A Camp for Musicians

I went ahead and made one male character. Now the hard part is initiating RP, hopping in just feels....unnatural. Any tips?
 
Well, everyone has just arrived at the camp and so most are in a random pathway among the cabins, talking with one another. One character has gotten on a horse from the camp stables and is galloping back towards the stables now. I think there's another one riding a skateboard around the camp. One of my two characters is still in their cabin, which they both share since they're twins.
 
There is no character riding through the camp, she's playing a song in the middle of the camp just waiting for almost a whole week for someone to talk to her ^~^
 
Oh, is yours the one with the skateboard? I just recall her riding it through the camp last. One of my characters, Leandra, is busy already with several people. My other one, Manjano, is completely against leaving the twins' cabin to have any social interactions. He's got an open window and soft music playing through his computer at the moment though, so someone could hear that and then knock on the front door or something to interact with him. Mind you, it's going to be a very awkward interaction since Manjano doesn't speak due to a traumatic event in his life.
 
Well I posted only twice which I'm positive some/none of you "saw" I'm actually waiting for someone to come and interact with my character since they know the feeling of being ignored ^~^
 
Well, Leandra is busy and Manjano is open for interaction if someone wants to perhaps approach him creepily from his open window (not advised) or knock on the cabin's front door.
 
I'd rather wait then make my character gives yours a heart attack from a creepy person looking at him through his window xD
 
I'm going to be busy in the next hour or so, so please expect maybe super slow replies. I might end up replying quickly because I have a habbit of not waiting so I might check in often, but do not expect anything. sorry.

I am writing it up....as I write this up. I would GREATLY appreaciate someone bumping into Terry. Makes my job much easier and much less awkward (for me). Lemme just finish up and then go bump into him (o'v'o)

I really need to head to bed as well. >.< I've had a cough for over a week now and staying up late like this every night isn't exactly helping me any.

*slaps self* I've stayed up late enough! past 3 AM wow.... I hope i wake up early with my alarm. with my luck, I'll just sleep through it even though it's in my ear. heheh, goodnight (' :) )
 
Just curious but is there going to be an event that'll force all our characters to meet each other? Perhaps dinner? It doesn't seem logical to send them to bed without having a meal in their stomachs!
 
Huh, I didn't even think about that. Perhaps everyone will have food expressively delivered to their rooms with a note from the head counselor being all mysterious and such?

I was slightly confused at the sudden time change. It went from being like 10 in the morning to dark outside rather quickly xD
