Shiori Minoko received a letter in the mail the previous night, saying that she would be transfered, again, to another location, where a family would so kindly take her in and help her learn the ways of the world. "Oh, this sounds fun. It should be fun to know how another family lives." Shiori wasn't one to look at the downside to anything. "Well, I had better start packing." Quickly, the young girl packed what little belongings and took a few minutes to say goodbye to some friends. It was an exiting thing, being chosen from over a hundred other girls. "I wonder who the other girl coming with me is." Each time someone was sent out for a test such as this, they were always sent in pairs. Now would be no different. Hearing the honk of the cab, Shiori picked up her backpack and left the orphanage. "I can't wait!" Her fingers fumbled with the seat belt. "I wonder what the family is like. I wonder what the house will look like. What they will look like." She rambled on.

Eri sucked in a nervous breath at the cab slowed pulling up to what she asumed to be her new home. Ever since she heard she woudl be leaving her current foster home to be moved to a new home she could not help but wonder at what type of people her knew family would be. From the looks of the large house she could tell they were obviosuly well off. She hoped they would be nice, over ther years she had spent sometime with families who were not to kind to her. It took her a few moments to convince herself to get out of the cab, which seemed to annoy the cab driver quite a bit. Stepping out she got her belonging out to ght trunk and stood on the curb watching as the cab drove away. Sucking in another deep breath she turned towards the house and hesistantly began to walk up to the front door and ring the doorbell. As she waited for the door to open she wondered if the other girl had already arrived or if she would be the first one there. She really hoped she had not been the first person to arrive at the house.

All the vampires in the house had been lazily lounging around as they waited for the arrival of the girls, that they had arranged to live with them. Once they arrived it would mark the beginning of their new game. Being hundreds and thousands of years old they became quite bored very often so they had to come up with creative ways to entertain themselves right now two orphaned human girls would provide that entertainment. Hearing the doorbell Hiroki did not even look up from the book was reading intently. "Would someone please get that?" he asked slight annoyance in his tone.

Shiori was only a few seconds behind her new friend. She felt nervous as the enormous manor came into view. Her insides were flipping as she was helped from the cab. She thanked her driver and walked up to the mansion, backpack over her shoulder. "This place is beautiful, isn't it?" She asked the other, who she saw was also waiting.

Sokijo, who had been eagerly awaiting his new pawn, friend, was watching the window eagerly. Then, the cab pulled in, as did another, and his heart skipped. He was starving. His stomach was roaring. "Hiroki, you're always bossing people around, why don't you get the door for once?" He sneered at the vampire that he referred to as 'Cousin' almost regularly. Demetri, who appeared to be the eldest, heard the cab doors from his spot by the fire, his own novel marked and laying open on his lap. He sighed. "Don't argue, Sokijo. We're all having to live together from now on, so we should all put on a smiling face and welcome our guests." His eyes flashed red for a moment, letting the lock on the front door turn horizontally, unlocking it. "Come in, precious guests." He addressed them with an air of nobility as Shiori gulped and took tentative step inside.

Eri jumped when she heard the voice come from behind her and turned around quickly to see another girl that looked about her age. She asumed she must be the other girl sent to live here as well. "Huh? Oh yeah it's nice" She said glancing back at the house for a moment "I'm Eri, by the way. She said introducing herself but before she sould say anymore the door was opening to reveal a very talk and dark haired man. For a moment she squinted at the mad his greeting seeming odd to her but she shrugged it off and stepped inside after the other girl. For a moment she wondered if she was in the right place something just seemed strange to her but seeing as the man seemed to be expecting them and the other girl was there too she figured it hat to be correct.

Hiroki rolled his eyes at the other mans comment. "Well as you can see I'm busy and cannot be bothered" He told Sokijo and returned back to reading his book ignoring both him the Demetri. Hearing the doorbell Kei smirked and came walking down the stairs "Play time" He sais to himself with a chuckle. Nearing the foyer he gave a toothy smile to the two girls who where just stepping into the house. He souldn't wait to meet them, or rather taste them seeing as they both just looked so sweet. "Hello ladies," he welcomed them. "Please make yourselves at home" he said stepping closer eyeing them both. Kazuko, the only one who had so far ramined silent was sitting in the same room with Hiroki. He made no move to greet ther girls figuring it would be better if they came to him all of them bombarding the humans at once would only frighten them. So he stayed put watching things play out from his seat on the couch.

