A hunter of Monsters

Teon pulled his blade out and jumped off, now realising the deep cut the scales caused along his arm, he sighed and muttered angrily "I used my last medicinal herbs already..Nothing to wrap it with.." He glanced around before walking to a strangly shaped lead, wrapping it along his arm, pulling a dragon scale off the dragon and pushing it through the lead to keep it in place. "Should at least stop some blood.."

Ricci looked up from what she was doing, she hadn't noticed that the man was injured and felt awfully bad about. Sighing she sheathed her weapon and walked up to him. "I got some bandage and healing herbs." She said as she went through her tiny bag and shortly there after handed him a strange glowing green herb as well as some old bandage. "Should keep you till you reach the village, it's not far from here. I'd advice you stay there to heal up and rest." At least no one could call her cold hearted.

He looked at her. "Thank you.." He took them and applied the herbs with a slight sigh of relief , before wrapping it in the bandage, he leaned back against the cave wall, realising now how tired he was. He sat down and his head fell back against the wall, his eyes closed.

Ricci went back to what she had been doing earlier, which was carving away at the beast. Most of the stings that she carved off couldn't fit in her back but that was exactly why she had Cat with her in the first place, the small feline was great at carrying heavy things no matter the load. When she finally where done and the beast were one wing, one horn and multiple teeth shorter, never mind the naked neck. Scales were good for a lot of things in her day to day life. She turned to look at the man. "You shouldn't rest her. The male can be here any minute and you don't want to fight him, not like this."

"I'm also in no condition to do much moving.."Teon stood tiredly, his great sword hefted onto his shoulder as he walked past the beasts body and grabbed some scales, walking out and looking around for a quick way to the village.

Ricci quickly joined him. "Come with me, my camp isn't far from here!" And then she was off with Cat straight behind her. True to her words her camp wasn't far at all. It was located beneath an old tree near a roaring waterfall from where she used to fish. Cat dumped all the items in front of the dead fireplace which Ricci were trying to get back to life. It was a secluded place and she couldn't say that she ever had trouble with the local monsters, not there anyway.

Teon sighed and followed her, carefully watching her so this wasn't a simple ambush. Yet he followed in fear of bleeding out and dying out in the wilderness

Ricci watched him stumble over and patted the pelt laying next to her. Perhaps it was for the best to help him out before he died completely. She knew enough to save herself, perhaps it would by enough to save him too? She hurried to a box by a strange looking hut and then hurried back, holding medical supplies. "Told you she wasn't nice."

"Yea yea.."He muttered and then said "Must've been some sort of poison on the dragoness' hide.." His skin was very pale, an obvious sign of poisoning, he seemed to weaken by the minute. Im gonna die aren't I?

"Doesn't seem likely. Well... Unless she's been rolling around where she wasn't supposed to be." Ricci said as she pulled out a bottle with strange purple liquid. "Drink that. It's my home made antidote. She wouldn't put it past the dragon, it tended to do strange things when you weren't looking. The young girl moved closer, moving some of the man's armor so she could take a look at his cut side, snoring slightly at what she saw. "Man... you're pig headed aren't you?! Look at this!"

"Well I saved your hide didn't I?" He winced as he took a swig from the purple liquid, gagging "Ugh..Tastes like death.." He took the rest quickly, coughing slightly. He began to feel drowsy.

"Bah. I would have been fine! Sooner or later... You were stupid enough to jump back in there though." She hit him over the head and went back to clean his wound and make sure the bandage stopped the bleeding. She then went back to try and get the fire back up and going, which didn't take too much longer either. Cat soon came running too, he had caught fish from the river and placed it on a rock near the fire to grill them.

"Can I rest now..?" He murmered and looked around weakly, trying to focus on certain objects in the hut to stay awake and concious, but he felt himself slipping. He focused on the girl, not wanting to die after this lady had saved his life. There were still monsters to hunt. He needed to be ready for those. He thought to himself

"Don't worry. You can rest. I'll take care of this." Ew, she hated blood. It was smelly and sticky. She assumed she wouldn't have as much trouble with it if it wasn't so hot. In contrast to her fingers it felt like burning fire. She sighed heavily and continued to take care of his wounds until she was done. He'd be fine. She nodded, proudly.

Even though He had fallen asleep, he could still feel the burn of his wound. Ill repay her.. He thought in his sleep. He owed her that much. If not for her he'd probably be dead, eaten by the male for slaying his mate

Ricci continued with whatever else she could be doing that afternoon without looking for food. She had been hoping to have a egg for lunch, sighing as she once again began to cook river fish, something the despised. It was something that she disliked mainly because she always ate it when she had failed. Frowning at the food that was slowly cooking she sighed again, heavily.

Teon slowly awoke, groaning slightly. He smelt the food and sighed "Food..?" He had grumbled tiredly, peering sideways at Ricci. He attempted to sit up,wincing
