Do the Sheev Spin
Character Name: Charles Orelion
Age: 20
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Orientation: Heterosexual.
Magical Major: Wizardry, Pyromancy and Cryomancy/Sorcery, altering personal time to move faster.
Non-Magical Major: Trades & Personal Services.
Personality: A real under achiever, but he acts like he isn't. He shares whatever is on his mind which leads him to talk a lot and he likes to try to be athletic. He likes to learn, even though it looks like he doesn't openly enjoy it.
Biography: Charles grew up farming, his entire family did. It was in his blood. His father tried his best to home school Charles, as they had little money and could not afford school. Eventually after years of learning, his father had nothing left to teach him, and so Charles helped more on the farm, having little to no free time. He didn't have any friends either, there weren't a lot of children in his rural neighborhood, and so to keep him from being bored for hours on hours, he painted. At first the paintings were what you would expect a child to draw. But after all that time painting, he became good at it. The few visitors that came to his home were impressed, some were even willing to buy them! This gave his parents an idea. They would go to town and sell his paintings for money.
The family had moved away from their farm, into the city with the money they had acquired from Charles' paintings. He felt proud of what he had done, and continued to paint. Though his paintings were great, nobody took the time to notice what went on when he was painting. He was fast, his hand(s) a blur, he was making works of art in a matter of minutes. His parents were shocked. They were smart enough to know that's not normal. Their first thought was of magic. Their family tree had a few Pyromancers, so they thought it was only natural.
As Charles' education was being complete, his parents had become old. His father was the first to pass away. His Mother locked herself in her room and barely ever came out. She didn't work, only His father did, and since he was dead, there was no income. So Charles took it upon himself to find a job. He found one as a carpenter. It paid well and it put food on the table, so it was fine. He gained these skills from making tools on the farm. One day he came home, and his mother was waiting for him. They had spoke of college before on the farm, but they never thought Charles would be going. After a long silence and a short conversation, Charles knew he had to leave for college and get his education. He knew his mother could take care of herself.
