"Well maybe it'll get better after thr marriage Your Majesty. At least the platonic part of the relationship."He said softly as he looked at him.

He nodded and leaned back, "it's just difficult when you have no attraction to her at all. If she wants kids, I won't..."

"I'm very sorry Your Majesty. I understand enough of the politics to know your father will want you to produce heirs."He said softly as he looked at him, sighing lightly.

He nodded and groaned, shivering a little bit, "I-I couldn't... couldn't fathom... " He shook violently.

"Your Majesty, are you okay?"He asked softly, placing a hand on the Prince's back."I couldn't either but this isn't me. I really am sorry Your Majesty."He said lightly, actually quite worried for the Prince now.

Sighing heavily, he stood up, "I'll go. I'm not doing anything helpful at the moment. I'm sorry I wasted your time. If you need antyhing then you know wher eto find me." Wait, wasn't he the prince? This had begu nto hurt Adam.

Axel sighed softly."You haven't been wasting my time. I'm done with my chores until much later tonight unless I'm called for."He said softly.

Adam looked back and he nodded, "If you're sure. If you wish to accompy my room, then you may. I woudln't mind having someone to talk to whiel I sit there."

 

[Aspy Ink]

"If you are sure you would like my company."He said lightly as he looked at him, standing up as well.

Adam nodded, "I don't have anyone else to talk to. You at least aren't freaked by my preference in males." He sat down, smiling.

"That's because I prefer males as well."He said softly as he looked at him, letting out a quiet sigh and sitting down as well.

Adam blinked rapidly and he turned to look at Jesse, "You... understand?" He asked, smiling a little bit, "Good... I feel better knowing I'm not that alone anymore."

"Yeah. I do understand. I get a lot of flack from the other guys because of it. So I understand."He said softly as he looked at him.

Adam looked to him. His sense of honor came into play. He growled, "who is making fun of you?"

Jesse was caught by surprise at his growls."Just the other guys. Most frequently those in the kitchen and in my bunk."He said with a shrug."It's fine though, Your Majesty, I've dealt with it all my life."He said softly.

"Here."He handed him a parchment and a quill, "names. I need their names." He wasn't going to tolerate this.

 

[Aspy Ink]

"Your Majesty, please don't do anything to them. I still need to bunk with them. I can deal with it."He said as he looked at him."You don't need to do this Your Majesty."He said as he looked at him.

The Prince sighed, "are you certain? I sill not stand still if they hurt you again."

 

[Aspy Ink]

"It's fine. I deal with it every day. It's nothing to deal with it more."He said with a light sigh."Why do you care so much anyway Your Majesty?"He asked as he looked at him.

"Because I know what you're going through and I don't want that to continue. I know..." Adam sighed and laid down.

 

[Aspy Ink]

"They'll stop on their own eventually once they run out if good jokes."He said lightly as he looked at the Prince.

Adam seized his hand and he whispered, "Tell me, what do they say about you?"

 

[Aspy Ink]

"Just childish things and insults. Stuff related to the fact that I'm gay and prefer guys. They make jokes about me making out with a couple of thr lower servants. It's nothing too bad to me."He said as he looked at him, a bit surprised when the Prince seized his hand.

Adam pulled him a little closer, "I won't let them hurt you anymore." He whispered, "there's a reason... you're my favorite servant..." Adam leaned in and plAnted a gentle kiss on his cheek.

"They aren't-"He began to say before his cheek was kissed, surprising him quite a bit."They aren't hurting me much Your Majesty. You don't need to do anything about it. It's alright, really."He said softly as he propped himself up on his elbow when he had been pulled closer he was also pulled down some.
