Johnny was walking thru hogsmeade as he realized its been two years since he had been there. Not much had changed but he could tell that there was some uneasy tension as nobody was out and about in the middle of the day. As he made his way up to the castle he noticed that the school almost looked abandoned and ancient. then he realized this is what it looks like when muggles look at at and venture towards it. He sighed and just walked up the stairs and sat down and wondered what he was going to do now.

He was sure he didn't lose his magical powers but the only person who could help him in this situation wasn't around anymore. He sighed and just laid back and watched the clouds move by in the sky.

As Johnny laid and watched the clouds he realized he had stashed some of his things near what used to be hagrids hut but now was just rubble. He stood up and walked eagerly down to the remains of the hut. He sighed maybe he really had lost his powers. He did just get up one day and leave and never looked back till last week when he decided he had enough time to himself. He scanned the area and saw the old tree trunk laying on the edge of the forest. A smile shinned on his face as he worked his way thru the rotted wood and found his mini chest and brushed it off and held it tight for just a moment before opening it like a child on Christmas. When he opened it he found a note.

He brushed his shaggy brown hair out of his eyes and read the note aloud softly.

"Johnny I hope when you read this it wont be too long since you left...It really hurt me seeing you leave and you not saying goodbye to me...I want you to know that i will never forget what you did to me and i hope you rot. I want nothing to do with you ever again I cant believe you only thought of yourself. sincerely your sister Alexis P.S. I kept your stuff clean by putting a charm on it but that's because I'm an nice person not because i forgive you"

He sighed as he brushed the tears away that were running down his cheek. He never really thought about how she would react, well he never really cared to much anyways but seeing this note and know he would never be able to fix it kind of hurt a lot more then he expected. he pulled out his stuff and brushed off his slytherin robes and put them on and he smelt them. He smiled when he could still smell the dungeon on them. He sighed as he saw his wand. As he was twirling it in his hand he tried and couple of spells

"Avifors" he said point his wand at a rock and watched it turn in to a small bluejay

"Avada Kadavra" he yelled as green light shot out at the bluejay. The bird blue up and nothing but feathers floated to the ground

"Well I still got it " he said with a big grin as he put his wand away wondering why the school looked the way it did. It couldn't be that he was banned otherwise he wouldn't be able to be so close. He walked back towards the school and hummed softly.

Sarah had only just recognized Johnny he was walking up to the castle; she couldn't help but retrace his steps. She wondered if he saw things like she did like a muggle was suppose to, the castle looked old and abandoned, hagrids cottage all in ruins. She hopped it wasn’t a joke to trick her eyes because she absolutely despised jokes no matter how small they were. she stalked him some more until he got to the edge of the forest and bent down under the old tree he stayed there for a while but she didn't feel like going up to him, not yet anyway.

"I don't deserve to be treated like this" she whispered to herself under her breath. she had only be gone for two weeks and she had a great excuse and a true one to (she was know to lie a lot) her muggle sister was on the edge of death, she would have stayed with her longer even quit school to support her(it was just two of them and she was is muggle born).

As Johnny got up and headed back to the huge castle that was their school, she followed still keeping herself out of his site, till she realized that she would eventually need to do something so she called out his name as he was at the front steps of the castle. "Johnny wait!" she called.

Johnny stopped walking as he heard someone familiar. He vaguely remembered her but it was Sarah someone his sister hung out with. As he turned around he saw her. She looked scruffy and dirty like she had been walking for a few days. Why did she look this way he wondered... What happened here? He walked down towards her and gave her a brief hug.

"Its great to see you again Sarah...Its been two years and you got taller but still look good." He gave a brief smile

"I have a few questions if you don't mind answer them for me? First of all what happened to my sister after I left? I would like to talk to her again. Secondly, why do I see the muggle version of the school? Did something happen? And thirdly why do you look like you crawled out of the woods?" he said brushing off the leaves that were in her hair and on her robes. He had always enjoyed her presence even when his sister wasn't around. She was easy to get along with and talk to.
He wondered if there were other people around just like the two of them.

