Good day everyone, with the recent addition of Wandering Hollow to our ranks, a realization has struck. Our current RP is not quite New-Comer friendly, due to the amount of change that has already occurred through the Massacre Route. Furthermore, I am incapable of editing the overview posts to include such vital information that otherwise leaves our new friends lost.


So the question arises, shall we make a new thread?


-When Lana comes back, she would still be the main core GM, that is an unchangeable fact that will not be changed.


Pros


- With a new thread information would be cleanly written, and continuously updated. (Resulting in New-Comers having an easier time adapting.)


- 'Cleaning' threads would be easier, including deleting unnecessary posts.


- Additional tabs can be added.


- A master list of characters can be added, along with their current location / party / interaction cycles.


- Updating the maps section would be easier.


Cons


- We would lose our current page count / post count.


- You have to watch another thread


- You have to transfer your character via Copy + Paste


- For your next post, you will probably need two tabs. (Just so you can remember what you are replying to if need be.)

A new thread would seem like a good idea. The pros outweigh the cons.

Well..I'm not opposed to a new thread. So, I guess my vote is a new thread.

I wouldn't let her get lost, she is practically my biggest friend on the site as it stands. Heck, we wrote up Game of Life just because she was bored, and I thought it would be fun to divulge in a little bit of storyboard whilst she took the main role. (Which is why Ashelynn is running along the side skirts of the main story, and Roku is pretty much diving through the head of it.)


But I absolutely refuse the thought of 'abandoning' Lana in any shape or form. Granted, this story can not happen without either her, or Roku. They are key figures that can not be taken away from it.


Hence, this change of thread is merely to clean it up. I have zero intention on straying from our original story board or changing anything drastically. As the story continues I am working on my side to ensure there are multiple mini events that can justify, and aide in Roku's return. (You may very well see me viewing my private workshop idly, as I am writing the scripts that will keep Roku up to date. The harder part of which is to avoid character alteration whilst doing so. However, I am in hopes that this will speed up Lana's hopes and place her in a position that she could do what was being planned easier. (Seeing as it is in my workshop, it keeps it from being solidified, and in a format that Lana can easily go over and make changes to before using as a reference on her re-intro post.))

And by the way, I'm not making a new thread until everyone agrees. So if Clock wants to wait for word from Lana, then I will not move an inch. After all, I love the cast we have, and don't really care too much about new blood. (Besides, the better ones are those who dive head in regardless without a clue.)
