It isn't actually possible for France to supply the IRA, is it? The British Navy is currently stationed in the sea between France and Britain, the only way would be by air, but it's impossible to do that without the world knowing you're doing that.

Well WW3 has started and Germany did not start it this time
Well War RP is going to be different than Peace time RP. No large military actions until everyone has responded diplomaticly once fighting starts the turns will be days instead of 6 Months
