The Discord server has cool information about the lore of Hellsmount that you wouldn't be able to obtain otherwise!

Some have referred to this entity as a miracle; a vast presence that brings fortune, food, and freedom to all who greet it. Others have known it as a vicious beast, known to kill relentlessly by battering around trespassers, by suffocating them, or by eating them whole. Simply put, it is neither of the two. This massive collection of wealth and suffering is simply only a gateway leading to a long road with many twists turns and detours. It has no speed limits and no laws; only a loose set of guidelines. There is an easy, three-letter word that can be used to describe this never-ending highway to fortune, and that word is "sea."

The sea is known to be home to many largely known creatures: Mermaids, Krakens, Sea Serpents, and so many others that no script, scroll, or book could be big enough to even just list the names. But while there may be dangers that stand as a roadblock, there are also treasures to be found at the end of the road. The most notorious treasures are the Aronym Jewels, said to be located in a land known as Hancunaptra, a place swarmed by ferocious beasts and torn by years of war and raids by pirates as well as the Navy.

But your adventure doesn't begin in such a devastating place. No, it shall begin in Hellsmount's biggest and nicest port: Umma.

UMMA

The docks of Umma almost seemed to glow brightly as strong beams of sunlight shot through the empty sky. A cool breeze of salt water wafted through the air as if to contrast perfectly with the heat. The calming beat of waves slapping against the sandy shore resounded off the family own businesses that lie just beyond the shoreline. Men and women walked down the boardwalk, all of them off to work or to fish or to enjoy a nice drink at the saloon. Children ran around and stared into the vast, deep ocean, imagining being a great sailor and exploring new lands one day. Others played "pirate" by picking up sticks and fighting with them. They wouldn't realize it, but they would soon be seeing the faces of the greatest yet worst players of the game "pirate" of all time.

The odds and chances of the two ships pulling into the docks at the same date were slim to none. As if the strings of their fate had been entwined. The two ships, belonging to Tynedale and Renascence, hadn't come into contact with each other for a long time. But here they were in due time. The crews from both vessels eyed the opposite ship as they pulled in. Sworn enemies were the two bands of pirates. And here they were to meet once again. Would they fight? Or would they walk onto Umma's boardwalks in peace?

Everyone, the RP has begun! Feel free to board the docks of Umma port and interact with eachother!

Captain Antonio Brannon payed Renascence no eye as his crew, the Tynedale, pulled into port Umma. A waste of time, energy, and concentration it would be to worry about old enemies, even if they were as bloodthirsty as the Renascence. Tony only knew of their presence from the oohs and ahhs of other crew members. At the mention of the rivalling crew, Antonio smirked with a mischievous smile; it was a smile he wore on his face quite often as he hadn’t a worry or a care in the world. He would take life as it came and put no forethought into anything.

“Aye, rigger!” Antonio called out to a crew member that was hanging from the rigging. “Prepare to tie down the ship!” Upon those words being said, the boatswain dropped the anchor, bringing the ship to a steady stop in the port. The rigger began his duties by lowering the sails and tying the vessel to the dock. “Aight crew! Get your asses off the ship! We’ve arrived at our destination. With that, Antonio took a seat as he waited for the rest of the crew to scramble off the ship. He was always the last one to leave or board his ship. On the contrary, he was always one of the first to board enemy ships. “And don’t go getting into trouble!”

Tony gave his crew the warning, knowing of the Renascence’s coincidental docking near them. Antonio wanted to be the first to start conflict with them, as he planned to meet with their captain, Nicoli Mara. Both Tynedale and Renascence were well known among even common folk, so when his party and the Renascence unboarded their boats, the townsfolk came to an abrupt stop and gasps and murmuring could have been heard all around.

Meira glanced over her shoulder at the captain as she stepped off, "You're telling these idiots not to get in trouble?" She asked, a small smile on her face before she walked down the board towards the pier. She had grown used to the hopping on and off of the ship, so she didn't sway too much when she finally touched solid ground. She watched her shipmates move, her hand on her hip as she thought of the stores she needed to visit, the supplies she had to pick up, anything trivial she needed to get done so they could be off again. It never was smart to stay in one place for too long with these hooligans. The sun glittered on her red hair, turning it into a living flame as she walked. She definitely could stay on shore for too long, lest someone she didn't want sniffing around her boots get too close. The thought sent a shiver down her spine.