Though she barely knew Eri, Shiori grasped her hand at once, praying to God that she was real. When she realized that this was all indeed real, Shiori actually spoke. "H-Hello, sirs. It's a pleasure to be staying with you." She bowed to them all respectfully, feeling that this may be proper for people with a nice home. They must have been important to the community.

Demetri chuckled and bent forward as well, bowing. "I am Demetri Valen. Welcome to the home of myself and my cousins. I hope you find your stay quite...fulfilling." he chuckled in an attempt to find the correct word. "I'm Sokijo!" The bright eyed little boy giggled childishly, also kissing the hands of the girls, though his eyes were hungry for nourishment.

A look of surprise appeared on Eri's face as the girl next to her took her hand. It seemed strange to her but she decided to to let it go it was not the strangest thing happening at the moment. For starts she seemed to be in a house full of boys which was very strange to her. Why they have taken in two girls? She wondered. She began to feel uncomfortable "My name is Eri...Um where should I put my stuff?" She asked motioning to the bags she had brought in with her.

Kei bowed to the girls as well making note of Eri's name, waiting to find out the other girls name as well. He had to say they were both quite beautiful. Two little blondes, what fun he would have with both of them he though. "No the pleasure is all ours" he said to the girl he still did not know the name of. He then addressed the other girl. "If you'd like me and Sokijo here, could show you to your rooms" He said with a wicked smile. The offer had definitely not been made purely out of kindness, he had other plans for the girls that they would find out soon enough.

Noticing the young vampire starting to hunger, Demetri grabbed his collar quickly and pulled him back. "But, Big Brother!" Sokijo protested when this happened. Demetri hushed him, bent down, and murmured something in his ear, causing the boy to show a face of annoyance. "Fine, but I saw them first. Remember that." He huffed and looked over to Kei. "Yeah, come on!" He grabbed Eri's hand.

Shiori realized her mistake when Eri introduced herself. "Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean any disrespect at all." She turned to all of them. "I'm Shiori. I look forward to meeting you all when I can." She followed Sokijo and Eri, waving to the others on her way out, one bag over her shoulder while the other, she pulled behind her. "Thank you for allowing us to stay."

Eri was getting a weird vibe from the place this was definitely unlike any other home she had ever stayed it. Particularly the boys seemed strange to her the younger looking one seemed cute but she couldn't help but feel there was something off about him. What appeared to be the oldest seemed cold and even a little frightening. Then there was the one that offered to show them to their rooms, she knew the instant she saw him he was a flirt and she wasn't so sure she could trust him. Against her better judgement she agreed when Sokijo took her hand and she followed up the stairs glancing around the house as they went.

Kei stood back waiting as both the girls began to go up the steps before walking up behind them "Oh it seems I've forgotten my manners I haven't introduced myself! I'm Kei." He said to both the girls as they made it up to the second floor. He moved closer to Shiori, so close in fact she could probably feel his breath on her neck. "Why don't I take this for you?" He said with a smirk as he slid her bag off her shoulder then slipped infront of her to lead her too her room. "This one is yours" he said opening one door and pointing to Eri "Sokijo will help you get settled" he said letting the younger boy have her since he had seemed to have claimed her for the moment. No matter he would have his turn with her later for now he would play with the other one. "You can come with me" He said and took Shiori's hand walking down the hall a little farther coming to a halt infront of another door. "This one is yours" He said with a grin as he pushed the door open.

Sokijo managed a nod before Kei disappeared with his toy. "Remember who saw her first!" He warned. Demetri scoffed. "Remember who opened the door." He muttered, not actually caring about this silly little claim game. He had been taught not to be involved in these. Instead, he studied daily. Now turning to the forgotten book, he sighed. "Perhaps I should make dinner for our guests." Leaving his book again, he slipped into the kitchen while Soki helped Eri with her bag, his cheek intentionally brushing against her arm as he lifted her bag. Taking Eri inside her own room, he set up her bag against the wall. "I hope you enjoy your stay here. My brothers and I are delighted to have such pretty girls around us." Kissing her hand again, the bubbly little boy exited. "Bye bye! Brother Demetri is making dinner!"

