(Haha lmao I missed a lot)
Noel stretched and yawned as the sunlight hit his face, and for a second he didnt recognize where he was. And then he remembered what happened the day previous, and he groaned in annoyance. 'God dammit, why couldn't it have just been a dream?' He thought. He sat up...
"Hardly useful." Noel muttered to himself, barely even audible. He did appreciate the comforting words from Elia, but he couldn't accept them. He'd done hardly anything.
Noel turned his head to gaze outside at the quickly darkening sky. He felt a sense of familiarity in the stars and the moon that saddened him a bit on the inside.
"Well, now that we have the spear thing figured out, what are we gonna kill? I haven't really seen anything big around this forest. Maybe like a small bird or a mouse, but other than that nothing."
"Hm?" He looked up from what he was doing. "Oh yeah. Totally. These sticks are covered in ants, I'd prefer not to hold them for much longer." Noel said.
Noel glanced over to the rustling bushes. "I bet it's nothing. Probably just a squirrel or something." He said. "I'm gonna gather some wood for the fire. I'd assume we need some." He said, beginning to pick up twigs and small logs he found on the ground.
(I never did scouts I do after school sports) "Yeah sure. Can't really see anything better to do at the moment, since I dont know how to start fires without a lighter or something like that." He said.
