Bailey grabbed her backpack swinging it over her should and was already out the door and onto the broken pavement. She dragged her feet along letting out a exaggerated sigh. She didn't want to go to school... At all. She absolutely hated it. Who wouldn't? Bailey focused her gaze on the world in front of her green eyes that let to no where except for trees and more trees. She looked around to see if there were any cars coming her way as she crossed the street. There was a forest near her house that was on her way to school. She decided to skip today there was nothing important to learn. Bailey flipped her black bangs from out of her face letting it fall with the rest of her hair. She kept moving forwards until she ended up deep into the wilderness plopping down under a big Willow tree that flowed around her. She sat back leasing her head up against its trunk and dozed off.
Avery shoved her older sister. "Come off it. We don't even need school!"
Peyton scowled. "You don't have to go! I want to though, so I will." She shouldered her bag, and took off through the door.
"School." Avery spat, going out the back door of their house. For some inane reason, Peyton wanted to go to school. Probably to meet and hook up with some humans. At least they lived near a forest, which always helped Avery unwind. She leaned against a tree, and let some of the anger in her flow into the tree. Better. Her ears picked up the sound of somebody in deeper in the forest.
A grin appeared on her face. Human most likely. She did so love to mess with humans. With a toss of her brightly dyed hair, she went into the forest, until she found the source of the noise. "Why hello there." She murmured, her eyes raking up and down the sleeping female's for.
Bailey woke fluttering eyes open to find a colorful haired girl standing there taking her eyes up and down her body. Bailey rose a single eyebrow at her taking a deep breath. "Yeah?" She asked bluntly rising to her feet brushing off her dark skinny jeans.
"Have a problem?" She asked curiously narrowing her bright green eyes at the girl. Bailey dropped her arms to her sides and tilting her head a bit. "Did I invade your privacy or somethin'?" Bailey added curiously raising her hands up grabbing her back putting it back over her shoulder.
Avery's head tilted with the girl's. "No, just came here for a walk." A predatory smile crossed her face. "Shouldn't you be in school, little girl?" She stepped forward, moving into the human's bubble. Something cute was always a good distractor when she and her sister were arguing.
"Or are you skipping?" Avery teased, her hands playing with the bottom of the girl's shirt. "Naughty girl." It was obvious that the girl was still school, and if she had been Peyton, then she might have felt a bit bad.
Bailey furrowed her dark brows at Avery "So? It's not like it's important" She sputtered as the girl stepped a little closer into Bailey's space. Of course Bailey stepped back. "Shouldn't you be walking?" She asked with a mean smirk coming across her lips. "There's lot of people to talk too".
"Hmm... I'm not at school. Talking to you for some reason. I'm late and it's almost 10 so must be skipping" Bailey said quite rudely as Avery played with bottom of her shirt. Bailey was always the mean type even if she didn't even mean to come off as a b!tch but it just came off that way.
"I don't think there are any other people quite as interesting as you." Avery quite liked this girl. She loved strong willed people, they just were so much fun to break. It was so cute that the girl was trying to be tough.
Taking a step back, Avery gave the girl another smile. "I'll leave you all alone then. This forest is so much more interesting than me, yeah?" Avery turned around to head out of the forest. If this girl was at school, she might go with Peyton to school. Maybe she would find other girls too. She was a suckered for cute things.
"Nah, I'm not very interesting at all. Believe me that's why I have no friends" Bailey laughed loudly then rain a hand through her sleek black hair. Her eyes adverted to the girl.
"Okay, It's better than talking to me at least" She announced then adjusted her band t shirt which had the band 'A Day To Remember' written across the front.
"God dammit!" Bailey exclaimed. Realizing her mom had found out that she didn't go to school.
Avery slightly turned back to the girl, both of her eyebrows raised. "None at all?" She grinned. "Well, I just so happen to be new around here, and haven't made any friends yet." Of course, Avery wanted to be more than friends. Humans just annoyed her usually, and it was nice to find somebody who didn't.
With a hearty laugh, Avery shook her head. "What's wrong? Just realized the dangers of strangers?" She put her hands on her hips, and cocked her head. Avery would have to claim this girl, before Peyton saw her. Most of the time, Avery went after girls that intrigued her, and Peyton went after boys, so they never had fights over that, but lately, her sister seemed attracted to more and more women. Looking over the human again, Avery knew Peyton would be interested.
Bailey's mouth turned into a big 'O' shape then became a line. "Yeah I'm pretty sure I'm boring as f**k" She admitted looking at the girl. "Well there is many people that you can be friends with they'll give you a nice tour. Just go ask. I have neighbor that would love to give you a tour" Bailey smirked deviously then looked towards the ground.
"No... My mom found out that I skipped school" She sighed then sigh rugged "Oh well it doesn't matter" She muttered knowing that her mom would want to fist fight when she got home. It didn't bother Bailey one bit... She was used to it.
