Sodales words were inviting as she watched him leave her in the middle of the square, he was still in eye sight as he move gracefully towards one of the food stands. She wasn't use to relaxing and going with the flow, like normal Asteran's. Especially with such an important mission, she didn't believe that going with the flow was necessary. She wanted to get it done as soon as possible, make no errors. Now there was room for error.
She bit back a smile as he handed her the apple, his attitude towards life was a bit infectious on her in that moment. She took it in her hand and nodded her head in thanks before observing the beautiful fruit. The fruit itself showed the essence of what true magic lied within the soil. It shined proudly like the people and was sweet and replenishing like the people as well. "I'm not really one to 'go with the flow' as you would say it...but I guess no harm will come of it...." She considered as she then took a bite from the fruit and smiled softly at the sweetness of it..
Alistar looked around the town as the crowd began to slowly disperse, the parade was over but the parties would just be beginning in people's homes and the Queens Palace. Alistar would most likely have to make an appearance there...but it would have to wait until after they finished their task. Thinking about that, her eyes scanned her surroundings looking for the others before returning to glance at Sodales.
Of course he could just go with the flow here. He didn't know the truth behind this madness. It was fun to be in the moment, like every citizen lived here, but they never thought about the consequences. It was like Alistar held the wait of everything on her shoulders. All the actions without consequence fell on her and she was forced to live through it. There were places of darkness here, that have no business even existing.
