A New Home for Jensen

"Yeah, Daddy. I big boy." Jensen said, as he picked out his outfit, a plain blue t-shirt and a pair of overalls with snaps all along the legs and crotch.

Dressing Jensen in his outfit, before putting some socks and shoes on their baby's feet, Misha picked up the green-eyed man before placing him on his hip and walking through the hallway to the living room, "Do you want to ride in the stroller in the store, or walk, Jen?"

"I wanna walk, Daddy. I big boy, 'member?" Jensen said, giving Misha a kiss on the cheek.

Returning the kiss, Misha smiled, proud of their boy, "Sorry, baby. Daddy forgets sometimes, he's silly."


Meeting up with Jared, who was carrying the diaper bag and other essentials, the three headed for the car where Jared buckled Jensen into his carseat, pecking a loving kiss on their little one's cheek.

Jensen smiled and hummed along with the radio, as the three headed to town, for a day of shopping fun.

Arriving at the store, and parking in a space close by, Misha unbuckled Jensen from his carseat before helping their little one stand. Both men were proud of Jensen wanting to be a big boy, and were ready to help him by any means necessary.


Holding each of Jensen's hands, the three headed into the store before getting a cart.

Jensen's eyes widened when he saw that there was a sale on Toothless plushies. He waddled over to the bin, and pulled one out, a big smile spreading across his face.

Jensen's smile being rather infectious, the couple grinned widely back before Jared said, "You can cuddle it while we're shopping, baby. Get to know your new friend!"


Getting new diapers for Jensen, with cute animal and dragon prints on it, along with an experimental pack of pull-ups, the three finally headed for the movie section.

Jensen looked down into the cart and noticed the pull-ups. Tugging on Jared's shirt, the little one looked up at his Daddy curiously. "Daddy, what's those?" Jensen asked, pointing to the pack of pull-ups.

Ruffling Jensen's hair, Jared answered with, "Just for when you feel like a big, big boy, okay? More than you do now."

"Otay, Daddy." Jensen said, as he hugged his Toothless plush and waddled behind Jared, holding his hand, so they didn't get seperated.

Glaring fiercely at the few shoppers who decided to gawk or look at the three in disgust, Misha kept a keen eye around for anyone who would want to torment their baby. Parental instincts seemed to spur into overdrive, not that it was a bad thing.


Holding Jensen's hand, Jared saw what his husband was doing and couldn't chose between frowning or smiling. Frowning at the fact that people seemed to either disapprove of what they were doing, or turned their noses up at Jensen. But the hazel-eyed man smiled slightly at his protective partner.

Jensen just whimpered softly, and kept his head down, not wanting to see those mean people making faces at him.

Wrapping an arm around the younger, his broad shoulders/stature helping considerably, Jared whispered soft words of comfort as they made their way to the video/movie section, hoping that Jensen getting his movie would help.

Jensen started to cheer up, once he held the movie in his hands, smiling happily, as he stared down at the cover, and hugged his new dragon friend.

Stony expressions fading and replaced with warm smiles at their baby, the three headed for the cash register where they paid for their items, then headed to the car.


Buckling Jensen in his carseat, making sure he had Toothless with him, Misha and Jared each peppered their little one's face in kisses.


"You were really well-behaved, baby." Misha praised, blue eyes shining and clear.

"Thank you." Jensen said, as he held Toothless tightly in his arms, not wanting to drop him. He was going to be extra-good from now on, because he loved to see his Daddies happy.

Arriving home a short while later, the three settled back into their home and gathered in the living room.


"Want to watch the movie now, baby, or later?" Misha asked kindly.

"Hmmm....wanna watch it now, pweese." Jensen said, still hugging his beloved Toothless plush close to his chest.

Nodding, Jared slipped the DVD into the player before the trio settled on the couch, cuddling together as the movie began.

Jensen smiled at his Daddies, giving each of them a big hug, thanking them for buying him all this stuff.

"You're welcome, buddy." Jared cooed as their baby hugged him.


As the movie started fully, the couple was more than eager to keep their baby happy.

Jensen smiled and sat between his Daddies, on the couch, feeling their arms wrapping around him lovingly.

Later on, once the movie finished, and Jared ejected it out of the player, he asked, "Liked the movie, baby?"

"Yeah! I loved it, Daddy. Can we make cookies?" Jensen asked, craving something sweet.