Nicoli gazed at the Tynedale, his eyebrow raised as he watched the ship pull into the dock. Hm. That was definitely a first. He adjusted his weight as he rose his hand, a slight signal for his crew to get their asses moving to docking his ship. As they got closer he stepped down from the uplift of the ship, whistling for his crew to rally around him. He looked at all of them, murmuring, "Don't make any moves I don't call for." It was a threat the crew needed to take seriously as he straightened, "Go play." And he waved his hand, dismissing them. He glanced down at his second in command, a small smile on his lips as he stated, "Make sure they play nice, yea?" His eyes moved back to the Tynedale, watching the crew get off. His gaze landed on the captain, and he only slightly dipped his head in acknowledgement before he got off of his ship, his loose fitting shirt softly blowing with the wind.

Tyrese sat quietly on a spare barrel in the back of the ship, his dainty hands holding the bronze hilt of his pocket knife as he fiddled with a spare piece of wood that he had taken from an old soap box, the wood was becoming quite the replica of the yellow cannery that had blessed his imaginary mind this morning. Of course, he knew that the bird wasn't real and didn't care for it even existing in his mind because of the fact that since it was a figment of his imagination, he couldn't kill it. With a final push from his thumb into the brown material the beak of the animal was finished and he squinted at the sculpture for a moment before he heard the thumping of feet from above and figured that the captain must have called them for an announcement.

A small 'hmph' escaped Tye's mouth before he hopped down from the barrel walked quickly to where Nicoli had called, as he walked into the sunlight his honey like eyes glanced over the port they had arrived in. "Umma," Tyrese mumbled as he tossed the wooden bird he'd made overboard with a slight of hand, he'd been in Umma before but only for a few moments, when he was running away from his old life. A small grin seemed to appear on his face as he thought of the memories that were attached to that part of his life, he tilted the over sized cap he wore on his blonde head so that it was straight and adjusted his sailor uniform, with any luck he'd play a few games while they were docked.

Passing by the captain he observed as the older male watched their neighboring ship, of course it was the Tynedale that had to appear next to them Tyrese's teeth bit his bottom lip roughly as contemplated where he should go or whom he should interact with, perhaps it was better to watch for a while and see if anyone made themselves available. Off the ship now he walked forward to a group of older men sitting and standing at a fishing shop, all of whom stared at him strangely as he grabbed a rickety old stool from a table and sat himself down on top of it. Who knew standing was so exhausting? He caught the eye of a not-so-gentlemen who was staring pretty hard at him and sent to the male a sweet smile as he locked their eyes together, sure Tye only had one eye to work with but by the way that the other guy was squirming in his seat the one eye surely did the trick.

She wasn't supposed to say hate. But she did. She hated them. She hated this place. And she hated this captain.

Azalea watched the waves lap at the ship as they pulled into port Umma, which she thought was a rather funny name in all honesty. She leaned over the side and watched as everyone's attention seemed to be focused on another ship. In fact, everybody at the port seemed to be solely focused on the Renasence had the other ship. Behind her she could hear Nicoli conversing with his crew, she quietly eavesdropped on his words, putting two and two together. Obviously the Renasence and the other ship had some bad blood between them. She wondered what.

Her hazel eyes regarded the ship with curiosity. Wondering perhaps, if the two crews broke into conflict, if she could use the opportunity to make an escape. They wouldn't be here for a while she knew, and there was no escape on the water, so the ports were her only opportunities. Perhaps today would be a better one. She glanced briefly at Nicoli to witness him give a brief nod to the other ships captain. Azalea arched an eyebrow.

Most likely not. But it never hurt that much to try.

Azalea made a painfully obvious point of keeping a distance between her and Nicoli as she begrudgely followed after him, her eyes traveled the port with curiosity and a fierce determination, looking for an escape route for when the time came, glaring at anyone who gave her the suggestive eye and bit her tongue from saying anything sharp.