Auburn's long hair blew in the wind as she walked through Hogsmeade, it seemed inhabited but not a soul walked about except the lone one she followed behind. Her aqua eyes wandered around the bare streets. The world seemed dead. She was lucky to have her grandfather's Invisibility Cloak. She followed behind her childhood boyfriend and gave a smallish sigh. The last time she had seen him was the day before he disappeared. She felt tears sting her eyes at the memory. She followed dutifully until she spotted Sarah. She was almost frozen until she threw down the hood of the cloak and gave Jonnhy a surprise as she now stood between the two. "Johnny." she whispered quietly, eyes interlocking with his.

Johnny stood there shocked. He couldn't quite believe his eyes so he gently touched Auburn's cheek. The warmth of her skin brought chills and memory's thru his body and mind. How could he have forgotten about his first love. Who else had he forgot about? How could he just leave all these people behind without looking back. What kind of person was he. As he looked at her while touching her cheek he smiled and slowly dropped his hand.

"It's good to see you auburn. Its been way too long" he said as he looked into her eyes. He wasn't sure what to say anymore he had questions but those seemed to slip out of his mind as they both stood there. Seeing both of them felt so dream-like but it wasn't a dream.

Sarah stood next to the two lovers they looked glad to be able to see each other again especially Johnny. Breaking the awkward and tear filled silence between them she put her harm around them and said "Great to see you both!"in a cheerful tone that didn’t seem like her "and to answer your question jhonny, no, no, I don't know, yes and I kind ran into some wol... bushes on theway" she said unsure if it was the right time to mention what had happen"and where in the world have you been? We were all so worried" she asked giving them both a big hug. After the hug she didn't hesitate to ask Auburn "do you know what happed and can you see the castle as a muggle should as well?" she asked worried and scared.

Autumn odded just slightly at Sarah, "I know I'm not a Muggle because if I was I wouldn't be able to do this..." She slipped her wand out and pointed it at a little lizard on the ground "Adava Kavada." The lizard fell limp, dead. She looked at Johnny and stared into his eyes, remembering the night before he had disappeared. How he had done all her favorite things with her that day and how as they left the Great Hall after supper he had yanked her into the supply closet and kissed her. It hadn' t been just a peck either. It had been a full on kiss. Autumn felt her cheeks get hot at the memory and could tell the deep flush was visible on her face. She finally took the whole cloak off and folded it tightly. She slipped it in her back pocket, which was charmed with a expanding spell.

((BTW, Autumn, I'm changing her name, is the grand daughter of Harry Potter if that's all right. She's the daughter of Albus Severus Potter.))

Blue eyes watched the trio as the met one by one. Words were exchanged, embraces, and even a small parade of spells. Seraphinus shook his head. They were acting ridiculous. Not even checking if anyone was nearby before revealing themselves, not to mention using unforgivable curses! Perhaps the world had gone mad...

He continued to stand in the shadows of the castle, watching as they drew near. What did they expect would happen, a hearty welcome from everyone? They abandoned their schooling and expect in with wide arms? It took all of his strength not to scoff. The male, Johnny, everyone had long since figured for dead, gone nearly two years. Although the two of them had never had any fights or strong arguments throughout their years together, Searphinus had a strong dislike for him. Eyes switching over to Autumn, his angered lessened immediately. Unlike Johnny, her absence was noted to him, and seeing her once more was certainly a sight for sore eyes. The third member of their party, Seraphinus knew very little about, but he did make note that she looked a complete mess.

A breeze brushed past, opening his robes. Nestled in his pants pocket, the light brown handle of his wand stuck out. Readjusting his robes to cover him once more, the crest on his left breast was once again visible. A badger in yellow and black peered out, the crest of Hufflepuff. Although it had been much to both his grandfather and father's dismay, Seraphinus graciously made the transformation as first in his family to not be placed in the Slytherin house. Nestled above the crest, a pin glimmered in the sunlight: Headboy. This is what had caused him to be observing the reunion, orders to survey the grounds came directly from the HeadMaster, who had been alerted of a presence on school grounds.

Knowing standing there wouldn't prove anything, he slipped his hand beneath his robes, retrieving his wand. He knew at least two of them to be armed, but wasn't sure how much of a threat they posed. Eyes locked on the group he brought the tip of his wand to his lips. 'Susurro.'

