A Game for the Damned

Kazuko jerked his head back in laughter at this. "Do you really think I don't know what you're planning? If we did that, you would find a way to escape." He pat her head softly. "Don't worry, we'll break you of your disobedience soon enough. You will be begging to give us your blood."Kazuko kissed her cheek. "No, we need you to meet the king and queen. It's part of a ceremony."

Demetri's eyes lit up. "Yes, the Offering Ceremony." He saw the look on Shiori's face. She was confused. "The Offering Ceremony. The king and queen invites each new servant forward and takes blood, deeming each worthy of living or dying depending on how their blood tastes."

Shiori didn't like the sound of that at all. "But, that doesn't sound like a fun party at all!" She whined. Shiori would much rather die than have her blood be judged. "That's sick and I hate it! I'm not going!" She crossed her arms over her chest in a huff. "I'm not scared of any of you because I know you won't kill me."

Hiroki let out a deep throaty laugh "That's what you think... We've been very patient with you thus far, but it would be very easy for us to kill you both and find replacements." He said "You're just lucky because your blood is so sweet we haven't wanted to kill you just yet" he chuckled grabbing Shiori's wrist and bringing it to his lips his eyes closing as he smelled her sweet scent.

Eri frowned as Kazuko had figured out that she was thinking. How had he done that anyway? "I'd rather die then offer my blood to you or anyone else" She snapped at him. She was becoming more and more afraid what if she was testing her luck a little o much? So far they hadn't seriously hurt her but she knew they had the ability. The though of some vampire kind taking her blood to determine if she was good enough made her cringe.

Shiori cringed. "No, please, not right now!" She managed to get away from the vampire, run upstairs to her room and close and lock the door. "I'm safe." She found her gun under her mattress. "God, forgive me." She held it to her temple.

Kazuko held her. "Stop fighting. It will feel better soon." He bent his neck toward her own and traced the crook with his tongue. "Stay still and this won't be an issue." He brought his fangs out and sank them into her.

Hiroki growled "Ungrateful little bitch!" In an instant he was on his feet and following the girl upstairs she was really getting on his nerves. Going to the door he tried the door knob but when he found it locked he broke the door down in anger. "Really, you're going to kill yourself? How weak" He said rolling his eyes stepping over the broken peices of the door.

Eri tried kneeing him his the stomach her eyes squeezed shut as his tongue ran along her neck. "No It wont, It hurts!" She cried feeling his fangs sink into flesh. All that kept running through her head was 'why me?' How had she ended up in this situation? "Why are you so mean?" She asked her voice faint.

"Not one step closer or I'll do it, Hiroki!" Shiori warned. "I won't allow you to use me for some sick game any more! I was excited to come. I thought that, for once, I'd be happy and have a family. I thought that I'd live a normal life and I was happy when I first met you all. You were all so nice, then, I understood why you brought us here. Well, you won't get what you want this time!"

"I want what you have. I want to be able to live comfortably, just like anyone. I want you to appreciate what you have and you've yet to do a single thing I say!" Kazuko told her. "It's been at least twenty years since our last couple and we couldn't wait any longer." He let his mouth fill up again.

Letting out a large sight Hiroki cautiously moved closer just close enough to snatch the gun out of her hand and throw it into the corner of the room. "Honestly you're making this much harder than it needs to be." He said wrapping his arms around her pinning her arms to her sides. " We all would have been much nicer to you if you just would have done what we asked" he continued his tone unsually gentle. He carefully pushed a few strads of hair out of her face and away from her neck. "If you'd just stop fighting you could like quite comfortably here" He practically whispered in her ear as he lowered his mouth to her neck "And if you really insist on dying you should at least let me do it, then your blood wont go to waste" he mumbled against her skin then sunk his fang into her.

Eri gritted her teeth at the pain she half-heartedly kept trying to push him away. "I don't have anything. You at least have a family... I have nothing! I'm just a toy for you and your brothers...this is no way for a person to live" She said through small gasps. She almost wished he would just kill her if she couldn't get away any way else then death was her only option.

She didn't know what was causing her to do it. She didn't know why she did it, but Shiori saw, in her own mind and very strange thought process, a vampire save her life. "H-Hiroki..." she relaxed a little, her arms wrapping around his neck as she buried her face in it, still crying. "Thank you."

Kazuko chuckled, causing his lips to vibrate against Eri's neck. "Don't be silly, my girl." He teased her. "You are far more than some toy. You are a sacrifice for the king. It's a great honor." He lifted his head back up and brought his lips to hers. "Here, have a taste of your own blood."