Nicoli glanced back at Azalea before he scanned the crowd once they got off the pier. He looked for the familiar fluff of grey hair, his eyes narrowing when they finally landed on it. He put his hand on Azalea's back and leaned down, whispering, "Stay close." Before he straightened and met the eyes of the Tynedale's captain. He tipped his head toward the bar that had a few patrons flowing in and out occasionally, most of them stumbling even though it was the middle of the day. He didn't really wait to see if the captain had accepted the silent offer, he just strode towards the building, guiding Azalea with his hand on her back, "This could get ugly.. Eventually. If you try and run, you'll wish you hadn't, yes?" He murmured, glancing down to make sure she got the hint he was laying down for her.

"Captain! Captain! Squawk!"

Richie squawks from atop Sherwood's shoulder, the parrot's beautiful coloured feathers shining in the bright sun, as he scrubs the floors of the Renascence deck. As the ship docks, however, and the captain gives the crew the time on shore they seemed to need, Sherwood remains behind on the large ship. After all, he was just the cabin boy - an accomplished sea captain down on his luck, and he had a new job to do. Sherwood's job was relatively easy, if not a bit humiliating, as all he had to do was ensure the ship's cleanliness - and endure the mocking tones, and often violent tendancies, of some of the other crew. Still, he was strong-willed, and he'd be damned if he let anything like that disturb him.

So, as such, he just stays on the ship with his bucket of seawater and his sponge scrubbing away at the deck. Unbeknownst to the crew, Sherwood's job was actually pretty important - his father told him that scrubbing the deck wasn't just for cleaniness, but to keep the ship afloat. Something to do with water making the wooden planks swollen to seal them, or something like it. He doesn't notice much going on around him since his head was looking at the floor, but occasionally he looks up to see what's going on. There were a few of the crew left on the ship who he could only presume were the guys who defended the ship or maintained it or something, but some of the higher in command folk were still there, for whatever reason. Meanwhile, his parrot flies up to the rigging and squawks happily at the top.

Azalea stiffened as Nicoli put his hand on her back, whispering for her to stay close as he seemed to eye the captain of the other ship. Her nails dug into her palms as he did so, a sure sign of her containing her anger or restraining herself from saying anything. She bedrudgingly followed after him at a close distance, watching the interaction between Nicoli and the other captain. They obviously knew each other. As such, she was guessing the bad blood was more between them.

Azalea internally groaned as Nicoli gestured towards the tavern, where few drunken occupants stumbled out. Taverns were disgusting, foul places. Places her mother had always warned her away from.

She bit her lip as Nicoli guided her through, she didn't dare glance up at his face, so she kept her angry gaze straight ahead. Chills ran up her spine as he murmured a silent threat to her, warning her away from running. This time, Azalea met his gaze.

"If it does get ugly, I hope you lose." She murmured back in an icy voice, not willing to give him the satisfaction of saying she understood, before she went back to the scenery before her instead of up at Nicoli.

Edyth Derane ~ Master GunnerRenascence
Edyth came when her captain called just as the others did. Her lips played at a faint smile. Don't attack without his say-so, eh? Edyth wasn't the type to charge headfirst in the first place but, taking the rest of the crew into consideration, she could understand the captain's misgivings. To her, it simply didn't make sense to charge headfirst at the enemy when they knew you were right next to them. They would be on guard. It was best when their backs were turned and throats opened for slicing.

Edyth then pondered the next thing Nicoli said. 'Go play.' Rather contradictory in her opinion, but she understood the sentiment behind it. Ravage the town as you please, just don't get into any unnecessary trouble.

She turned her gaze onto Umma, wondering if they had anything for her. Edyth preferred a secret treasure trove, hidden by the elements rather than people. But, still, she could think of a few things worth taking. Books, for example. More weapons. She doubted they had any better than her but maybe it was worth the look.

Before Edyth could decide, however, the squawking of a bird distracted her. It was unlike the cawing of seagulls but a sound she heard more closely on a regular basis. A parrot. How... pirate-like. Despite how regularly she had heard it, Edyth still hadn't figured out whom it belongs to. Surely it must belong to someone. It was flying upwards into the masts, so maybe the rigger? Didn't seem like her type of thing but then again Edyth didn't know her well enough to say. When she stepped closer to inquire after the subject, she almost knocked into a bent over cabin boy scrubbing the ship. Edyth only stopped at the last moment.