"It's an honor to meet you, Kei." Shiori smiled brightly at him. "Your home is very nice. Thank you and your brothers, again." She followed Kei until he opened a door for her. "This is absolutely the most beautiful room I've ever had the honor of living in." Turning to the young man, she bowed again. "Thank you for helping me with my bag." Taking it from him, she stored it at the bottom of her new closet. "You've been very kind to me."

Eri gave the boys a stange look as they seemed to be fighting over her and Shiori the way children fought over the front seat of a car. Why did it matter who saw them frist? It all just seemed very odd to her. She was busy about that that she almost forgot what she was doing. Going into her room after Sokijo she smiled "Thank you for helping me with my bag and showing me to my room. you're so sweet" She said as she looked around. She was a bit amazed at how nice it was. She she was excited to see she finally had a room to herself for the first time in her whole life. She had always had to share with other children at her other foster home it would be nice to have a little privacy for once. She laughed softly as the boy kissed her hand and bounced out of the room. Hearing that dinner was being mad she decided to head downstairs and see if there was anything she could do to help, or just go meet the other people living in the house.

"No need to keep thanking us" Kei chuckled as he watched the girl look around the room. "I'm glad the room is to your liking" He said as he eyed the girl again. She was a peculiar little creature, so cheerful and kind. She didn't seem at all worried or nervous about coming into a new house full of guys. Such naivety would surely get her in trouble especially in a house full of vampires, he thought with an amused look. He was having a hard time deciding whether to let her go for now or if he would have his fun already. Eventually he decided it was best to let her get settled in first it might work against him if he scared her only a few minutes after walking through the door. He also knew Demetri would be angry with him for biting her before she had a chance to meet everyone. "I think dinner is being made so you are free to go back down stairs or stay here and unpack" He said leaning against the door frame.

"It's not a problem." The kid smiled at her as he left, then rode the railing of the stairs down to the first floor. "They're really pretty, guys!" He told them all. "I like Eri, you know, the first one. The one that wasn't so rude." He sat next to Kazuko. "You've been quiet." He laughed. "You really should do something besides sit all day." Demetri cooked a beautiful meal of meats and vegetables, not knowing what the girls liked. "I want the best behavior out of all of you."

"Th- I mean okay. I will be down in a minute." She smiled warmly at him. "Can I ask you something? Why did your family decide to take us? What about your parents? Won't they be angry if they find two strangers here? Or, do you live on your own?" Shiori walked toward him, moved past, and walked down the stairs.

Eri carefully walked down the stairs a few moments after the boy had left her room. She heard voices coming from one of the room, curious to see who the other people living in the house were she peeked round the corner to see two other boys she hadn't met yet, along with Sokijo who she had met. It took her a moment to work up the courage to step into the room. Taking a small breath she walked into the room, making herself known to the men. "Hello, I'm Eri. I just wanted to thank you all for taking me in" She said her hands clasping behind her back as she looked at each of the boys.

Hearing the female voice Hiroki glanced up from his book his eyes narrowing as they focused on the Blonde girl just a few feet infront of him. The game begins he thought as he closed his book. At least she was pretty. "Hello Eri, I'm Hiroki , that's Zazuko, and I believe you've already met Sokijo" He said getting the introductions out of the way. "There is no need to thank us, we were happy to do it" He said with a smirk. Obviously she didn't know the real reason she was here or she wouldn't be thanking him. He wondered if both the girls would be told during dinner, or better yet maybe they would be dinner. After all he was feeling rather hungry.

Kei gave a nod his tongue running over his fangs as he had to refrain himself from sinking them into her neck when she walked past. Breathing heavily he waited a moment before following after her. "It's just us, no parents. We took you two girls in because we thought it would be fun.." he said with a chuckle. Grabing her hand he pulled her down the stairs. "Why don't I introduce you to the others Hm?" He asked glancing back at her before pulling her in to the livingroom with the rest of his 'brothers' for lack of a better word.

