"Oh, no, I know that...I mean...it looks like a Riolu...but what's the funny door thing on it? Does it have room inside?" he giggles, imagining a whole cottage inside the Riolu's robot body.

"Oh, my apologies, why yes she does." She said, scanning his mind now, seeing what there was to see.

 

[JessieSune]

There's not much. He's a little baby, separate from his family and not yet aware of it. But he's happy enough.

 

[AmethystRoze]

Ylldiena licked him affectionately. "What's your name?" She asked, a warm smile on her face.

 

[JessieSune]

"Uh...I don't have one yet. Mommy promised me one soon, though," he giggles at the slurping -- he's very ticklish.

 

[AmethystRoze]

She made a note if the ticklishness. "Yeah?" She asked, knowing he would never find that mommy again. "How would you feel greeting one now?"

 

[JessieSune]

"A name? I wouldn't mind, although if Mommy gives me a new one I'd probably keep it, if that's okay." He tries to lick back, but can't really reach.

 

[AmethystRoze]

Quickly thoughts if any other mommy disappeared from his mind. Ylldiena was his mommy. "How about Joey? Does that sound nice to you?"

 

[JessieSune]

"Yes, mommy," he replies, not even recognizing that his mind has been rewritten. "I like being called that. Thank you for keeping me warm tonight! Are you gonna make me like your other children?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Only if you wish." She said with a small chuckle, she liked this little pichu. She gave him another lick

 

[JessieSune]

"I don't know many things," he admits. "I don't know if it would be good or not. What do you think?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"I think that you're a very good boy the way you are." She said with a smile and a playful peck at his cheek.

 

[JessieSune]

This makes the little fellow giggle. "Can we keep her?" He points to Rose. "She's pretty and I'd take good care of her as a pet!"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Now Now dearest we can't just make people our pets for fun, we only do it if they ask our if they're in trouble." She said, gently, but reproachfully

 

[JessieSune]

"Aw...but..." he looks at the Vaporeon regretfully. "I-- I wouldn't be mean! I'd feed her and wash her and everything! Can't you at least let me try?"

Rose stretches and curls up again, unaware of her surroundings.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Well I'll ask her, how about that? " He eyes glowed softly, and she contacted rose in her sleep. "rose..do you want to be part of our family?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

[JessieSune]

Rose murmurs "That'd be fine..." in her sleep, in a voice barely above a whisper, with just a hint of a smile.

Joey looks up expectantly.

(Okey-doke ^^ Good afternoon!)

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Ok my little one, as long as you keep good care of her." She said, already rewriting the vaporeon's mind to that of a pet and guardian to Joey. "Do you want her to look like the rest?"

 

[JessieSune]

Rose sighs a little as her mind is changed. She becomes much less intelligent and much more faithful, but her capacity for affection is maximized and at the center of it...is Joey. She's not independent and can no longer care for herself, but her domestication also makes her that much more loyal and willing to fight to defend her charge.

Joey nuzzles his new pet and giggles. "You mean like a robot? I dunno...how much of her did you already change besides the mind wipe?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Now she loves you, above everything else, but she's nearly completely dependant, meaning you need to keep extra good care of her."

 

[JessieSune]

"I will!" he promises adamantly. "I'll make Rose the happiest pet ever!"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Ok then. That still didn't answer my question though honey."

 

[JessieSune]

"What was your question, Mommy?"

Rose begins to stir and whine.

"Would you like to keep her like she is our make her like everyone else? And would you like to be like everyone else? Only you can decide "