"What brings you three out this way?" he whispered into the wand tip which then sounded in each of their ears, as if he were standing right behind them. A self-constructed spell, he had been quite pleased with himself and the uses he had found for it.

[[What is everyone's approximate ages? I'm assuming they're all 14-17 if they're returning to Hogwarts? I guess I'm just confused by what the plot exactly is supposed to be. I may need to tweak a few things in my post, depending on what I find out ^^

Throwing in a mini character sheet as well, in case we need to reference it:

Name - Seraphinus Nexus Malfoy aKa 'Seraph'

Age - 17, 7th year

House - Hufflepuff

History - Seraphinus is the son of Scorpius Malfoy and grandson of Draco Malfoy and Astoria Greengrass. He is the first Malfoy to not be placed in the Slytherin house. He was prefect for his fifth and sixth years at Hogwarts, and is proving to be a very gifted wizard. He has several of his own crafted spells, but is horrible when it comes to brewing potions. He is the headboy of those who remain at Hogwarts, a dwindling number, and considers himself personally responsible for each of them.

Has feelings toward Autumn. A very sacrificial protective person
Personality - Loyalty, although previously a topic of uncertainty in his family's bloodline, runs strong in Seraphinus. He has dedication in everything he does, and pride in accomplishment. An insult to his work is taken personally and thus his temper arises, the Malfoy blood boiling hot. He quick witted and swift in actions, especially if his life or pride is on the line.

Johnny smiled as he listened to Autumn as she took what Sarah said the wrong way and blurted out in a defensive tone. That was something he miss so much. He thought about the kiss they had the night he left. He had been planning it for a week and just wanted the moment to be perfect and unforgettable. He wondered if she still had the beaded bracelet he gave her. Relationships were not something that ran well in his family. His grandmother was Bellatrix Lestrange. He never talked about that because she had his mother in secret with Severus Snape. His mother was Susan Cage and she was raised by the remaining members of the Death Eaters who didn't get caught or killed after the Dark Lord died. He had a strict and brutal upbringing and was trained to be an assassin but he tried to keep all that hidden and buried deep within himself so no one would know but there were times where he had to do missions no matter what he wanted in life. He wasn't sure why he was thinking about his family all of a sudden not like they really mattered to him anymore. They were all dead well not his sister, she was missing. He embraced Sarah s group hug and hugged both of them.

As he was looking at the two of them sort of talk to each other he heard someones voice. He knew the voice it was one he never really talked to nor got along with but it has been two years since he had seen him so a little friendliness wouldn't hurt. he didn't really want to dislike him it was simple the fact his sister Alexis liked Seraphinus and when he left two years ago she was going to seek out a relationship with him. His mind quickly went to the way he had just left his sister behind with no goodbye and he quickly hoped she was with him. So he could apologize and but he realized quickly that she was missing and he probably didn't know anything. He didn't bother looking for him because he knew he lurked in the shadows as much as possible to avoid danger.

"Seraphinus, why don't you come over here and give an old friend a proper hello, then I'll state my business" he smiled softly and waited

(the plot is that Johnny returned to finish his last year of schooling and to find his missing sister but when he got to the school all he could see was the muggle defense cloak (or what they thought was a defense cloak)and a couple of others who were also gone from the school for various amounts of time also saw the school the same way... so its an adventure/mystery and if someone has any other plot twists then pm me and we can discuss it and work out the details but so far everyone's posts look great...sorry if my current post seems all over the place but i didn't expect such a great turn out and i don't know how to make the picture bigger or smaller...Have fun!!!!)

( I've clearly made you confused and for that I'm soooo sorry plese tell me if you want me to continue playing Sarah because I would love to but if not I totally understand

[[Okay, I am severely confused...because I thought I was going to play MY character... I never stated anything involving Seraphinus and Alexis or Sarah. I did however hint that he's had feelings for Autumn. I actually even said in my post that Seraphinus didn't know who Sarah was.

If people are going to be making up my characters history and reactions for me, why am I here? lol ]]

Autumn's head turned slowly to Seraphinus, known to her as Serph. Her redish hair lay over her shoulder now as she turned to her childhood friend. Her bright blue eyes were watering, so much overwhelming emotions and she didn't know whether to laugh or cry, eventually the drops of salt rolled down her face and she swiped them away with her shirt sleeve. At one point one of her sleeves rolled up to reveal her the pretty beaded bracelet that had been given by Johnny.

