Out of curiosity, will magic/psychic powers be incorporated into this? Like if someone wants to play a Killgrave type character but not evil.
Also, presumably Iron Man level tech is far past the intended power level, but say...someone who made powered gauntlets to punch hard would fit here, right?
Alright, finally got a post up to move us along.
A bit of an abrupt cut off point, but I think it's good enough to more or less tie off the scene at our end while giving you all a little room to add something.
It also occurs to me now that we haven't decided the name of the new crew/party yet...
So, the time was nigh. The most important details to Salka (the abilities of all interested, and their willingness to commit) had been ironed out. The beginnings of the first iteration of the Sea Sirens were even more humble, young men and women seeking a destiny greater than fisherfolk or...
Wonder if we'll get one or two more people's interest in this.
The premise actually makes me think of Sinoalice,of all things, but obviously the PCs here are working together instead.
I think that despite the general pace of activity, our GM has been slow to update those. Some of the other taken Personae have not been updated either. Can't hurt to wait a bit more, maybe.
Quicksilver Jr. sounds like an interesting character,a former villain isn't an idea that's come up in this group yet and the elemental power set is fun and versatile.
However, having another demigod on the team after Ayurda would be an interesting dynamic too, with their presumably contrasting...
Welcome aboard!
If everyone who's expressed interest and is still around gets a character up,we'll have a good-sized team. Ask @Lost Martian any major questions and for the book pdfs if you need them.
Do we round decimals up or down,or keep them as is?
Also,is there a specific requirement to wield both types of melee weapon or multiple elements? I was thinking of having Hemostat default to Sharp, forming blades in the manner Carnage does,or even alternate between both. But if that's...
I'm interested mainly for the possibility of playing Pathfinder 2e. Some other attempts to get PbP campaigns started on this site didn't quite work out,and it'd be nice to see one that did.
I would imagine that if a hard line is to be drawn,it'd be based on whether they're Amatsukami or Kunitsukami. I can't speak for the GM,but I think some of the more prominent Kunitsukami like Susano-o or Konohanasakuya-hime would work nonetheless.
Well then,I'm here. My favourite color combo is blue and pink.
If I do participate in this I was thinking of playing a child of the Mesopotamian goddess Nanaya,or the Arabian moon deity Alilat. Might be interesting to explore a character symbolizing love and abundance in a time of war.
There isn't much you need to know coming in,since this is an original take on the idea.
The main deal is that the conflict in the story will likely revolve around battles in a physically/chronologically displaced space against Shadows, monsters that represent aspects of the id or human...
I'll have to get my sheet up probably tomorrow night, almost 20 hours from now.
Remind me again,if one has only a run speed and does not have a power that grants a climb/swim/swing/fly speed, how are those determined?
@orpheus. so just to be 100% clear on our starting point, every PC in this roleplay directly has a mythological god as their progenitor?
Either they loved a mortal very much (or not at all),they made the character out of clay,or the kid burst out of another body part and all the other origins...