Sherwood, who was just in his own little world scrubbing away at the deck, doesn't seem to notice the approaching footsteps of the gunner. He continues to not seem to notice her as he stands up to get some more seawater, almost bumping into the woman, as he looks around and gets quite a shock as he sees her in his peripherals. With a very 'manly' squeak he jumps back before coughing in a feeble attempt to retain some dignity. "Oh, er...hi! Didn't see you there." He says, with a cheerful and upbeat tone despite the hard and unfrotunate job he has been let with - cleaning the entire ship.

While this happens, Richie continues squawking. He doesn't seem to be squawking at anything in particular - almost as if he was chuntering to himself. As he sees Sherwood move, however, he flaps back down to his shoulder with a satisfied caw. "Captain! Captain!"

As the bird flew done to rest on the boy's shoulder's, Edyth's curiosity was sated. So it was his. Though sated her curiosity was, she did wonder why the bird was saying, 'Captain'. Edyth's faint smile grew in her amusement at the possibilities. "Hello," she responded. "My apologies, I didn't see you there." Of course she wasn't sorry at all and apologized out of courtesy more than anything. "I hope you remain unharmed?"

Sherwood scoffs, although in a friendly manner, at the gunner's question. "Harmed? I don't get harmed!" He says with a slight hint of humour and sarcasm in his tone, and definitely not in the usual big-headed manner that some other crew members possess. There is still a confident stance to him, almost brash, however as he stands tall while he talks almost puffing his chest out a bit. "What about you? I trust you are well?" Sherwood was surprised that she was still on the ship while everyone else was off drinking or whatever, and he was usually ignored by the higher command, so he visibly happy to talk to anyone let alone a woman.

Maxwell Jackups III

"Okay I need to get some new maps, see if there any new books about marine life, send a letter to my family... I should see if any the stores have any telescopes..." Maxwell said as they pulled into port. "Mr.Brannon you will need to worry about me starting trouble. Now if you excuse me, I'll be do a bit of duties for myself. Stay safe" Maxwell said to Antonio as he passed by before getting off the ship. After getting off the ship he headed straight for a book store to check out their books.

"Yes, I'm fine," Edyth answered. After all, it wasn't like anything had actually happened to her. Then again, it wasn't like anything happened to him either.

Looking properly at him now, Edyth recognized him from different sightings. She hadn't paid much attention to him as he went one way and she another. He was a simple cabin boy after all. But he seemed rather cheerful which struck her as strange considering the nature of most of the crew members. Like a ray of sunshine amongst clouds. "Edyth Derane," she introduced herself, offering him her hand.
The Fabulous Emerald The Fabulous Emerald

Sherwood recognized the woman immediately, although not by name, as he had seen her lead the gunners around - but, of course, everyone on the ship knew the top fry in the crew, and the master gunner was certainly amongst the top. However, he had never really heard her by name (or, and the more likely option, just plain forgot) and never had the chance to talk to her before now other than a passing greeting or so. Typically, he stuck amongst the lower class of the ship - the slaves, the other cleaners, the workers and those sort of people as those were the ones he got on with - he doesn't have many talents, but making quick and rowdy friends was one of them.

As he took her hand, somewhat delicately, he shook it with a smile. "Sherwood Lindsey." He says, somewhat surprised that she was taking the time to talk to him.

Antonio stood amongst the crowd, sliding and weaving through groups of people from town. His crew was there to grab supplies, but they were also to enjoy themselves with doing as they please. A leisurely trip to Umma indeed. Looking around for things to do, a rather mischievous smirk suddenly slid onto his face. He had locked eyes with Captain Nicoli of the Renascence, silently accepting his gesture to meet him for a drink. After making his way to the bar, Antonio scanned the room for a familiar face. He then found a man and a woman sitting next to one another. The woman had a look of discomfort and anger, crossing her arms as she looked away from the man. The man himself had dark hair, pale skin, and an expression that only the most savage of people could wear. That man was none other than Nicoli himself. Antonio grabbed a seat at their table with a grin and began conversation as if they were good friends.

"Aye! Your girlfriend there don't look to happy," he chuckled slightly, clearly oblivious to possible danger at hand.