I eluded to a potential relationship (while leaving the full out come of the whole situation in your hands) with my characters sibling simply as a reference for the dislike because you didn't seem to have a very good reason well...you had no reason at all why you disliked my character...I also wasn't trying to play your character but just trying to give him a good lead in to the RP...There are potential hazards when RPing with 3 other people in one RP someone might be left out of the loop but you did elude to a potential confrontation with all three of us with our outcomes all in our hands

and as for Lizzi tick i would like to ask you from refraining from making judgements on your characters relationship with others...it may have just been a simple mistake but i will quote it here. For i feel that stating it will make thing more clear and better for all...

and I would like to hope that this will be satisfactory to you Aerynne and give a brief explanation of what I was trying to do and hopefully made it clear to others not to control your character...I am trying to be as polite and diplomatic about this whole situation and I would like to go on further and state that we need to get together and discuss a bit of plot detail Aerynne because i have some ideas and need your input if you like them and want to develop them(if you wish to stay in the RP that is...I understand if you don't want to) On second thought I would like if all of you got a hold of me to discuss plot details because I have some grand ideas but I would like to discuss them with you all first before putting it down in a post

Eliade watched from the window as a small group began to congregate around in the courtyard. What were they all thinking? Didn't they know that everything had gone to hell since they were gone? She sighed, shaking her head. She was one of the few that remained at hogwarts, having no home of her own to go to. She glanced over her shoulder to see the Ravenclaw ghost hovering behind her.

'My Lady, is everything alright?' She asked the spectre, but the woman just turned and glided away, passing through the wall of the now empty Ravenclaw commonroom. Brushing her dark locks out of her eyes she turned back to the window, her eyes, the same stormy blue as the Ravenclaw emblem that she bore on her chest, watching them carefully. Such fools. She sighed, knowing that she should at least make her way down there. She checked her wand was in her pocket, pulled on her cloak and left the room, traipsing down the empty corridors to reach the small group. Her hooded cloak protected her from any weather that happened to chance upon them, while also shielding her from veiw until she approached them properly.

She passed Seraphinus, glancing over at the Hufflepuff with a slight smile. She'd always been the type to get on well with others, making sure not to make too much or too little of herself had been a wise move on her part.

'Are you just going to stand in the shadows and allow them to make their presence so obvious? Surely they have worked out that something is wrong, yet they continue to be oblivious. It makes no sense.' She said softly, her eyes searching his for answers.

(here's a mini character sheet xD

Name: Eliade Rivena

Age: 16

House: Ravenclaw

Her parents were killed by a rogue muggle, in a car accident when she was thirteen. She normally lives with her aunt but recent circumstances caused her to have to stay at Hogwarts permenantly.)

Alabaster sat with one leg extended, the other bent so he could rest his chin on his knee. He was sitting beneath a mighty oak, the Scottish winds forcing him to bring his copper-and-blue scarf up around his mouth. What were they all doing? First that boy Johnny, returning after his two-year disappearance. Then two girls had appeared, one he vaguely recognized at the distance. They seemed to be puzzled by something, and then Johnny was calling out to someone.

Alabaster smirked when it wasn't him they were calling to, but Seraphinus. Seraphinus Malfoy. He'd always wondered if the Malfoy legacy ever felt ashamed that he hadn't been chosen for Slytherin House.

Ah, and there was Eliade, his fellow Ravenclaw, speaking with the Huffelpuff. They seemed to be working themselves up to a froth, Johnny and Seraphinus. Perhaps they'd have a go at each other? And wouldn't that be interesting?

Quietly, he sniggered, returning to his book. Interesting indeed, he thought. And if he stayed quiet, it seemed that they would pay little attention to him, so he could watch them have their rowe and snicker and snort at them as much as he very well liked.