Kazuko punched Sokijo in the shoulder. "Mind your own business. I was waiting for them to buck up the courage to talk to me first. It's not your business to tell me what I should and shouldn't be doing." This only caused poor Sokijo to whine, like he tended to do when he was picked on. "Brother Hiroki, he's picking on me again." Kazuko rolled his eyes. "Oh, shut up!" He looked up at Eri. "Hi. I hope you like it here." He told her as he returned to his book. "Forgive my brothers, Eri, they are only like this when they're hungry. Kazuko's rage is by no means directed at you."

The rude thoughts of his brothers were causing Demetri's head to pound. "Must all of you be so very rude?" He asked toward no one in particular. To explain what he meant, he added. "I made a special dinner for our guests and you're all letting it go cold. Wait until after dinner to get to know them.

Shiori smiled. "You're right, Kei. We can't keep them waiting. She could hear Sokijo complain about her being rude and she wanted to put a stop to it at once, which she did from the top of the stairs. "I never meant to be rude. I told you all that my name is Shiori Minoko." Still, Sokijo sneered. "You should have said it in the first place."

Eri glanced at Hiroki then Zazuko as they each spoke to her. She was trying to make mental notes about each of the boys figuring out their personalities as best she could. Glanging behind her she noticed Shiori and Kei arrive and then just a few seconds later Demetri was in the room complaining that the food he made was getting cold. Honestly there was so much going on she could hardly keep up with it all. "Oh I'm sorry I didn't realize it was ready" She said surprised

Hiroki pushed himself out of his chair with a sigh. "Well It would help if you would have told us that it was ready. How were we to know it was getting cold?" He said to Demitri rolling his eyes. "Come along everyone before his highness throws a fit" he said walking towards the dinning room but not before eyeing the other girl who appeared with Kei. She was also quite pretty he thought.

Kei shot Sokijo a look " Sokijo you are the one being rude. I will ask you to be nicer to Both of our guests, If you can't do that then you should leave" He said frimly then gave a look to Shiori "Don't pay attention to him, no one else thinks your rude" He whispered to her. " Now how about I introduce you to everyone. That's Kazuko, Horoki is the one that just walked out, Demitri is right there, but you already knew that. And the very rude little boy is Sokijo but you also already knew that" He said with a chuckle.

Demetri offered a soft smile. "Don't worry, my dear." He waited for everyone to enter before coming in after them, taking his place at the head of the table. "It shouldn't be very cold, even now." Sokijo jumped right up, taking Eri by the hand. "Will you sit by me?" In his hurry, he had knocked over his chair. "I like the way you smell." Sokijo was very awkward, having taken his parents' disappearance harder than the others. "And, Kei, I will not leave. I live here to and I will respect those who respect me." Still, there was one that he wouldn't dare disrespect under any circumstances: Demetri.

Kazuko proceeded to prop up his knees against the table, wanting to avoid everyone else, like always. Still, he straightened up as he was told. "How are you enjoying your stay so far, Eri?" He smiled, flashing his teeth while hiding the fangs in his lower lip. "Is it like another house you've been to?" It pained him to have to make conversation. "Or, is our childhood home way out of another's league?" He joked.

Shiori smiled at Hiroki especially, even as she spoke. "This meal is lovely, Demetri, sir." The eldest vampire chuckled. "Please, don't call me sir. Sir is my father." He teased her. Shiori took note of that. "Right. Right, sorry." She moved toward Kei, the one she felt most comfortable about.

Eri followed everyone into the dinning room amazed when she saw all the food Demetri had cooked. She smiled when Sokijo took her hand asking her to sit by him "Sure" She said and laughed giving him a funny look when he said he liked how she smelled. "Thank you..I guess?" She said and helped to put his chair upright before taking a seat next to him.

Hearing Zazuko speak she directed her attention towards him "Well I haven't been here very long but your house is very nice" She said honestly. She still wasn't sure what to think of the house's inhabitant but it seemed ok. "It's definitely unlike anywhere else I have ever stayed before" She admitted .

Hiroki only smirked when he saw one of the girls smile at him. "What's your name again?" He asked an eyebrow raised. He then directed his attention towards Demetri "Well you called us all in here why don't you start serving out the food hm?" He said. He had never liked the way Demetri seemed to boss everyone around. who had made him the boss anyway? One of Hiroki favorite passtimes was undermining Demetri's authority.

