Good evening my dearest of readers. Is it late at night? Are you in your bed whilst with the lights out? Can you feel the eyes of the abyss tear through you as you stare into this room? If so then that is mostly how this role play will be going, you will feel comfortable and uncomfortable at times, be watched and then forgotten only to whenever you feel you've gotten to below your blanket and are finally safe you will have found that the same shadows that were outside of it are inside trapped with you in the same blanket you sought comfort in.

During the witch hunts of the XVI century there were never restless nights, for witches were always roaming the fields, looking for children to capture and eat as the folklore said. Oh how delightful would it be if there were only witches roaming around, and if they only ever ate children where did their parents go? Were the cheerful villages that adventurers travelled through always so empty? So eerie and lacking the laughter of children which once ran around the plaza? Society now only cares for one thing, stop the witches from doing whatever they have been up to for the last century, even if they're diligent in it there's always a small question that never leaves their mind while they're chasing a witch through the woods, and that little question is very simple, it goes along the lines of "What the hell am I gonna find tonight?". Citizens know that every chase of the witch might be their last, and the biggest of their concerns is knowing is not actually thinking they'll die, but what the witches will do to them if they get caught.

Now my friend, do tell me, are you scared of witches? For I am absolutely terrified of them, and so should you.

In this role play I will act as the game master and I'm looking for a party of about 3~4 people. When the four people have been found then I'll give them the rest of the information that they need as I will provide a short template for the character.

There are some minor requirements that I request for this role play because it will not be light, at least not under my watch as I'm striving to keep all group members on edge during all their travels, such are listed as:

• Should be at least 18 years old;
• Should write at least six lines for reply (More is recommended but I'll accept it if all group members are alright with it);
• Is not soft skinned (If you get down too quickly or are uncomfortable by these themes please do not join as they will be present in much of this tale);
• Decent reply time (I understand that everyone has their busy days but bringing a halt to the tale may cause people to get bored and leave);
• Understands that this universe is more about experience than abilities.

Heavy Themes:Can go from slightly gruesome descriptions to a never ending web of things.(no erotica or things like that).
Note:I may update this from time to time as it's still a very rough idea. Feel free to message me but at the time I might still haven't finished it.
Universes I took inspiration from: Darkest Dungeon, Dark Room, Blasphemous, Grimm's Fairy Tails and Dracula(mostly Van Helsing).
