She shook her head. "None I mean my seals but no family. I had a naval life."She says she sighed. She hadn't realized how true that was. She had never had any real family since her dad and mom died.

Nathaniel was listening in on their conversation but he couldn't be bother speaking he saw no point in wasting energy just talking but this women calling him untrained a bit ago annoyed him. He was watching his sister to make sure nothing was going to creep up on her he didn't want to lose the last member of his family. "So shes Navy." He muttered to himself he liked to know who he was traveling with even if it was only part time. He unzipped his body armor but kept it on and scratched his chest. He just kept remembering her calling them untrained and it still annoyed him. "I'm are not untrained thank you very much I have six years in swat as a squad leader." Nathaniel said annoyed it was just like him to bring back something someone else said before.

Will looked from Lexi to the leader and to to Nathaniel. All this talk on military got him irritated. He knew it was true that he was unskilled but he didn't think he was as useless as they thought. He was the reason they knew were to go with his modified gps. Also the car they rode in for two weeks was all him. They wouldn't be here without him. But he shook it off and smiled. "You damn right I ain't no military man that's what I got you guys for. But with that being said." He sighed "It made it harder to protect my family." The smile dropped from his face "Anyways there should be a building up ahead we could could camp in ahead."

Lexi had heard Nathaniel mutter she was from the navy. A small smile crossed her lips again. She was glad that registered. When he said he was swat she rolled her eye's. "You have no Idea what it takes to be a seal and be a woman do you?"She asks him with a tone. That said don't ness with me boy.when the other spoke up with no military, she nods."and where did no military get your family. Trust me in this world the only family you need is your self. Yeah we should camp suns going down and Virals love the night. There like damn pop ups after night fall."She says. She turned knowing exactly where the place he was talking about. She pulled out her knife and cut along the fence. She lifted it up and slipped under. She looked around and pulled her pistol. She shot her gun in the air twice. Any viral in the area would of heard that. She heard a few groans come from the warehouse. "Hello uglies."She says with a small smile.

Will felt mad when she commented on the family thing. He loved them and was glad he got to spend the time he had with wife and kids. He almost said simething but realised how right she was. He followed her throuh the fence and watched as dhe dhot the gun in the air. He hurriedly pulled his pistol out and realised how useless he'll be and put away and watch how everyone grouped up and pulled out there weapons. "You guys can handle the virals out here cant you? Only bout 4 or 5 of em." He laughed at that comment when he knew each person here except for him could handle about 15 by themselves.

Nathaniel followed them over the fence sighed he clearly did not agree with this women's methods seals or not securing an area was more of his thing he normally does, she just aimlessly shooting in the air wasting ammo to drag out and draw even more virals. "You have no idea what it takes to get into swat do you so don't mess with me either." Nathaniel said angrily this women was annoying him alot. He crouched down and waited. He turned to Will. "For now they are four or five but because miss brains over there shot they could O I don't know maybe thirty or forty approaching in on this area if we're unlucky that is." He said as he was about to aim his weapon but he stopped and stood up. He reached into his pocket and pulled out his spring assist knife and then dropped his bad on the floor. "Don't even think about shooting your loud weapons the crossbows fine." Nathaniel said to Lexi as he stood up and slowly began to walk over to the virals he kept his M4A1 not trusting it near that women one bit.

She rolled her eye's she had more training then him and she knew what she was doing. She knew this area well it was basically deserted before the out break. This was her home area. She wasn't stupid they were clise to a run down Naval base."trust me I know what I am doing boy. There is a naval base just down the way it was closed down and this area was evacuated years ago. The few that are left are nothing. And I don't need you telling me how to run an op."She snapped. She took out her cross bow and shot one, then another in the head.when the four were dead she nods to them."clear, now maybe just maybe I know a few things now get inside."She said. She wasn't in a playing mood. She let them go inside. Once all in she stood away from the group as they created a fire to camp and eat. She sat on an empty barrel and watched from her perch her eye's were cold as ice. She may be hard, but it kept her alive.