Avery moved, and put an arm around the girl. "Nah, I don't want to bother talking to more people. They annoy me. If you don't help me out, then I won't ask anybody else." Yes, she would definitely be going to school.
"Oh that sucks. Do you want to come by my house instead of going home?" Parents were a foreign concept to her, but she knew that they disciplined their children, and maybe the human was scared of that. "I just love with my sister, our parents work all the time." She smoothly lied, touching the girl's arm.
Bailey awkwardly shifted herself when the girl put an arm around her. "Talk to them... Even if they do annoy you. I do it everyday especially my mom" She laughed stepping away a little. Bailey looked up to the sky with her bright green eyes and squinted a bit. "Damn... Why can't it be rainy!" She yelled.
"Go to your house? " She asked "What? I barely know you. How do I know if you're not some type of rapist?" She questioned looking at Avery with a weird face. Bailey sighed "Whatever... I was kind of looking forwards to getting into a fight with my mom" She lied. "I'm going to your house... Lead the way!" She announced pointing towards the road.
Avery's blue eyes practically glittered when she realized how insecure this human was. When Bailey stepped away, Avery just followed, and took her elbow. "Chill. If we go to my house, then you won't have to face your mom."
Oh if only Bailey knew. "Who said I even swing that way?" She cheekily asked, as she began to walk in the direction her house was. "Though, I'm guessing you do swing that way since a straight girl wouldn't even think of that." Avery made sure that Bailey could see her lovely tattoos on her arm, before speaking again. "If you do swing that way, I won't mind." She lowly said.
Bailey's grew wide when Avery followed her grabbing her elbow telling her to chill. "Yeah, That's what I'm saying" Bailey said "I was saying I was going to your house" She said confused "Unless, You don't want me too. I'm totally cool with it ill just head over to starbucks" She pointed in the direction.
"I never said you did swing that way" Bailey muttered looking at the girl as they walked towards her house. "I was just saying I don't know you and you could be a rapist" She said rolling her eyes. "So? What If I was" She laughed "Yeah...I'm a lesbian". Bailey didn't really care when she explained to Avery that she was a lesbian. Her eyes looked down at her tattoos. "Nice tattoos" She smirked.
It took all of Avery's willpower to not just shove the girl up against a tree, and take what she wanted. "You're so high strung." Avery shook her head. "Just come on." Avery began to lead her towards her own house, until she saw a familiar black haired head. The rest of Bailey's words were lost to her. "Right, um let's go back to the woods."
"Avery!" Peyton was almost instantly right in front of her. Her blue eyes darkened, when she saw Avery's face. Could her sister not keep her pants on for one minute? Avery had been about to get into the school, when she realized that she should probably go with Avery.
"Peyton." Avery growled when she saw Peyton's eyes linger just a bit too long on Bailey.
Bailey shrugged "Oh well I guess that's who I am" She laughed rolling her eyes then began to hum to herself 'Nicotine' by Panic! At The Disco. It was her favorite band. Bailey did as was told and followed Avery. Which probably wasn't the smartest idea in the world.
"Avery!" A voice boomed which cause Bailey's eyes to go wide. Her eyes adverted to a girl who has blue eyes and dark hair. "Go back? The f**k?" She asked then rose an eyebrow at Bailey who was lingering on her.
Avery smirked at her sister when she heard the human speak to her. "Go away Peyton, go on back to school." She tried to convey with her eyes 'she's mine'. Her grip on Bailey's arm tightened, her nail sinking into the pale skin. "Sorry, Bailey, this is my sister, and I was hoping we could be by ourselves.
Peyton crossed her arms over her lacey white tank top, and she resisted the urge to growl at the human." Stop harassing innocent girls." Peyton hissed, scanning the young human's form. "We should never have moved here." She grumbled.
Avery put a protective arm around Bailey. "Piss off. I was here first." Hopefully her sister hadn't ruined the chance she had to sleep with this pretty human.
Bailey grit her teeth as Avery dug her nails into her skin. "F**K!" She exclaimed stepping away from Avery a bit. "Damn, Does it have to be so hard?" She asked raising an eyebrow. "Oh great another person!" Bailey joked.
"Innocent?!" Bailey laughed hardly "Are you talking about me?" She asked pointing to herself "I'm sorry about this... but I'm not innocent believe me".
Bailey looked at Avery who put an arm around her. Why was she suddenly getting protective. "Then leave if you hate this town so much! I would gladly love to leave right now if you don't mind" She said tilting her head towards the door.
"Of course, sorry." Avery's grip lightened, and she brushed past her sister. "I'm not going to school. I'll go tomorrow, just go and leave us alone." She pushed open the door to their house.
Peyton scowled again, and watched the pair go in. No way was she going to let her sister go and do whatever to that girl, despite her claims of damages being innocent, certainly she had never dealt with demons before. So she followed them on in. "You better not be trying to break in your new mattress." The dark haired girl warned, closing the front door behind her.
There were still some boxes around the house that Avery walked through. "I'll do whatever I please, Peyton."