Hiroki held her tightly against him her blood flowing down his throat. He was merely trying to scare her and show her she didn't really want to die, the snack was just a perk. He hadn't expected her to start crying and thanking him though... pulling away reluctanly his mouth was a bright red color. "Why are you thanking me? Have you finally become grateful for what we have given you?" he asked looking down at her.

Eri tensed up at the mention of her being a sacrifice fear running through her. She immediately freaked out shoving his face away from her and tearing out of his arms and wiping her mouth furiously. "I refuse. I refuse to be some sacrafice for some sick king and I refuse to let you keep doing this to me" She yelled before she took off running going to the door opening it and running out.

Shiori was done fighting. She smiled at him and nodded once. "I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable just now." She had surprised herself by hugging the man. "I won't do it again. I apologize." She fell back on her bed. "I didn't mean to disrespect you. If it makes you happy, Iwwon't fight you any more. Please accept my apology." She bowed politely to him as she got back up and left the room. What did I just do? I'm only a snack. I should remember that. She blushed awkwardly, until Kazuko yelled in anger.

"The bitch escaped!" He threw the door open and took off after her. Sokijo wasn't far behind him. Demetri was just behind Sokijo. "I've got her!" The youngest jumped into a tree then launched himself on top of Eri. "Where do you think you're going? I found the perfect little dress for you. And, I do mean little." He giggled and pinned her to a tree.

Hiroki let the girl go staring hard at her trying to decied why her attitude ad changed so suddenly. He couldn't say he wasn't pleased, it just seemed like it had been to easy to break her. "It's fine, I'm not uncomfrotable." He said as if it was a riddiculous idea for him to be uncomfortable around her. "I'm just glad you've finally learned your place here" he smiled and patted her head.

Smelling the scent of Shiori's blood waft into his room Kei emerged into the hall. "Ahh Princess have you come to play?" he asked spotting her in the hall with the blush on her cheeks. "Has my brother trained you well? Or will I just have to do the job myself?" he asked circling around her, that was until he heared Kazuko scream. "When will that one learn she can't escape?" He said with a sigh.

Eri ran as hard and as fast as she could. She didn't care if they could catch her, she had to try. She didn't want to be a sacrafice, she used to have a life, she still had things she wanted to do. She hit the tree with a groan tears were runing down her face. "Why are you doing this to me? I don't want this, I don't want any of this" She said not even bothing to fight back anymore. "Why does your stupid king need a sacrafice anyway? It's not even like I'm special I'm just a silly orphan"

Again, Shiori blushed. She was pat on the head, causing her normal pale features to darken. "I have learned, Hiroki." She then saw the other vampire that seemed to lack any courtesy. "Oh, it's you." Her face got ever darker. "I'm not in the mood to play." For some reason or another, she only wanted Hiroki to have her blood, though Kei was a close second.

Demetri laughed. "That's definitely where you're wrong. You're more than that, but I don't feel like telling you everything right now." He grabbed one arm, Kazuko grabbed the other. "Don't worry. Your friend was so easy, you'll not be much farther." Sokijo followed behind. "I can't wait to show you!"

Hiroki smiled pleased and walked towards the door way as he heard the sound of Kei's voice. Kei looked dissapointed when she treated him cooly "Come on that's no way to treat me, besides you look so cute with that blush" He said pinching her cheeks "It seems you haven't learn how to behave after all" he said his voice low, but before he could do anything Hiroki stepped forward grabbing Shiori from behind. "Oh she's learned, she just doesn't like you" He said with a smirk since it seemed he was winning their little game so far.

"Tell me! I'm so sick of these secrets, I deserve to know it's my life your playing with!" She argued as they lead her back into the house. Hearing they had gotten to Shiori already made her sad, the girl was sweet. Eri didn't know her very well but she was just like her at the moment and she felt bad for her. "Just because you got to her doesn't mean I'll be as easy" She said still trying to resist them although the constant fight she had to put up was tiring her out. She was afraid to see what she would be forced into wearing.

Shiori felt her heart race as Kei pinched her cheeks. "Please, don't do that. It hurts." She reached up and rubbed her cheeks. "Ow, that really hurt." Feeling strong arms wrap around her and pull her close, she felt them to make sure that this was indeed Hiroki, though she heard his voice. "Thank you, Hiroki." She laid against him.

