The captain then led Katherine to her quarters inside the base.

The captain showed her inside the room. There was a bed, small bedside table, and connected to the room was a tiny bathroom. "Gavreel will come retrieve you when he is ready." he hands her a pamphlet with a list of rules. He turns away from her slamming the door behind him. Something told her he didn't like her here. She turns toward the bear room and smiles. "Finally I made it." She was worried since her brother was a navy officer that she wouldn't get recruited, but being here beat all the odds. But what did Gravreel see in her to make her his apprentice, it was very odd for a recruit to be promoted like this.

Gavreel was sitting on the chair in his quarter's balcony thinking heavily.


"Fire magic...i sensed it. The information on the folder also supports it" Gavreel thought to himself while drinking his coffee.


"And potential.. I see much potential in her" He added.


"I wonder what has happened to the lady in the bar earlier and the midnight lady" He said


"First things first, i must deal with katherine" He said


He ordered a navy officer to tell katherine to meet gavreel at the training grounds.

Someone finally came to fetch her and to meet Gravreel at the training grounds. When we got there no one was in sight. She got bored standing around so she formed a fire ball in her hand and chunks it at the dummy casting a small flame. Well it was suppose to be small, but suddenly burst into huge flames covering the dummy. "SHOOT!" she yells looking around for a water source.

Kha'six look at Kimmy as he smile and his move his tail a bit looking back at the girl connecting his eyes on her's making her feel parallelize and unable to move glaring at her gently as his tail go around her grabbing as he make her move down "oh look a little mouse got herself caught" he said as he tie his hair up and look at her and crossing his arms "why were u watching?"

Gavreel was walking towards the training grounds when he saw katherine, he stopped and observed her. She casted a fireball on a dummy, which proves Gavreel's theory.


The fire grew too big and katherine panicked and was looking for something to put it out. Gavreel then walked towards the dummy touched its head and the dummy along with the fire turned into ice.


"I came here to teach you how to control your power" Gavreel said while looking at katherine.


"Fire.. It is chaotic and hard to control, while ice is Ice is structured, latticed, light as a feather, massive as a glacier." Gavreel told katherine in a serious voice


"You are here to learn how to control your own magic" Gavreel Said.

MacWatt was having a rotten night. The tavern he currently been lurking in had thrown him out for the night. Apparently, the bartender was afraid he would drink the whole bar dry. MacWatt had needed these nights of getting absolutly pissed to forget how terrible his days were. Oh, how he missed his younger years, the times of fo riches and adventure. MacWatt had quite literally seen the Gate of Hell and came back. How could anyone live a normal life after that.


The more he walked,the angrier he got. It didn't help that while he was sobering up he was getting a massive migraine. He wandered around the town, full of the scoundrels and drunks and whores, wondering if he could somehow get back to his old life.


Walking around town, he bumped right into a young woman who seemed to have been walking from the docks.


"Watch where yer goin', girl! People around here git killed fer less than that!" MacWatt growled at the stranger.
