Ok, so here is his answer: "I don't think so, you could make it to blow up right in the vicinity of the Missile to damage it." That's what he said. Basically, what he meant, was it is too fast to hack into anything and (I think, he was tired, he just got in from DC) Guided Missiles don't have any code in their programming to blow themselves up.