"Begging won't help." Demetri smoothed her hair. "It'll make it worse." Once inside, the boys put her on the couch, arms and legs held down until Kazuko could return with chains. "You won't get away now." He tied her to the couch. Demetri kissed her, then Sokijo did as well. "Nope." Soki agreed.

Kei frowned more "You're no fun. How did you manage to turn her agaisnt me in that short of time? I saw saw her first" Kei complained to which Horoki only shrugged in response too. "I'm just better than you" he said the moved next to Shiori taking her wrist. " Come Shiori, why don't we go see what Sokijo had picked out for you to wear hm?" He said and lead her way from Kei and down stairs.

"I'm not begging, I'm telling. It's not fair for you to keep things from me" he said frustrated with the way things were going. She sat on the couch shooting glares towards the boys holding her down. At the site of the chains her eyes went wide "No, No No! You can't Do that!" She said trying to wriggle out of their grasp. The last thing she wanted was to be tied down. "Please I promise I won't run just untie me" She pleaded

"Okay, Hiroki." She became upset when he moved away, so that she couldn't lay against him anymore. "That should be fun, I guess." She turned on her heel a bit to say goodbye to Kei. "Maybe some other time?" She followed Hiroki. "Thank you for stopping him, Hiroki. That's the second time you saved me today." They reached the room where Sokijo had picked a dress, but the boy was still with Eri.

Demetri scratched his stubble. "I don't know. I don't think we should. What do you think, Kazuko? Sokijo?" He turned to his brothers. Kazuko shook his head. "Hell no! She'll keep lying." He growled and walked off. "Letting her go would only give us more work." Sokijo was quiet for once. "I don't know. She isn't cooperating very much. I'm actually impressed with Hiroki's work."

Hiroki shrugged "I haven't really been saving you but if that's the way you'd like to see it" He stepped into the room where the dresses inspecting them. "These will do nicely" He commented as he brought a hand to his mouth biting down on one of his fingers. "although I'm not sure exacxtaly which one is yours" he said glancing at Shiori.

"Please! I promise I wont just get these off!" She begged pulling at the restrains, she couldn't stand being tied up. "Please I'll do anythign just let me go" She was desperate to be free. She felt so vulnerable without the use of her arms and legs. She really was willing to do almost anything if it meant she wouldn't be chained up anymore.

Shiori shrugged. "Your guess is completely and totally as good as mine." Her attempts at getting along with them seemed to be working, for the time being. "I'm sorry to say this, but, I'm not sure about any of these dresses. They're absolutely revealing." Still, she took one down and left him to go change and see if it fit. "I'm actually quite uncomfortable in it. I don't like low cut dresses." She came back out to show him, praying that the others weren't around, though Kei's stench still lingered. "Hide me, would you? Your brother still scares me."

Sokijo started to consider her request. "Do what you want, Sokijo." Demetri had more important matters to deal with, like the phone call that came from his office. Soon, he was gone, leaving Sokijo with Eri. He used his tiny fingers to unlock the chains. "I'm trusting you."

"Sokijo picked them, if you don't like them you're going to have to bring it up with him." He said " He's going to be very hurt if you don't wear it though" He added and sat down in the chair as she went to go change. When she reentered the room in the dress he smirked "Oh but the king will be please to see you in it" He commented as he stood up from his seat and stepped forward. His hands went to her bare shoulders and trailed down her arms to her hands. "Don't worry about him, he won't bother you while I'm around"

Eri waited anxiously as Sokijo undid the locks. "Thank you.." She mummbled as she rubbed at her wrist. She decided to not try and run since she had promised she wouldn't, also she really didn't want to be chained up like that again. She moved back farther into the couch bringing her knees up to her chest and wrapping her arms around them.

"That's good. I appreciate it." Shiori felt herself squeeze his hands. "I am really quite bored and was wondering if you wouldn't mind if I go outside?" She questioned, knowing how sensitive that subject was. "Or, to town. I haven't been since coming to live here, Hiroki." Instinctively, she raised his hand to her lips.

"Why can't you listen? Don't you see that your life would be much easier if you only calmed down and listen?" Sokijo wanted to make her feel welcome here. "Come with me, would you? We have to nurse your wrists." He helped her up and into the downstairs bathroom. "I will be gentle." He ran some hot water, soaking a rag in it.