Kei pulled out a chair for Shiori. "Here you can sit here by me an Hiroki, don't worry we'll only bite a little" He teased but little did she know he was not completely joking. Once she had sat down he took his seat next to her looking at all the food with a bored expression. Nothing sitting on the table would satisfy his hunger it was merely a show that Demetri was putting on for the girls.

"Oh, it was definitely a compliment, lady." Sokijo grinned while passing plates from Demetri and to Eri, who would then pass Hiroki and so on. "You see, we don't get many pretty ladies here and it's a real treat when we do. Understand, Miss Eri?" Though he seemed fifteen years old, more or less, he had the brain of a four year old, being very dependent on Demetri most of his life.

"You will find that there are rules here, ladies." Kazuko spoke again. "Every time we...foster another pair of girls, they always seem to think that they have some authority. " He sneered at Demetri, who looked a little miffed that his brother was taking control. He had to put a stop to it.

He cut in.

"Yes, that's true. Firstly, you will do as we say when we say it the first time." Demetri felt proud of himself. "You will not, under any circumstances, leave this place until your time is up." Shiori wondered why anyone would leave. It was a beautiful place. "Am I missing anything, my brothers?" Demetri let his eyes wander the table. "We can do what we desire with you, since this is our home."

Shiori barely listened. She was busy eating. Still, she would have to learn to obey. "I understand the rules." It was an almost automatic response. "You don't have to worry about me. I won't leave. " She answered Hiroki. "I told you. I'm Shiori Minoko." She put another spoonful into her mouth, then put her hands in her lap, feeling awkward with them so close to the men.

Eri carefuly took the plates and helped pass them along. She smiled as Sokijo's comments "Well thank you, I feel so honnored" She told him with a small laugh. Her laugh was slightly hushed as Zazuko and Demetri both spoke explaining the rules. The first rule seemed simple enough a little dominating if anything. She just assumed he meant if they were asked to clean or something they should do it the first time they were asked without complaints. She began to peck at her food while they continued explaining the rest of the rules. Not leaving she didn't mind either, she had no where to go so it wouldn't be a problem. It wasn't until he said they could do what ever they want when her and the other girl that she became confused. "What does that mean? The whole you can do what you desire with us, what does that mean" She asked looking up confused and maybe even a little bit worried.

Hiroki pushed the food on his plate around with a bored expression he really didn't care for human food very much. It all tasted so bland to him. As the rules were adressed he perked up. Did that mean they were allowed to start doing what they wanted now? or would they still have to play nice with the girls for a while longer. Hearing Shiori finally tell him her name he looked down at her "I didn't hear" he said blankly a slight chuckle when he noticed her become nervous.

Kei made an effort to eat the food and although it was decent none of it was what he really wanted, that was siting next to him. Hearing Eri's question he looked to her a crooked smile on his face. "Oh don't worry you'll find out soon enough" He said. That answer didn't really make Eri feel any better and she was hoping someone else might explain it to her.

Kazuko laughed at Kei's words, finding his joke quite funny. "Yes, Eri, you will learn that by tonight, I assure you." For Shiori, it was quite noticeable that none of the boys seemed to really be eating. It made her feel rather awkward. "Is everything alright? You all don't seem to be eating much." Demetri sighed. "Girl, we are all fine. Truthfully, I made this food for the both of you." He indicated the girls with one wave. "Our diet is much different than yours." Sokijo laughed and got back to his feet. "Excuse me." He smiled politely to all of them, wanting to get alone time with Eri as soon as possible. The young man ran his fingers through her hair, grinning when he caught sight of his neck. Shiori tilted her head to the side. "Well, I really should go unpack." She had eaten a single serving of everything, to be polite. "I won't be long." She had much to think about as she left the boys, climbed the stairs, and found her room.

Eri looked from Kei to Kazuko a strange look on her face. She wasn't so sure that she wanted to find out with the way both boys were acting she was just a little bit afraid. It seemed even stranger to her with it was explained that the food was only for her and Shiori. She shivered feeling Sokijo run his fingers through her hair. Why was he doing that? "I-I think I should do the same" She said trying to excuse herself to go to her room as well she was starting to feel quite uncomfortable in the current situation. Hiroki stayed seated a look of amusmemt on his face as he could tell both girls were begining to notice that something wasn't quite right about their new home.

