Fantasy A Medieval/Fantasy RP for D&D nerds 'n' alikes

So, few months back, I worked into a massive world creating challenge with friends of mine, creating this massive universe of histories, legends and people. I called the world a lot of different things, but I stood with "Asmarat", which means "Divine Land" in a language far gone from the times you see right now.

As said in the title, it's a medieval-like fantasy world, with lots of mystery, magic, wars, races, creatures and conflicts to explore, and I decided that, since now I have loads of free time, I could share this world with you, and maybe, create an RP topic for a D&D like adventure without any dice rolling and sorts. I feel like, for a game that is running on a forum, normal narration done by the users, considering they don't go full on god-mode, should be better than dice rolling (But of course, that's just my opinion).

I'll leave you with this idea, and y'all come back to me in this topic. Give me some suggestions, questions, anything really. I can say that Asmarat is a world that about 75% completed, when it comes to old stories and such, so, if you have any questions on something like a World Map, factions, current race wars and all, leave then down below. I just don't know where to start

This seems interesting, but what would you have in mind in terms of a plot for the group to participate in? Can't just have a bunch of warriors and the like walking around with no real purpose.

I do have a main plot for a story line, but in the end, the players should be able to choose whether to follow said path, or to just stroll in different areas of the world, and do different types of quests. I'm up to improvising.

Also, I'll be implementing a few "classes", and I say "classes" with "" because there isn't really such a thing in my world, but it the end, all players should be specialized in something, such as: The Wizard, has a bunch of spells memorized, and should be able to do a lot of magic to help out the group, where-as the Rogue, can have some magic tricks up his sleeve, but not enough to turn the tides of a battle. Etc...

Please keep me up to date. I really need some quality RP in my life. I have made probably six chars with histories and personalities within the last three months, and the last of the six threads seems to be dying a very slow death at the moment. As a near permanent DM i don't get to play d&d anymore... Which is not too bad. But I would love to get the chance to just interact with a quality fantasy world again.
