Pero frowned softly and shook his head some "Afraid not, no one under 15 aloud." He said softly but smiled some at her "I can face time him though, and we can see her that way."

Roman frowned some at him "She was mean daddy! She said no pancakes! And I did like Arlo does and she still say no to me!" He said whimpering some "She spank me too! Mommy was bad and mean!"

She frowned some and watched him "Can... Will I be able to see her before I have to go to rehab?" She asked him worried, playing with his fingers absentmindedly though as she took in every minute detail of his face.

He frowned shaking his head, "Hey, no yelling at me thank you... Look at me Roman... Hey look at me." He coaxed gently, "You don't ever, grab or hit or kick or bite mommy, not ever, don't do that to anyone but especially not Mommy. You need to apologise do you understand me? Your mom told you no pancakes cause it was dinner time and pancakes are not for dinner." He reminded him.

Pero nodded some and made her look at him "Hey, hey look at me. I will make sure you see her okay? Even if I have to sneek her in I will make sure of it." He told her seriously

Roman nodded some and frowned some at him "But daddy! How come Arlo do that and mommy say okay to him?!" He asked before he showed him what he had seen Arlo do multiple times when they thought he was sleeping "He do this! And he tell mommy to do something and then she say okay!"

She nodded a little and thanked him quietly, "I was so worried they wouldn't even try to talk to you... That they would put her straight into the system and that I'd never see her again." She mumbled, looking up at him again, "When will you have to go to work?" She asked him quietly just to try and keep herself awake.

Danny frowned "Well he shouldn't be doing that either and it's not an excuse so you owe your mommy a big apology." He told him seriously and sighed some, "I'm gonna go talk to her real quick though." He murmured, kissing his head and got up, heading into the kitchen and shut the door behind him, "Hey... What's going on with you and Arlo?" He asked her, not wanting to beat around the bush

Pero shook his head some "Not until you're handled. I'll stop by later but I've already called and put my best guys on notice." He murmured stroking her cheek gently "I thought about turning her away, I won't lie...but then I saw her and...I couldn't say no."

Max frowned some looking at him a bit "What do you mean? Nothing out of the ordinary?" She said raising an eyebrow at him "Whats wrong?" She asked softly

“Uh huh... roll your sleeves up.” He told her. “Max... please.... what the hell is he doing to you?” He asked her when she refused.

carmen smiled tiredly again. “She looks like you... especially when she’s grumpy.” She mumbled as she teased him a little

Max frowned some and sjook her head when he said to roll her sleeves up "He isn't doing anything Danny." She whispered but whimpered when he went over and pulled up her right sleeve showing a purple welt on her arm about as big as a hand "He didn't mean to....he accidently grabbed me when we were goofing off."

Pero chuckled some and shook his head "I seen you in her more than me. She has your beautiful eyes. I will say though, I haven't seen her grumpy yet." He said before he pulled out his phone and showed her a photo of him holding her "Max apparently caught me when she was over helping us and sent it to me."

Carmen whimpered and started crying as she looked over the photo. “She loved you already look.” She smiled tiredly. “She’s got your hair. I just know it.” She mumbled and leaned into his arms. “You know if I thought you wouldn’t be a great father I wouldn’t have told them about you.” She assured him.

Danny frowned shaking his head. “Bullshit. You don’t leave a mark like that goofing off... I want to meet him.” He muttered looking back up at her.

Pero smiled softly and gave a small laugh "Yeah I guess she did." He murmured before giving a small nod "I know you wouldn't have, but I'm thankful you told them." He said softly

Max frowned more shaking her head some letting a few tears fall "Danny not its okay I swear....he only did it once...it won't happen again I swear." She whimpered

She smiled at him a littke and started to nod off, curled up to him while her nurse came to let him know she could go home by the end of the afternoon.

Danny shook his head. “We may have argued a lot but max I don’t ever want to even hear about someone raising their hand to you. Ever. Roman knows he’s done it before.” He pointed out to her.

Pero nodded some and thanked her before he turned on the TV and played it quietly while she slept for the time being

Max took a deep breath and let a few tears fall again "He just gets jealous....thinks I'm seeing you behimd his back." She whispered truthfully to him

Danny frowned shaking his head. “You gotta put a stop to that or leave him. For yours and romans sakes.” He begged her quietly and glanced down at his phone. “Why don’t you two come with me to get pero’s place set up cause he’s just told me she’s coming home in a bit.” He suggested.

she woke up a couple hours later and smiled over at him. “Hey... what’s the bag for?” She asked him gently, bringing herself to sit up a little.

Max gave a small nod and sighed heavily "I'll talk with him." She murmured before she left the room to get Roman ready for the day.

Pero smiled happily at her and pulled out an outfit he had gotten for her "I went to Walmart when you were sleeping. Got you some sweats and a baggy shirt so you can come home with me tonight." He murmured happily before he bit his lip some "Lily can't come home tonight though...it was a stipulation but I promise we can see her tomorrow." He murmured hoping she bought the lie so that he could surprise her.

She frowned some. “Cause I’m there?” She asked him worriedly. “Well why don’t I just, I can get a motel, I’ll work it out with CPS and we can make it work but I don’t want her without either of us.” She mumbled some starting to ramble as he helped her get changed.

Danny smiled some and lifted lily out of the high chair she still had. “We gotta make sure Aubrey max is super safe huh?” He cooed and smiled to her some.

Max came out and smiled some at him before she get Roman's things "We should get her a welcome home present."
