I am searching for a Victorian Era roleplay, preferably with its roots in fantasy elements. Taking inspiration from Penny Dreadful, I would adore a roleplay that centers on an immortal being and their mortal counterpart. Preferably, the pairings would be male/male or female/female. I have a strong inclination for the following elements: fantasy macabre, high-society, crossdressing, aesthetic, fickle-hearted characters, corruption, aestheticism, and classical undertones.

My secondary, off-chance search is for a roleplay pairing the two Romantic poets, John Keats and Percy Bysshe Shelly. I think their lives contain enough drama and tragedy to make for an interesting roleplay, taking a historical stance and then inventing events that would follow.

A busy, 24 year old ace writer who likes pretentious dark things and taking on too much at once. Though new here, I have been roleplaying for over ten years. While I wouldn't call myself a professional writer (neither would you, I'm sure), it is how I currently make my living. I prefer to roleplay on-site, if possible. Great! Penny Dreadful is just an inspiration; I haven't even finished the show yet, but it felt necessary to give credit where credit is due. I'd send you a message so we can plot and such, but I don't think I have the ability yet. Not enough posts on my account, whoops... I'll try to clear that up.