Nathaniel was angry. "Boy i'm probably older than you and don't be too cocky this isn't just an op and you haven't run anything like this before so shut up and stop acting like you know everything you don't know nothing about us so stop acting better than us." Nathaniel said angrily as he walked back over and picked up his bag he was contemplating leaving the group he could last for a good while alone and he sure as hell couldn't do with this knows everything do everything type of women but he didn't not just yet he headed inside. He sat down on the floor and took off his full tactical armor all except the holster showing his face more than before. He began to take apart his M4A1 and pulled a cloth out of his bag and began to clean it he was still think about leaving the group but he choice not to for the sake of his sister more than his own.

Will felt the tention between Lexi and Nate but didnt want to intefer. He loooked over at Nates sister "Hey i think you should go help him cool down we dont want to lose a member over this." Will sighed and sat down he pulled out a broke iphone and a couple of other trinkets. He was trying to find a way to power a phone without an electrical charger. He's built many things in his days and wants to make manymore to show his usefulness to the group as he can. Because if it comes down to it and they dont have the resources to provide for the whole group he'll most likely be the one they get rid of. He hated to think of it in that way but it was no time to sugar coat anything he had to toughen up and smell the coffe it was time for him to start to rely on himself because soon thats all he'll have to rely on.

"Lexi walk with me." He put his arm around her shoulder and lead her away from Nate, "Look Sweetheart, I know you know what you're doing, but we've been running together for a while now. We've got a system. We move quiet unless we need to, shooting into the air does nothing but waste two bullets for you and me when the time comes." He pulls his arm back and put his hand on her shoulder when they were far enough away. Then spoke quietly to Lexi, so the others couldn't hear.


"Nate and his Sister lost it all. Nate had to kill his wife and two boys, and then when he met up with his sister, they had to kill their parents. You told me you just had your Seals when all this started, its hard losing a family, and that boy lost two of them. You've been on Ops where you lost a brother. Imagine having to kill the Seals next to you. Thats what he had to do, twice." He frowned a little and looked into her eyes, "I need you to lay off of him, and quit trying to run this show like you're some fucking invulnerable goddess of the west. I need you to tone it done, or if not, kick out of here in the morning, because I cant afford to lose Nate and his Sister, they're my best two shots and Nate's my second. So can you help me here Lexi?"


In reality, Bobby had no clue if Nathaniel had a family before all this, and frankly he didn't care that much. But he did need Nathaniel now, and lying to Lexi was the only way he could do it.

Lexi walked with him and shouldered his hand off. She wasn't the touchy feely type."understood. Your show your op. And you know nothing of having to put down a brother in arms. I had to put my whole crew down. Its why I am out here alone. You work alone dont get hurt. Trust me I miss my seals and the whole group of them well trained and listened well.I haven't gotten out of the game yet.mind still militant.so understood Captain."She said she grabbed her stuff and gave him a salute. She smirked. "By the way not bad, good team you got in there. Trained almost as well as a seal. I can see this is more then a group. Your a family and family and I don't mix"she says with a wink and shoulders her things. She walked to the fence and looked out with a flashlight. She pulled herself up and jumped over the fence she was off to no where and every where.

Bobby walked back to the group, "Got a feeling thats not the last we will see of her. I'll take first look, get some shut eye guys." He walked away from the group, watching the perimeter.

Lexi was walking along the road she finally sat down a car hood and drank some water. She sighed Bobby really was a good guy and she liked him.She wanted to go back, but her pride wouldn't let her. She just found a tree near by and went to rest in it. She tied her legs to a branch.


In the morning the sun rose and she hopped down to the ground un tieing her legs. She walked to the river to wash off her face and the days events before. She shook her head and looked up when she heard a noise of rustling. She grabbed her cross bow and turned as a small child walked out. She was covered in dirt and cuts.Lexi looked around her eye's confused. Why was a child out here."are you bitten? "She asked the girl."did a viral bite you?"She asks. The girl shook her head.Lexi sighed and walked over to pick her up."where did you come from come on lets get you cleaned up. " Lexi stopped hearing groans."well that can wait. She grabbed her stuff and the child and started running. The girl clung to her and hid her face. Lexi cane upon the fence she opened and told the girl to go threw quickly. Lexi went after her and backed up breathing. Okay come on lets get you in side."Lexi said breathing a bit as she backed up for the warehouse.Lexi turned hearing a noise cross bow up."oh just you. "She said to Bobby.