"Finally." Bard's tone carried no small amount of relief as he heard the captain announce their arrival. He has been in the surgeon's bay for a large portion of the journey, simply because he couldn't stand Tyrese. He could understand the bloodthirsty tendencies of the crew, but his new partner was just... creepy. He was young, almost babyfaced, and seemed almost sadistic, just in the way he walked and talked.

Bard had taken stock of the medic supplies, making note of what he needed and what could use repairing. In his spare time, he had also figured out how much food and water they had left, and how much they would need for a long journey. Of course, he had no idea where they were off to next, but it never hurt to be prepared.

Going into the fresh air above was incredibly refreshing, although once Bard made it onto firm land, he found it a bit difficult to remain balanced. That was a common side effect of living on the sea for so long, but it passed within moments. In a satchel at his side, he had sufficient funds to purchase what he needed, but there was no way he could get everything done by himself. Groaning inwardly, he made a beeline for Tyrese, the only person he knew that would have the slightest idea of the medical supplies they needed.

"Here." Bard splattered a handful of coins onto Tyrese's lap. "Bandages, or cloth to make them out of. And a new bone saw." The man turned on his heel, not wanting to wait for a reaction from the young surgeon, and headed in the direction of the marketplace.

Nicoli smiled slightly as Antonio slid into the seat next to him. It wasn't a particularly happy smile and kinda looked more like a grimace, "She is not my girlfriend." He stated, glancing over at Azalea. He would have to keep her snarky comment in mind for when they got back on the ship... But right now he had different things to worry about. Like the Captain sitting in front of him, "Had any good loots, lately?" He asked non-nonchalantly. He felt tense. His muscles were ready to spring at any moment, and though his hand on his thigh looked normal, it was close to the gun that hung at his hip. But he looked pretty relax besides the tension within his jaw. He couldn't really think of what irritated him more. The easy going smirk that was always plastered on Antonio's face, or the soft whispers that were going around the room while everyone gaped at them.

A small crowd of sailors were starting to watch Tye as he and an older scruffier male who had a forehead tattoo that read, 'Buffy' so he assumed that the label was the guys own name. Either that, or the idiot picked the wrong tattoo. Tyrese and Buffy were drawing a small crowd because Buffy had challenged Tye to a drinking competition in order to prove that the blondie was in fact a boy and not just posing as one. Of course, how could he say no to free drinks? A bartender guy handed out a few bottles to each of them, Buffy was busy flexing to notice that Tyrese had already started a few gulps of his own beverage, the warm buzz of alcohol filling his chest nicely, reminding him how much he loved being at the port.

Tye had nearly finished the first bottle before he noticed the presence of his nuisance of a partner coming closer to him, his lips released the bottle with a cute pop from his mouth as his tongue slid over the top seductively. It was a bit shocking and didn't help his case for not being a girl but then again he wasn't trying to prove he was a girl, Tyrese just wanted a free drink. His eye opened a bit more in surprise at the landing of coins on his shorts. The crowd looked over at Bard as he spoke in such a demanding voice, Tyrese's mouth formed a small grin as the other men watched as the older male walked aways so dismissively but Tye quickly returned their attention to him as he threw Buffy's beer on the ground. "Game over, you didn't drink any so I win," Buffy growled at the blondes statement but Tye sent him a silencing glare when he took his own bottle with him before pocketing the coins and following Bard till he walked at his pace, at his side. Without looking at the male his expression became blank, he didn't want to go with this guy because Bard was for one too old and watched him too closely, no matter what he always was judging the younger male as if waiting for him to make a mistake. Not to mention the little stunt that he had just pulled when Tye was with the other sailors, he put his head up and just focused on getting to the marketplace.

boo. boo.

Azalea fought the urge to blanch as the other captain compared her to being Nicoli's girlfriend, her nails digging into her palms under the table, leaving tiny red skin marks. She'd rather string herself up with a nose then come close to that title, she thought of saying so as well, but Nicoli's own objection stopped her from doing so. She was glad too. Noticing some jealous stares from a couple rather...exposed looking women. She fought the urge to smile. They could sink their claws into Nicoli for all she cared, maybe he'd play attention to them instead of her. She gave them a once over, wondering how many lived in a brothel.

