet not introduced yet?
2)Can I make a character from the same universe as other's character. Let's say I want someone from Mortal Kombat, but Raiden is already there, will I be able to introduce another MK character, or is it strictly have to be different?

You can have as many characters from the same universe as you'd like, just not multiples of the same character. All of the various characters moderations are compressed into one person- like with Loki having at least 3 different universes he's pulling personalities from, but apart from that you can pick whoever you'd like from whatever you'd like!
Also, unless said character is already in asgard for some reason, or can teleport themselves, then yes, probably they were summoned by Loki and not yet introduced!
