I thought of something interesting. So basically, there are a number of 20 people who were invited to palace ball but only 4 were chosen by the princess. However, the princess had no idea that three of them are only fakes and only one is the true man who was destined for her to marry. The three members doesn't sincerely like the princess but is only after the throne for their selfish desires. A witch formed a contract with them and whoever wins the heart of the princess will have any of his wishes come true. When she fails to choose who is her real destined man, her life will be on the line and death may result but when she chooses the right one, she will live. Basically, all 4 guys will have to make the princess believe that they are the right one, but then, 3 of them are lying and only one is saying the truth. There will be 4 months before the wedding where there would be plenty for each of the four to have a month to win her heart. If ever the wrong person is chosen, the princess dies and he will have any of his wishes come true. However, if not, the princess will be free from the witch and will live with her destined man.