Will awoke and stretched out before he stood up. He yawned and was walking over to the femce to check on Bobby. Before he reached it he saw a little girl running towards them. "Stay right there." he held his hand over his pistol in his back pocket just incase she was bitten. "Little girl are you bitten." He looked at the fence and saw Lexi and Bobby and dropped his hands. "Sorry i didnt know anyone let you in. Come on over to the building you look terrible." He walked toward the girl slowly hoping not to scare her.

Bobby looked at Lexi was she pointed the crossbow and lowered it, then over at Will when he started questioning the girl, he was about to say something when Will realized Bobby and Lexi were there. He looked down at the girl, "Hey there Sweetiepie. Im Bobby, whats your name?" He knelt down and smiled, then reached into his pocket, pulling out a small lollipop "Might be a little warm, but should be just as sweet as you are."

The girl looked at him and then ran to Lexi. She hid behind her leg.Lexi looked down at the girl and picked her up."you want to tell me your name little one." The girl nods. "Keira, mommy and daddy are gone."She says. "Can you tell me what happened?"Lexi asked. Her. The girl shook her head and hid into Lexi.She looked at Bobby. "Didn't know where else to take her. Nathaniel awoke he has been sleeping a lot more lately well with the world gone to hell it was the only peace he has left. He looked around and saw that Lexi was back again but this time with a little girl which he found was stupid they could barely survive never mind a little girl if she did end up tagging alone. He sat up and listened to their conversations quietly as he put his tactical armor back on.

Natalia would have bin siting and lean on a wall Shyning her sniper and tinkering with it and notice a little girl...as she has not seen one wen all this happend and aswell notice her Bro was awoken and says too him "Hey sleepy head finnaly you are awake...Got lost in the dream"she says as she would put her sniper on her lap and smiling at him as she would take "Ace" Out and would start too get it Shine and geting its mag full

Nicole heard people talking and laughing.She walked to the edge of the building and looked over. There had to be at least 10 people huddling around.She jumped down off the roof knowing he wasn't too far from the ground. There was also a fabric patio cover that was low to the ground. Expecting to be able to role off so easily she held her hands out and dove like you would in a pool. Instead of rolling off easy she rolled the wrong way and started to fall on the ground. " HELP!!" She screamed she knew this was it. No one would catch her would they?

He bent his knees slightly, but he knew it wouldn't help, he was lucky the girl look light as she hit him, he crumbled, holding her as they hit the ground together, "Thats the last time I play Clark Kent for you Lois Lane." He sighed and laid his head back

Lexi watched with a look and held back a laugh. The girl had tryed to do a dive and failed epicly.She put the girl down and told her one minute. She went over and Helped the girl up and shook her head.she looked at Bobby. "You okay?"she asks with a slight smile. She held out her hand to him. He was a nice guy, and funny with his comments. "Well then I am off, you don't want the girl I will take her. Just thought she be safer here with you guys. Then with someone like me."She says as she helped Bobby up and gave him a small smile. She turned to the fence hearing Virals. "Well looks like I will have to find a different way out."She said and went to walk away. The girl however let out a scream and ran hugging her leg.

"Look. The girl ain't ready for your type of life, we'll take her, but it doesn't look like she'll go anywhere without you for now. You should stay with us, until she at least gets to us. I know you're a loner Lexi, but whats the worst that can happen if you're stuck listening to Nate's bitching and my bad jokes, right?" He got up and looked at the woman who he'd caught.

Nathaniel sighed. "So all I do is bitch is it don't worry i'll remember that the next time your arse needs saving." Nathaniel said laughing he meant it as a joke. He stood up and looked at the little girl who scream which was rather annoying. "You know shes a walking alarm right?" Nathaniel said he hated kids now more than ever all they were good for is attracting the virals and keeping the human race living but who cared about that it seems currently death would be better.