As footsteps sounded behind him, Seraphinus lowered his wand from his lips, his eyes abandoning the group ahead to face Eliade. Of the few who'd remained, she was one he certainly didn't mind. The right corner of his mouth rose in a half grin while giving her a soft wink. "Couldn't even have me a little bit of fun? Will never live up to the Malfoy name if I'm kept so tightly in line," he jestered, eyes twinkling. "But, if you insist." Turning to Johnny, Sarah, and Autumn, his wand returned it's tip to his lips. Reapplying his distance whisper spell, he whispered again. "The grounds are not safe anymore. Come in and we will tell you more."

For a split second, the thought crossed his mind of a trap that could be coming right into their laps so cleverly disguised. Dropping his wand, he spoke again to Eliade, his eyes remaining on the small troop. "We'd best be all on our toes, just in case..." his voice trailed off. Did he really want to think that it had come to this? His classmates and others he had known for years could now possible pose a threat? The thought was appalling, and it took serious willpower to push it toward the back corner of his mind. Always hope for the best, but expect the worst.

Eliade felt a wash of slight relief as Seraphinus instructed them to come inside. She herself didn't quite know what had happened but she knew that it was not good. The Castle seemed to have gone into a defensive state, and they had to be cautious. She could see Seraphinus' point of view clearly, and knew that he was right to believe such a thing. He didn't even need to finish the sentence because she was sure that everyone else that remained, the small handful of students and limited staff, felt there was reason for caution. She nodded slightly, a taut smile on her lips.

'I hate that we've been thrust into a situation like this. The fact that the professors know nothing worries me.' She said in a soft tone, her hand hovering near her wand nervously. 'Even the ghosts are concerned. I tried to converse with the Grey Lady earlier but she would not speak... What could be so bad that it would spook a ghost?' She glanced back to the trio, narrowing her eyes.

'And then he turns up and starts throwing unforgivable curses around like they're levitation charms. I swear he must be absolutely brain dead to his actions.' She said in a voice close to contempt. She's never really liked Johnny much, he just seemed to be the type of guy that went looking for trouble. And then he left his sister behind like that. Eliade had found the girl crying in the bathrooms the day after. If only he knew... She shook her head as the fury started to burn, calming herself. No, they were all in this together, almost all that remained of the student body. All the others had left, or, like Johnny's sister, had disappeared without a trace. She shivered, pulling her cloak around her tighter, debating whether to head back to her commonroom when a thought occurred to her. She turned back to Seraphinus, a frown forming.

'Have you seen Alabaster anywhere? I haven't seen him all day. We were meant to meet up in the commonroom after lunch but he never showed.' She said, scanning the grounds for the afore mentioned wizard. She hoped he hadn't gone wandering off into Hogsmead... so many of the others had done that and then disappeared.

Listening as hard as he could, Alabaster heard most of Eliade's conversation with Seraphinus, because he was closer to those two than the others. Oh, right ... Commonroom. Merlin's pants, I forgot. He slapped his palm to his face softly, though he was sure it had made a sound loud enough for the rest of them to hear.

Knowing their ignorance of his position had been forfeit, he stood, brushing the leaves and dirt off the seat of his pants. "'Lo there," he called good-naturedly. "Sorry about that, Eliade," he said as he walked closer, sliding his book into his bag. "I was getting a bit stir crazy. I know it's dangerous and all, but I needed to get out for a little while. And lucky me, look who I've found!" He grinned, laughing softly, as he pointed at Johnny, Sarah (Is that how you spell it?), and Autumn.

He nodded to everyone in greeting.

Eliade looked up with a relieved smile upon seeing Alabaster. Instantly she moved to hug him, not quite sure why. Perhaps the tensions of the times were causing her to forget herself. She blushed slightly, realising that it wasn't like her to do such a thing, releasing him almost instantly, before studying him a moment longer. She reached back and slapped him, just hard enough to leave a mark.

'Al, you idiot! What would've happened if you were taken like the others? No one knows anything about how to find the missing students yet, how do you expect us to find you?' She demanded, her blue eyes blazing furiously. She was getting worked up simply because he was her friend, perhaps her best friend. She didn't have many people in her life. Sure, she was nice to people but that didn't mean that they were friends. Simply aquaintances whose oppinions could change at any moment. She considered Seraphinus closer to a friend than the other three, considering her feelings toward Johnny were bordering on hate and she hardly knew the other two. She knew Sarah hung out with Johnny's sister alot, and the other girl was his ex girlfriend or something, but she didn't know them personally. Alabaster was the one person she completely trusted.