The tension felt very real around them. It was so thick Azalea felt as if she could reach out and literally touch it. The attention in the room was on the table and she shifted uncomfortably in her seat, the tension made her stomach churn and she glanced down to see Nicoli's hand was dangerously close to his gun, but placed on his thigh in such a way it looked casual. Clever.

Azalea could only hope the other captain was doing the same. She didn't regret her words to Nicoli. She really hoped he did lose.

The marketplace was bustling with activity, the talk of the crowds drowning out the footsteps of Bard and Tyrese as they walked. The former kept his nose in the air, refusing to even look at the younger man as he scanned the plaza for merchants with which he could make a deal. While the sellers who stood in the open might be able to stock up the ship quicker, they charged more and usually refused to bargain. Bard preferred making deals with the more shadowy characters, for they were more willing to make a deal and kept such deals quiet as if they hae never happened. The less of a footprint they made, even in a port like this, the better.

"That looks like your stop," muttered Bard, nudging Tyrese in the direction of the cloth selling portion ot the market. He, on the other hand, headed down an alleyway well known to harbor some of then more less less known merchants. Bard had been to Umma once or twice, but had a nose for finding what he wanted to, especially in circumstances like this.

~~

"Seventy pieces."

"Done." The weedy voice of the merchant squeaked in a pleased fashion, and he eargerly scooped up the money Bard had laid out. "Where's your ship?"

"East dock. Her name's the Renascence."

The merchant gasped and scattered the gold pieces back onto the table, back away with a frightened expression. "I don't make no deals with that cursed ship. Deal's over."

"Don't be hasty, mister." The click of a pistol sounded from beneath the table, and the merchant froze. "I've got orders, and they need fillin'. You don't want me to get in trouble, do ya?" Bard's gaze was frightening as he glared into the eyes of the merchant. "If I get in trouble, I'll find you. Trust me, I will."

"Right - Renascence. Supplies will arrive in a few hours." The merchant scooped up the money once more and disappeared into his warehouse, leaving Bard alone. He waited a few moments before heading back into the marketplace, reluctantly searching for Tyrese. Likely he had gotten himself lost, or killed. The thought brought a smile to Bard's lips.

Marion leered at the Tynedale, securing the rigging for docking, then sliding down to hear the captain's orders. Play nice? But that's boring! Jumping the rest of the way down, she landed softly on the deck. Hmm, I wonder who's around to play today? Marion hissed at the squaking bird before heading towards the bar where her captain and his girl entered. Finding a corner with a good View of the Room she sat to find her prey.

Marion rose, swishing her hips confidently as She spotted an acceptable plaything for a while. "Do you charge by the hour?" she asked coyly to a 'rather exposed' woman Who was currently glaring at the slave by Nicoli.

The woman Muttered Something and let Marion lead her behind the bar, where she could enjoy herself. Hmm, too bad people would probably hear the woman's screams... Better knock her out first. Marion kissed her, knocking her out with the butt of her knife. Captain won't Mind if I don't get caught. Chuckling, She dragged the Woman's unconscious form farther back away from anyone getting in the way.

As the two entered the market section of the port Tyrese noticed the sudden large quantities of people that surrounded them and didn't like it that much, he personally didn't care for crowds unless he was in a cemetery and everyone around him was already dead. Still, in order to operate 'normally' in society or at least come across as someone who does he shook off his preferences watched for where he could get his supplies easiest, there was no way he was going to ask Bard to show him where he could get the supplies either, it would give the old man too much satisfaction. So the two of them treaded deeper into the marketplace till Tye felt someone nudge him and looked at Bard with though he didn't really mean for it to be so blatant, a look of disgust before he wiped it off and just raised his eyebrow wondering what the pirate could want from him. He didn't even bother to nod at the other guy and walked away immediately towards the cloth section, he didn't really care where Bard was going and hoped that where ever his feet took him would be a place that the male would finally just die.

The sweet thought brought a feeling of satisfaction to the younger male as he glanced around the cloth material laced section of the market, people were hustling about, attempting to make some kind of deal that would allow them to spend the least amount of money. Tyrese walked with his hands in his pocket, feeling the cold hard coins that were almost like dinner bells to the merchants that looked after him with interest because they assumed he was a little kid. Not just any cloth would do though and the further he got the more he realized that the medical center of the market was beginning to appear, a woman who looked around forty lightly tapped Tyrese's shoulder with a fake motherly smile on her face and after evaluating the situation Tye followed her into her medical tent.

