Yeah they're very similar in idea, but execution of that idea varies for each one.

Oh I enjoyed it immensely, more so than SAO and Overlord, or any other anime that had the whole "people get stuck in a game" theme. Really, that was where the original 'start a guild/faction' idea came from for Alex.

Yeah, Orlando's inspiration came from mostly SAO and some of Overlord. Moreover the whole character creation phase is probably lost to everyone.

I'm a simple man. I see SAO. I make amalgamation of characters. Anna is basically a bit of Sinon in Silica's body with the mindset of a Laughing Coffin member when fighting.
