It is a republic in name only. Their democratic institutions are still in place, but the National Front has so much popular support they can manipulate the national media and the army to stay in power. France has also technically been under martial law for a little over a decade, although the intensity of the military rule changes from month to month to appear as though there is a credible threat to the homeland. Blaise is basically a dictator as was Sauvaterre before her.


On an unrelated note, eat your heart out Germany, I started annexing neutral countries first. And I might just beat you to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

You have to ask the neutral country for what you want, and the leader of the RP will reply as the non-played nation.


Also, in my post addressed to Russia, I didn't tell you to put aside your rivalry with the U.S.A, I asked Russia, to not negotiate with them due to terror acts against Muslims.