" You seem so young to be walking along the market place alone, what can I do you for?" The woman spoke behind a table of medical goods and Tyrese looked around the tent noticing that no one else was actually inside, his fingers lightly ran over the top of a pair of surgical scissors before picking them up and staring at them. " Do you like those? They'll cost you $100 coins but since you're so cute I'll give you some cold medicine for $5 as well hmm?"

Tyrese didn't speak as he put the scissors and bandages on the table unwrapping the ball of bandaging cloth before leaping over the table and pushing the woman down, of course she screamed and Tye let out a tired sigh and gagged her with the cloth. The lady had tear stains on her cheeks and attempted to fight back but stopped once he slit her wrists with the scissors, she was still very much alive but was in shock from the attack so Tyrese got off of her and went to the bone saw that was in the back. " Awfully expensive, it's so nice of you to give it to me for free," the woman let out a choked gag before he put his foot on her chest, stepping on it harder and harder till he could decipher what she was attempting to say, she wanted to just be killed already. Her hands shook as she tried to grab onto Tye's foot, some of her blood transferring to him, in response he removed his foot and crouched above her "if only you could speak yes? Then maybe you'd have the ability to curse me or have last words.. luckily for you, I'm on a schedule so this will be less enjoyable for me." Leaning over the shaking body he grabbed the bloodied scissors and stuck the into her jugular, his pants were a bit bloody as he stood and peeked out of the grabbing the first guy he saw and showing them the mess. The male let out a gasp and stared in horror, " I'd like all of these medical supplies on the Renascence ship as soon as possible, gather as many people you need to carry this out or else you're death won't nearly be as kind as hers." The old man nodded in fear and Tyrese wiped his semi bloody hands on the guys brown sweater and walked out of the tent, he walked through the port feeling a bit more relaxed now that he had killed someone as if a weight had been lifted from his shoulders.

As if he had appeared only to take away this blessed feeling he caught sight of Bard, the older guy looked as if he was looking for him, 'well,' Tye thought carelessly 'looks like the old farts still kicking..' he walked toward Bard slowly and played absentmindedly with the coins he didn't use.

He- Sherwood, she mentally corrected herself, seemed surprised. But then, why wouldn't he? It wasn't often that the higher levels crew members addressed the lower levels. While it mostly didn't matter to her, Edyth also felt a twinge of pride at her superiority. She did feel like she was better than him in some ways. Not that she would ever verbally admit that.

There was just the fact loyalty, loyalty to her, could come in handy. That was the reason that she took the time to foster good relations amongst the crew. Negative feelings would only lead to backstabbing. There's no point in aimless cruelty and pride. Bearing that in mind, her smile shifted into something more friendly. "It's nice to meet you, Sherwood. Or at least, properly meet you."

Antonio leaned back casually in the rough looking wooden chair. His legs were crossed behind him at the ankles, both of them wrapped around the center of his chair support.. His hands were kept folded on the table, left completely away from his weapons. Tony would have no drink because he didn't believe in booze or buzz. It gave other pirates an advantage in fights. Or weapon rather as the only defense he currently had on his person was his dagger stowed away in his boot. He kept his grin on his face the whole time, and he left his body in an easy position to attack. No sense of danger, clearly. "We've gotten enough loot to get by and still have spending cash." Out of his pocket he pulled out two sheets of parchment. "What I've really been after, which I have yet to tell me crew, is this." Antonio held the papers up for Nicoli to see. "I seek information. About the Aronym jewels. However all I have is this one little clue so far." He slid one of the papers in front of Nicoli. Tony then began to recite what was on the paper. "For those searching for the gems of Aronym, keep your mind east but your heading west." Antonio shrugged. "Of course this is useless without knowing where I found the clue. I can give ye some more information about it for just a wee bit of scrip." He pulled the paper back from Nicoli. "1000 scrip." An absurd price for just a few words with the possibility of being lies. His smirk only seemed to widen. "Do we have a deal?"
