Nation Building 2015: Same Earth; New Possibilities

Because I'm paranoid. That, and when a Dictator came to power, he conscripted most of the Population into the Military, and trained them. Also, when Spain took Portugal, it did the same thing. Size doesn't truly matter. Look at England in The Revolution, they had amazing amounts of Soldiers, yet they were very small.

Could you do me a favor, @Zelorm, and cut out Spain's territories from this map so I can put it on my land holdings? Their Holdings are Spain, Portugal, Morocco, and La Provincia Argelina-Español

So are the Austrians completely out of Algeria?
The military is. More than likely, Pro-Liberal Socialist Citizens that moved to Algeria or were visiting Algeria would stay