Only a few seconds after Shiori Kei walked up the stairs to her room. "Leaving so soon? That's a little rude of you don't you think? Maybe Sokijo was right about you after all..." He said as he appeard at the girls door. A finger touching his mouth as he seemed to be thinking it over. He then dropped his hand to his side and stepped into the room. A mischevious girn worked it's way onto his face. "You seemed quite worried about us not eating, I thought that maybe I could explain."

Kazuko shook his head. "That's just like humans. Always running away from a party." He scowled, took the table and flipped it over. "Damn them both!" He stormed toward Eri's room, angry, and not at all surprised to find that Sokijo was already there, smilng sweetly, yet, devilishly. "What's the rush?" Kazuko was angry in general. "Demetri is babying them. They need to know the truth." Kazuko wasn't even trying to hide it anymore. "Eri." He watched Sokijo stand by her bed.

Shiori was putting her clothes in the single wardrobe that was provided for her. "Yes, I was wondering about that. I thought it strange that your brother would cook so much food, especially when none of you were eating. I thought that he would cook your diet, to show us how you live." At the bottom of her bag was a crucifix, which she hung up. "I'm sorry if you think me rude."

Eri had just gotten to her room and was working on pulling a few clothes out of her bag. Hearing her name, she turned quickly to see both Kazuko and Sokijo. "Yes? Can I do something for you?" she asked a little surprised as she set one of her dresses aside. She looked between the two boys nervously. "I'm sorry for leaving early, maybe I should have helped clean up" She said wondering if that was why Kazuko seemed so angry.

Kei took another step closer "Well you see, you can't really cook the kind of food we eat. The only way to have it is fresh." He said his eyes landing on the crucifix a slight frown on his face. Really it was distastful to bring such a thing into a house of vampires. tearing his eyes away he looked back at her. "But if you would like to see how we leave I would gladly show you" He said with a smirk and lifted his hand bending his finger in a ' come here' motion

Demetri was still below. "We're all hungry. Can't they understand that we're all suffering our own withdrawals?" He picked up the mess that his brother made. "He's going to learn to control his anger." As he washed the dishes, he listened. "Let the game begin."

Sokijo laughed as he ran his fingers through his hair. "She's so silly, and yet, so sweet." He watched with envy as his brother grabbed her wrists and threw her down on her bed. "Yes, you definitely should have helped clean up the mess after you so rudely rejected Demetri's cooking. "Save some for me, Big Brother." Sokijo told him as he waited. Kazuko waited for a second, then started kissing her neck, scanning for a vein. "You will not deny me after such despicable behavior, girl." Let the game begin.

Shiori smiled innocently at him. "Oh, okay. I understand." She saw him bending his finger from her and toward himself. Her heart sank for some unknown reason. "So, what is it you wanted to show me, Kei?" She felt his breath against her skin and started to sweat.

Eri moved away taking a step backwards as each of the boys came near her. Her breathing becoming a bit ragged. Her eyes going wide letting out a small scream as she was thrown on the bed. "I-I didn't reject his cooking " She tried to say in defense. What was happening? She didn't understand. "W -what are... you.. doing" She gasped as she tried to move out from underneath him. Why was he kissing her? She started to shake, she was so afraid.

Kei grabbed her as soon as she was with in arms reach. "I'm going to show you what we eat" He said his voice low. In an instant he had he pressed into a wall. One of his hand holding her wrist while the other grabbed her hair pulling it away from her neck. He grinned a toothy grin before moving his lips to her neck just barely touching the skin. "Don't worry It will all make sense soon " He whispered aganist her neck before his fangs slowly broke through her skin drawing the smallest amout of blood.

Hiroki rolled his eyes at Demitri "You're just upset because the others got to them first" He said before leaving. He was just as hungry as his brothers and He wasn't about to let them have the girls all them themselves. Walking upstairs he notice two of his brothers with Eri so he then moved past to Shiori's room.Really either of the girls would do he had no prefrence . "Leave some for the rest of us Kei" He spoke as he reached the girls room the smell of her blood only caused his hunger to grow.
