• Elincia, original birth name Tomoe Sakurai, was a 9-5 employee of the Nippon Detanaku Corporation. She enjoyed her morning coffee, nightly strolls in the park, evening martial arts workouts to keep generally fit, and occasionally was forced into a date by her friends who were desperate for her to find a boyfriend. At 31 years of age she was already beyond the point of actually caring if she found someone. And her aloof, somewhat standoffish attitude didn't usually help things. She was always distant with men for one reason or another, though her friends never could figure out why.
  
  Working in the data analytics department, she crunched numbers and wrote reports day in and day out. Monotony truly knew no boundaries either as she often had to work overtime due to "curtailing redundancies in the labor force" which saw her become one of only three Data Analysts in the entire building. Deadlines piled up. The bosses grew frustrated and constantly berated her and her team for their failure to keep up. And for those who dared point out that the team was too small they all received a one-day dock in pay and would see no overtime payment for the next 48 hours of overtime actually spent in the office.
  
  Tomoe had finally had enough and was preparing to go to HR and, if need be, file a complaint to the company's headquarters when... It happened.
  
  She was preparing to take lunch at 11:30am and had just gotten in the elevator to head down to ground level when the building shook. The elevator froze in place trapping her in limbo as she could only listen and hope against hope that the elevator would start working again and let her out. However, it was not to be. The elevator remained stationary until the shaking became overwhelming. Tomoe fell to her knees in the elevator and then seemed to float in midair as it entered free-fall after the cables snapped. Down, down, down it fell until at last... Darkness.
  
  Tomoe's head was pounding. Her body ached. Her mind was racing. What happened? Did she just fall? What happened to the building? Was it an earthquake? A fire? Some kind of bomb? Whatever it was things just didn't feel........... Right?
  
  Finally sitting up and shaking her head to clear the cobwebs, Tomoe opened her eyes and found herself sitting in a vast grass field under a clear blue sky. The wind kissed her face and danced with her hair. The sounds of grass rustling and waving in the breeze accompanied by the sounds of a few birds flying overhead. Where in the world was she? And... WHAT THE HELL WAS SHE WEARING?! Looking down Tomoe found herself staring at a pair of black gloves, and wearing a white dress of sorts with... Was that white strands of hair? Oh God. WAS SHE OLD?!?! She felt her face for wrinkles. But no. Her skin was silky and smooth. She was young. If she had to guess she was a bit younger than whatever happened in the elevator. But... How?
  
  She had no answers. But what she did have was company. Others lay around her in the grass which begged the question... Was this heaven, or Hell?

Name: Osamu Tetsua
Isekai Name: Rui
Personality: Rui is a very straightforward person. He tends to make everything a bit like a joke but becomes serious when necessary. He has been shown to be very ruthless and unfaltering when it comes to violence. He hasn't, however, shown any particular enjoyment from killing. His ruthlessness comes from his pragmatism. He is cryptic and highly manipulative, and dwells on only important things. Under his carefree and relaxed demeanor, however, Rui is extremely cunning, intelligent, and also a funny guy. Being very irritable puts off his calmness though, yet still isn't really considered the worst of the worst. Sharp and analytical, always relying on his keen intellect to assess situations with precision. His sharp eyesight not only grants him excellent observational skills but also fuels his ability to notice details others might overlook. However, his intelligence often leads to frustration when dealing with those who are slower to understand or when things don’t go according to plan. He loathes himself, as what might others might say, slightly insecure. Shaking away all the negativity, Kyo is very loyal to the group, undeniably true at the most. A bullet would be taken by him for anyone to protect those close to him. Trust can only be ever gained over time.

Backstory Part:

Osamu Tetsua had always been a straight A student throughout high school, even though he had a janky middle school while going through some badass phase. After only a couple years of college, his friend had offered a job at a high-paying company. Of course Rui couldn't turn down the money, but he wasn't all so sure if he'd enjoy working there. He was possibly one of the younger ones there too, and his friend was 'ought to be in a different position then him.

He decided to give it a try. And so he was accepted.

He was only merely exploring the insides of the company's building, something named the Nippon Detanaku Corporation or whatever, when the delight of seeing the rooftop got to him. Sure, the huge glass windows portraying the outside scenery was good and all, but experiencing it first hand was much better. He had waved his friend good bye, hoping to sign off some more conformation papers while he was at it up there. But it wasn't until he was hopping along the stairway that he felt the slight tremor.

It was an odd feeling, not ever having experienced an earthquake, but Osamu knew that something wrong was going to happen. Something bad he wasn't going to like. He was already racing down the steps, tripping ever so slightly whenever a slight thrash caught him off guard. He had just reached the second floor, so close but yet so far, when something collapsed in front of him to block his way. It wasn't too long that more and more pieces of fine art were getting chipped away. Until one crashed into him and crushed him.

When he blinked open his eyes, he wasn't met with debris but instead a nice sunrise and a small nose sniffing him. He shot right up, startling the rabbit that already began hopping away. With a confused expression, Osamu pinched himself, hoping to get rid of the dream. Wasn't he supposed to be dead? What happened, and where was he?

Even more, his physical features seemed to have changed too. His black hair that always dangled in a bun was now replaced with reddish brown locks, similar in length to say the least. His body was far thinner and slim, and he could already feel his shrink in size. It was no doubt he was near underweight, and his skin seemed to have palened. Even his ears looked different! What happened to him?