Alabaster smiled softly as he leaned into the hug, then rubbed his cheek after her half-playful slap. "Oh, I stayed close enough to the entrance. I didn't go into this without thought or consideration, believe it or not." He raised a dark brown eyebrow and said in a softer, more serious voice. "Not one of my better ideas, perhaps, but I was dying in there. I'm okay, Eli. Promise." He smirked again, his gunmetal grey eyes twinkling. "So, not just me, we'd all best be inside soon, hadn't we?" He took another look at all the other faces. "What are we waiting for, then?" He turned to go, then cast one last look over his shoulder at his best friend.

( this is Sarah's appearance)

Sarah looked at Autumn who was crying "tears of happiness right?" she asked her she turned to Seraphinus, Eliade and Alabaster she didn't really know them she'd only seen them around the school a few times, she turned back to Autumn "do you know them?" she asked her, "and should we go in?" she asked her and Johnny with a smile on her face.

Eliade glared at Alabaster a moment longer before sighing.

'I never could stay angry at you for long.' She admitted, her glare softer now. She looked back at Seraphinus and the others, biting her lip. He was right, they should all be inside, but she didn't want to go in without the others in case something should happen to them. But they didn't even seem to be listening to them. She sighed again, tapping Seraphinus on the shoulder to get his attention.

'We'll meet you all in the room of requirement, okay?' She said softly before following Alabaster back inside.

'Let's go.' She murmured quietly, still her subdued self despite the events that had occurred in recent times.

Alabaster gave the characteristic raise of the eyebrow again as Eliade caught up to him. Having been her friend for a long time, he could read the unease in her eyes. Of course, they would all be wise to be uneasy and wary about the goings on of recent times.

"You're kinder than I," he said, trying to come off nonchalantly but failing. The times had taken their toll even on him, a typically carefree and light-hearted individual. There was a seriousness to his eyes as he said it, "If they want to follow, they'll follow. You care more about their safety, and I ought to. But I know that, more likely than not, they're proud. If they decided to leave or have gone out for whatever reason, us badgering them's not going to make them see our side any quicker. They'll come if they heed you and Malfoy. If not, no amount of persuasion will bring them inside." He looked down at her evenly, nudging her with his shoulder in a friendly, half playful way, to help make light of his mood. "But, if truth be told, that Johnny fellow ... If he's come this far, he's not like to turn back methinks. He and his lot will come, I'd be willing to wager."

He raised his eyes to the high, vaulted stone ceilings as he pulled his scarf down from up around his chin. "Thanks for worrying about me, by the way."

She shrugged, glancing back over her shoulder again.

'Yeah, but someone's gotta care. If I don't, who will? We need our allies, and if they don't hurry up and realise that something's going on then they're thicker than I thought them to be.' She sighed again, relaxing slightly as he playfully nudged her. She was glad he was acting slightly normal. She'd been worried the last few days, when he'd started acting a little less like himself. She supposed that those kinds of things happened. She tilted her head slightly, wondering about the school. What had gone on here that caused such a sudden change? It was so empty now.

'Of course I'm going to worry, you're my best friend. And quite possibly one of the only sane ones of us left. All the others are off their heads I swear.' She said lightly, returning his playful shove before studying him carefully. 'But then again, if you're one of the saner ones I think we're in a bit of trouble.' She teased, poking her tongue out at him. She was content to joke like this, having missed it through the stress. Al was really the only person she opened up to completely, the only one she felt comfortable with.

Alabaster raised both of his eyebrows that time, "Oho, you think so, do you?" Then he grinned and walked with his shoulder to hers, pushing her to the left subtly. He straightened and looked down at his feet, glancing at her face every several seconds. "I'm glad you're here, you know? I need you; need an anchor."

He walked toward an alcove in the stone wall and sat on the marble bench that it housed. "What do you think's going on, Eli?" he asked softly as he looked up at her. "I mean, the Dark Lord has long gone. Right? What could anyone want with young witches and wizards, and who'd be willing to take them like this? ... I've been researching for a week, haven't found anything that would be a valid origin of ... whatever's happening ... Do you think it's as dire a situation as when Voldemort was around?"