Hiroki contemplated the idea for a moment "No, that's a privilege you'll have to earn. A few minutes of good behaviour isn't going to cut it" He said. "If you're really so bored you're just going to have to find another way to entertain yourself" he said dropping her hands and taking a step backwards. "But first you need to change back, wouldn't want to ruin your dress"

"Why would I want to listen to you if all you want to do is hurt me and sacrifice me to some king? None of you actually care about me or the other girl"She said standing up and following him to the bathroom so he could take care of her wrist. Kazuko had been so rough with her making the restriants tight against her wrist. She didn't say anything but watched Sokijo work, out of all of them he was the most tollerable. He was so child-like that is made it hard to hate him. If not for the whole vampire thing she felt like he could have been the younger brother she never had.

"Okay, Hiroki." She would ask another one of her captors. Hiroki wasn't the only one that held any authority over her. "I'll change." She hid behind the curtain to change again, then came out, in her nightdress. "Now, if you don't mind, I have to see Kei. Remember, I promised him that I would see him later." She swept from the room and went to the left, smelling Kei's fragrance. "The library, maybe?" That's where she went.

Sokijo nodded. "I understand, I guess, but we have to live together, so we have to come to some sort of understanding." He rubbed her wrists. "I hope that's better. I did my best." He held her wrists, eyes shining as he sent a cold, numbing sensation to stop the pain.

Hrioki sighed but let her leave after she had changed. Kie was sitting in one of the lrge lether chairs in the library sulking. How had Shiori come to like Hiroki better than him? What did he have that he didn't? He was contemplating this when he heard the small foot steps of the girl padding into the room. "Have you changed your mind so quickly?" He said lookign up at her from his spot.

"I don't know what kind of an understand you expect us to come you. The way I see it is you're trying to kill me and frankly I don't want to die so I don't think we're going to be coming to any understanding" She said looking at him sternly. "Thank you." She said once the pain in her wrist had stopped. "I'd like to be alone now" She told him pulling her wrist and walkign away towards her room.

Shiori woke on the following evening to get dressed for the party that she was ever so kindly being forced to attend. "This will be a long, long night." She murmured as she slipped into her dress. "Sokijo must really be trying to make me feel uncomfortable." She thought as she dressed herself. "And, why is it such a big deal for Kei that I choose Hiroki?" She blushed, not having admitted to it before as she walked down the stairs. "Is anyone ready?"

Demetri, Sokijo and Kazuko were not in the least bit worried about the party. Their servants had taken care of anything and everything they would need. "It's so nice to not have to worry." Kazuko smiled as he tied his tie while walking out. "Girl?" He addressed Shiori. "Come here." Shiori did as she was told and was soon feeling the pierce of fangs.

Reluctantly Eri got dressed ,in the dress that had been chosen for her by Sokijo, and put her hair into a loose bun a few strands of hair out and curling around her face. Looking in the mirror at herself she sighed, she felt so uncomfortable in the dress it covered so little of her she felt almost naked. Why did she have to wear it anyway? Surely there had to be other dresses that would at least cover her a little more, but when she asked the boys just got angry and refused. When she was finally ready she stepped out of the room not being able to avoid the stupid party any longer. She pulled at the fabic of her dress awkardly trying to cover more of herself as much as she could.

Both Kei and Hiroki were dressed up in thier nicest clothes. Each boy emerged from their room into the hall to wait for the girls to finish getting ready. " Go easy Kazuko, wouldn't want to drain her before the pary has even begun" Hiroki warned the boy. Kei only rolled his eyes still upset with both Hiroki and Shiori. Noticing Eri come out her room he smirked. "Oh don't you just look ravishing" he chuckled which only made the girl feel more uncomfortable.

Demetri growled when she saw that Eri was pulling and tearing at a dress that was easily older than himself. "Eri, enough!" He slapped her hand sharply, but not enough to harm her. "Don't you dare ruin this dress. Believe it or not, it was once a dress that belonged to one of my great grandfather's many mistresses." He sneered and grabbed her around the waist. "Sokijo must have known that it was my favorite." He pulled down the dress, showing her off. "Allow me, then." Sokijo stood by Kei, in awe by how good Eri looked.

Kazuko reluctantly let go. Shiori stumbled somewhat, having been drained of a lot of blood. "Forgive me. I couldn't help myself, madame." He put on a fake look of sympathy. "I-I accept your apology." Shiori mumbled, almost automatically as she held the railing that lead down the stairs. One of the many maids came forward and bowed to the brothers. "Excuse me, Masters, but, the guests are arriving."
