I don't think a guardian type would fit this setting, but if you want to your charater can have low level magic. You can also put that your character is very protective, if that's what you want to. I hope I managed to explain that  in a good way and that you're still interested in joining.

If you mean is everyone is a magic user, then yes. However, your character doesn't need to be a very high level magic user (yet), it all depends on what kind of back story you give your character. We want people to have as much fun with their characters as they can.  ^_^
