She steps back and nods.

He should've left every muscle in his body told him to turn and run. But something kept him there. The way the Fox spoke.... It was softer than he'd ever been spoken too. More caring then he'd ever heard. He couldn't seem to move. A silent tear dripped from his face. Stupid Fox... It was none of its business stupid, dumb, ...caring fox

 

[JessieSune]

She waits, watches.

"Will you not return to your home? Why do you linger?"

She finally moves a few of her tails.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"I don't have one of those either." He seemed to blurt out. Just leave you idiot.
Yet he didn't, couldn't. Something about the Fox keeping him there.

 

[JessieSune]

"I see."

This is followed by another pause.

"And what if I offered those? It would mean you belong to me. No return to the humans. You'd be of the forest. Do you desire this?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

He was taken aback. He didn't expect a Philemon to offer him a home... But then again he didn't know what to expect from one this powerful.

She's a pokemon you can't just trust her and throw your life away.....What life?

He clenched his fists. "Y..yes"

 

[JessieSune]

"Very well. Follow me...and remember that once you make this decision there is no turning back. You will be mine, and no human or Pokemon will have claim to you. If you follow me, you accept this."

With that, she turns and begins to walk.

 

[AmethystRoze]

His legs didn't move at first, but when he thought about going back to the city he decided to go with minerals. It's going to kill me... But at least that way you won't have to live like you have been.

 

[JessieSune]

As they walk, the forest grows denser and denser until they reach a cave.

"How do you wish to enter my service, human? This cave will be where you are changed. Think of what it means, of what you will be."

 

[AmethystRoze]

Changed? What does she mean? Wait she asked me that, what will it mean? I..I just want to have somebody... Somebody to love me. That's was cheesy but so... So good. He thought all of this walking into the cave with the ninetails.

 

[JessieSune]

"You seem confused. Let me explain. I can make you my son or daughter, my brother or sister, my friend, my messenger, my slave. Once you decide, it cannot be reversed, and so I leave the choice to you."

You now stand a few feet apart and she looks at you intently.

"So...do you have questions? Or have you made your decision?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"I...I don't care" he said surprising himself. The logical answer is friend but... I just want her to love me, I don't care what comes with it. He thought surprising himself with his own thoughts. since when have I been this desperate...... I guess I've suppressed my feelings to long.

 

[JessieSune]

"Ah, but that was not a choice. You must care about your destiny, human. I will not decide it for you. If you wish to know more I can tell you, but I will not make this decision for you."

The Ninetales does not move as this is said.

What do I want with my life? I want to be loved... But I guess she wants to know how... My childhoods been messed up I want to have a new start. "I I want to be ...your child of which kind is of no consequence" he said meaning every word. Daniel from a few hours ago would've scoffed but the emotions he felt just being around the ninetails caused so much to change.l in precious little time.

 

[JessieSune]

The Ninetales nods.

"Would you like to know what is entailed in that choice?"

This is followed by a an almost curious smile.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"No...I...it's fine." He said afraid that it may might scare him off. Though at this point it was all that he wanted.

 

[JessieSune]

"Very well. Then prepare yourself."

A warm glow surrounds the human as Ninetales's eyes begin to glow. The Fox Pokemon approaches and begins to gently wrap her tails around him, eventually obscuring his vision.

The foxes tails comforted him. Yes this feels so warm so nice so much warmer than anything I've felt. He stood there, so comfortable (sorry it locked itself in italics somehow)

 

[JessieSune]

Once he is fully obscured, the changes begin. Without him being able to explain why, he suddenly feels smaller, hairier -- his hands and feet shift in shape and with them his head and posture. Then her eyes grow, and her ears too, until she doesn't have any of the appearance of a human at all. And then her mind shifts -- she isn't just younger, she feels younger. Her harsh childhood seems to vanish, as do the parts of her life where she was left behind -- there's no recollection of being human -- no knowledge of life outside the forest. As the tails unwrap she blinks at the cave that has been her home her whole life, short as it has been. The first face she sees is her mothers, smiling down on her.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Hi Mommy!" She said, a wave of joy washing over her, why she wasn't sure but mommy was there so things were great. She nuzzled at her mother taking in her love and warmth.

 

[JessieSune]

"Hello, daughter. You seem joyful. Why this burst of happiness?"

This is followed by a knowing but sincere smile.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"I'm just so happy to be with you." She replied knowing no better explanation, she just felt so happy to be with Her loving mommy. She smiled and looked up at her mom, seeing her smile made her smile more.

 

[JessieSune]

"Well then, have you thought about the answer to my question? I cannot call you 'daughter' forever, after all."

She stands and stretches and smiles at the young Vulpix.

"I myself will soon forget where this daughter of mine came from. He was pitiful -- I shall make this Vulpix a force of power and fierce kindness."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"I like Danielle!" She said not sure where she got the name from but it felt right for some reason. "Do you like it Mommy?" she asked, above all she wanted to make Mommy happy.

 

[JessieSune]

"That's a wonderful name, Danielle -- it is now yours. Now then, I have to go to work today. You may come, but you must keep very close and very quiet. Can you do that?"
