hey! i'm putting up a new interest check for 1-2 rps. i don't really have many new ideas, but i do like to plot and hear others.

some pairings that i would consider for this are: sponser, fighter, doctor/ma, trainer, a viewer of the fights x fighter | can go multiple ways.

pairing: mafia boss x rival boss's (least favorite) son
yc doesn't care to be married and is a bit of a playboy. he's from a well-known family, one of the strongest in the city. mc is the son of another strong syndicate. the two want to have good relations and have peace from whatever war that could have been going on. mc is married to yc against his will. yc decides to continue to be the player on the down low, but publically presents as a good husband.
things that can happen:

★ a plot around the vikings; my interest for this plot can be wishy-washy, so if you want to do it, you can ask and i'll let you know where i am at: the wolf king's curse
★ i am very much into fantasy-adventure, too. got some seas to travel to find some special treasure? nice, i wanna go.
★ myths; gods; demi-humans; i really enjoy greek mythology and other pantheons. willing to do something around this, even if we make up our own. my favorite pairings would be hades/perce, and anything that was forbidden or tragic.
★ i like to world-build. any level of world-building is fine. if we don't start with the world building, that's cool. we can just do whatever and eventually create more pairings, shops, countries, worlds - i like it all.
★ very into the show 'The Originals,' so anything similar to that will hook me (klaus is just the best).

- casual to novella style rp; looking for more casual (500 words) to some semi-lit (1k); more or less ok, too, based on scene and such. regular poster, but not daily if the rp is novella-style.

some pairings that i would consider for this are: sponser, fighter, doctor/ma, trainer, a viewer of the fights x fighter | can go multiple ways.
- original idea: children are kidnapped or sold to an institution by family members with debt. the institution experiements on them until they develop a power and prove that they are ready to enter the fight ring. they are put into an underground fight club, but the fight club is broadcasted and has a ton of fans. the 'fans' are of the wealthy population and they gamble on the fights. various companies sponsor fighters which influences the fighters lifestyle in the institution. they are not allowed to leave as they are considered property but the sponsers can come visit, etc.
- yc is a fighter from the outside (perhaps there is something that lets the average joe in - debt, kidnapped for entertainment, exile from mafia, whatever it is), and mc has never lost a fight. mc is the companies ace; people are put up against him when they want to put someone 'down' or in their place. this could also mean if a sponser gets out of line or disrespectful, he is put up against their fighter as punishment.
- a sponsor pays to keep his fighter at home/his company created the fighter. the sponsor physically abuses him when he's upset, etc. he uses the fighter for various reasons, etc etc, but then starts to also patch him up and starts to show affection which confuses the fighter.
- current favorite fighter x the forgotten one
- institution staff/hunter/security x escaped fighter on the run
- any other idea you might have and want to do in this scenario.
- setting: can be whatever we want it to be.

- yc/mc's family could want dirt on the other family, so agrees to this marriage
- mc thinks the marriage is semi-real; he's loyal to yc and doesn't realize yc is still sleeping around
- this could center around affairs, drug addiction, finding love eventually. many possible ways to go if the above does not sound interesting.
