Corp Ragtag Slyboots

Greetings. I'm Corporal Ragtag Slyboots. Or, as some may call me, Boots. And as others may call me, Ragtag. Furthermore, as few may call me, Victor. I'm new to this site, but as many others here, certainly not new to roleplaying.
I've been roleplaying for around five to six years. My first experiences as a roleplayer were on Neopets. The rp community there was known for its trolls, dying forums, and Neo's censorship, and because of this for years I only did one-on-ones with my close friends. A couple years ago I discovered Figment's roleplay forums. I'm still somewhat active on there, however their forum is generally filled with one-on-one requests and a rather small selection of roleplays for which... my pallet has not adjusted.
And that is why I'm here. Though the huge RpNation community is a bit daunting, I hope to partake in some roleplays someday that fit my (rather picky) needs. RpNation is a very different forum roleplay experience than I'm used to, so I imagine it'll take me some time to get settled in. This being said, on account of my pickiness and confusion I'll likely be lurking for quite some time.
Have I typed too much? Ah well, I've never been too good at these introduction things.
